Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Michael also had the courtesy to discuss the solutions and investment independently with me - out of earshot of my own residents. This was much appreciated as most sellers create embarrassing situations when taxpayers hear/think they are getting something (new carpeting, new appliance, etc.) when instead a simple repair is all that is needed. It was nice to collaborate on a solution then tell the citizens together.
Good service with very short notice. I predicted early on a Saturday afternoon (along with also a holiday weekend) having a broken sump pump replaced for a rental residence. Michael Harris (technician #4584) immediately responded and took care of the matter. He installed a sump pump, but suggested that I replace the release pipe which was too small for the property. I am grateful he took care of the problem quickly which avoided water damage to the property and my resident's belongings.

The relief is real, and we thank Roto-Rooter and Mike for the excellent job performance that is speedy! We'll recommend them for all of our plumbing requirements!
So, we have understood about the antiquated pipes for ages of our old house. When we had a bigger than normal difficulty crop up on Friday night, I bit the bullet and called the professionals!
Roto-Rooter called back to re-schedule it for a later date, and then scheduled our procedure.
Monday morning said the tech would be there in 30 minutes. Right now Mike showed up. Assessed our circumstance. And, after some alterations to our problem kid, he had a full and superior repair!

"We had a plumbing emergency at our house early Friday morning. We had a plumbing business at our house for 2 days and I felt they made our situation worse. Do you get but Roto-Rooter did exactly that. Quick, professional, considerate. Had a toilet thanks to our pup letting his toy move down the commode. Initially was quoted a high number by the central dispatch unit so was understandably worried. On the other hand, the tech called me and spoke with me and explained I could save money going another way. RotoRooter sent a tech, Dallas, that was kind, helpful and honest. We ended up getting our toilet repaired for a reasonable price. Couldn't be more satisfied with this ceremony.

How it's supposed to work! Eric called me and arrived within 40 minutes and has been quite professional, informative and friendly. Not only did Eric do a great job but he represented nicely and spoke of his company. Great guy and fantastic company. Thank you!

My only complaint is that the gentleman didn't have booties on his sneakers (probably forgot) while conducting the snake during our plumbing. He stood in sewage then afterwards proceeded to walk up the carpeted staircase in his high heeled shoes... We don't wear shoes in the house, so the rug (that was clean and not damaged from the backed up pipe) was now contaminated and needed to become cleaned/replaced.
Roto-Rooter did not wait to have someone over (after hours) when they could. We were pleased with how quickly they responded.
For the most part, our property was cared for and also the gentleman walked through the procedure for the solutions we'd be receiving.

Had service in my floor drain on October 8, 2018. After 2 attempts at snaking, the technician decided that the pipes could have counter underground and told me to apply for St. Peter's sewer lateral system. As a last stitch effort he explained that he had been powerful and tried to snake it one more time, drain unclogged. $450 had been billed. Obviously was elated that it had been resolved and I didnt need to pay thousand for PVC replacement pipe through the city of st. Peter's. Behold 2 days after, I proceed to do laundry after one load the floor drain back up worse than it had before Roto Rooter"unclogged" the drain. I phoned to have service setup, since a warranty was provided by them under the initial service. I had been provided a 2-hour window from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. for a technician to arrive. Come 7:30 that night, nobody called me for an upgrade or to tell me they had been operating behind. I voiced my frustration, they explained they were busy, and that someone would be out the following day between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m..... Well it's currently the next day going on 3 and still no roto rooter. . .would never recommend this business. Very disappointing service and customer service from dispatch.

I phoned Roto rooter around 1 pm to get a crisis support on Saturday since my faucet in the basement leaked. I had been advised that the plumber could not come until the next day in the morning. I find this unacceptable because they're advertising 24 h / 7 days a week which they can come at 4 am, nevertheless, I had been calling Saturday at the day the subsequent day, and they shipped a plumber. They are falsely advertising 24 / 7 that is

I'd raw sewage backing up into my shower with other problems which were signs of a principal line clog. When the bathtub started backflowing night, I did not know what else to do but call a plumber! Steven came out and it was treated by him like his first occupation of the day, though it was super late. We talked about the problems, he explained the problems using images where what was, and showing me we spoke price beforehand which actually stood out to me personally. He actually ran the auger to be sure that he had been methodical while it did take some time, I had been cared enough to do so and so glad he took the time to make sure the job was done. I had been so impressed with the entire process and I will call roto-rooter when I have some plumbing problems later on.

We've used Belleville Rotorooter several times to remove roots out of my clay plumbing that was turn-of-the-century. Steven Brough has been our service tech and could not be more agreeable to manage. He's taken his time to explain multiple options for remedying our old pipes and to make sure our issues are completely resolved.

We will highly recommend Roto Rooter to all our friends & neighbors in the future.
In addition, he explained the problem that he didn't fix the problem, although don with Roto Rooter is AMAZING and did a great job not just replacing our pressure regulator.

Main drain. Called at 8AM solved by 9:30 AM. 1st allow me to preface my review by saying I have more than 30 yrs experience as a telephoneman. In and from a Number of homes,houses, and 1,000's of individuals over the yrs. I understand a little. The man's name was Steve. He was very professional, and friendly. Very respectful of me and my property. He advised me of all the variables involved in the cause of my plug, (shrub roots..lucky me), and the way to prevent a repeat of this trouble. I will gladly recommend these guys to anybody. TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE! The receptionist was also pleasant to talk to and nice. Super job folks!

Plumber was very nice and professional. Took good care of my clogged drain in 30 minutes and left the place clean when he left. Was a bit pricier than the other businesses, but they could not come the moment.

Main lineup drain backed up in 10pm. We predicted 8a and had a tech here in 2-3 hours. Called another firm who didn't have anything for another 3 DAYS (yeah this can not wait sorry). Experience was very great. Phone was answered promptly. I was told I could be cared for in another couple hours. They predicted (dispatch) an extra 2 days to let me know the condition of the tech and 30 minutes before arrival. Jim came out and was very professional. I had to remove some paneling to get into the access point but other than that went smooth. Jim was happy to answer my many questions regarding not only the problem (origin infiltration) but also the benefits of an external access which I currently do not have. He wasn't trying to sell one, but told me what further choices would be available to me when I had one installed (don't need to be in your cellar, can use wider auger line to scratch the whole pipe not just 4 inches which is all they could match in the cellar drain). Cleaned up, wore shoe protectors (even for the equipment). Showed me the roots he dug out. Thanks Jim I love it.
Problem: I forgot about the coupons. Screwup on my part. When sewage is backed you up overlook stuff like this. Don't forget that the coupons! Ahh that is money

My wife came out , and took a shower and stated the tub wouldnt drain. YIKES. . .oh no..not today..no manner will we get anybody today, and tomorrow is saturday, then sunday, and we have a septic system..oh aaaaaarrrrgggghhhhh!!!!!
Steve was cool, he was just an all around nice guy, personable, knowledgeable and professional. He had been working on Christmas eve until 1am, and had put in about 6 hours on Christmas day, and had more forecasts. He wasn't upset about all these hours on the year's significant holiday. He cared for us, and that was exactly what we wanted. Incidentally, he made me look great before my own wife.FILE, and I am amazed _6_EXTENSION me 5 Steven!!
So I called roto rooter imagining there was no way today, they would come out, but I felt that I needed to show my wife I could take responsibility for the circumstance. They answered the phone and after several short questions told me that they could have somebody out within 4 hours. I had been happy, my wife was happy, our friend from NJ was joyful. I got a telephone and the tech was on his _4_EXTENSION!! Steven assessed the circumstance, showed up, and must work. On his way he had been in less than an hour and we were able to go about our water enterprise. . .flush, shower, operate the dish washer, the washing machine, etc.. You dont understand how much you use water till you cant use it.

Ivan, our plumber/technician, was friendly and courteous. He explained to us what the issue was, how it was triggered, what he's about to try to clean up this, and the way to keep our own drain/pipes herein. Though it was a bit more pricey than we thought it would be, it had been worth the stress relief of seeing the drain flow. Thank you, Ivan!

I managed to book my own appt online and got a confirmation notice via email. As promisedthey predicted about 30 minutes before our plumber, Gary, arrived, and it was well within the window they had promised (and that I asked ).
I could not be more pleased
After he arrived gary was kind and fine. I showed him where everything was and walked and he got right to work! Within about 20 minutes, he talked me through what he had done and then had everything cleared up. He showed me that a couple of things we can do in order to prevent situations such as this and after taking care of the details.
