These guys are way too expensive. They charged $188.60 into re-light the pilot light on the hot water heater. All the guy did was press a button. $188.60 to press a button is foolish.
Excellent company!!! His teammate along with mike came out and installed a new water heater for me. Among the best customer service experiences I've had. Completely made sure that I predicted and was satisfied after the fact. I'll be using them in the future to get all of my plumbing needs. Fantastic job to Titan for hiring excellent employees!!
I have known these men for ages. They are hard working, and trustworthy. Not the cheapest in town but worth it for the experience and occupation . Would recommend to midsize commercial for residential and small. Can't speak for large commercial but I'm certain they won't take the job if they can't do it. Request Fred, he is the best. Funny guy also!!
I set an appointment on Tuesday with Pamela for the guys to come out on Wednesday. . .wasn't. . .but was cool with it. Pamela was predicted by me back Wednesday morning because things went from bad to someone there ASAP. Two hours later. . . .looks all around. . .turning water off on a water heater that is bursted. . .explained how much everything was gont price versus doing itself and job was completed"That Same Day". Great Pamela and great job guys. . .will use you
I wouldn't take everyone's opinion to center on here. Seems like those"3" individuals had some bad experiences for a certain reason. Get on google and you will see 5 stars down and up the list of individuals happy with their work like I had been.
Called Titan about a water heater. Office staff was super friendly and had someone there within 30 mins. The heater had to be replaced (not a surprise we looked up the issue online and figured it would need to proceed ). The man had a similar unit at the truck and was able to put in right away! Checked with a different plumber (after the fact) if it was an okay price and they believed it was... shocked by some of those other reviews... my mother, cousin and I've all used them recently and were very satisfied! Bottom line had HOT water again within 3 hours of discovering the issue... Can't beat that!
For the two appointments the problem was diagnosed rather fast and they were very patient in explaining the problem to me personally - times - I understood what happened and what they had to do. I was told just how much to expect to cover from the beginning and the two appointments were managed inexpensively and quickly. They were also together with my dogs.
I've used Titan double in the last few months (unfortunately). I had problems within my pipes - first under my kitchen sink in the pipe - moment from the sewer drain - both causing water. I managed to get appointments very quickly and the woman who makes the appointments is very friendly - just one for the following day. The technicians predict 20-30 minutes until they are courteous to ask where they can park so as to not obstruct anyone in and come.
I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would recommend for any person.
Don't neglect to use the coupons on their site. I managed to save $40 every appointment!
I called Titan due to the amazing reviews on Google, also since we had a leak from the kitchen sink.

First of all of the customer support rep (Pamela) who took my phone call couldn't have been friendlier or more professional when I called in. The following day, the technician/plumber called when they were about 10 minutes away and actually ASKED me if I had a preference as to where they parked - or on the road. I have been a homeowner for 20 years and have never been asked that by a service provider, today. HUGE points!
I am simply overjoyed that there is a company out there who exists with such stellar customer support and is respectful of my home and property (and pets!) .
So when I watched that the 1 star reviews over here I chose that is where I would go first to review since I can not feel these people are reviewing the company titan has amazing testimonials on Google.
In terms of the comments about being overpriced, from other reviewers, I say go do the job yourself and see how much it costs you, and then go open a company up and do it and see what you'd charge. Titan was honest - I'm ready to pay for quality work done properly in my house which is just what we received.
Were courteous, professional, clean and fast. That they asked about my kitty to be certain they kept an eye on him so he did not escape because they'd be moving out and in to the truck. There was no hard sell, not any pressure, they offered the solution, and quickly diagnosed the issue.
The team at Titan plumbing defines great support. They had to replace the sewer line in my home that goes through the foundation, and that I couldn't have been more happy with the work they did. I knowa lot rides on the individual, therefore Roger (the other review) might have had a bad employee, but if you get Evan I can personally guarantee he is among the most professional plumbers you'll discover in the region. I obtained quotes from other plumbers, and Titan was the most competitive. Their quote was still competitive, although I did have to haggle a little to find the best price. I will refer others if I ever have the opportunity.
Lousy SUMP PUMP call somebody else... We asked during our $60 consulting charge with TITIAN the best option for our circumstance. The answer was a $250 change that only functions using their sumps (not told to us in the time) we had been informed that it was a universal fit. . .So two weeks later the sump is dead, water damage to my floor using a company replacing the sump and switch for $700. You wonder why technicians have such bad reps.. . PLEASE CALL somebody else!!
The man that came out was educated and quite professional. My sink drainage issue was fixed on a Saturday morning in Bartlett. I'll definitely be giving them a call for any future needs!
My water heater broke and I called Titan to come out. My talk with their phone rep was that the first favorable. She got the correct guy and walked through the process. She represented the company well and was very agreeable. Chad came out with an assistant and he informed me up all of my choices for the fix. I will use this company again.
