Olson's Rooter Service

Just had Olsons out to our home. We drained gradually in our sinks and toilets. They snaked the kitchen after checking the cesspool, clean outs etc. it was pouring rain on them and they kept on functioning. Nice guys, efficientservice in& out in 1 hr. Fantastic rates also!!

Joanna was so incredibly unhelpful and Ceasar, the tech was way late even after his two-hour​ window (12-2 and they call and say he'll be here hopefully by 4!) . They do not actually appear to care to much about client service and being respectful of my time. With being two hours late, I needed to telephone the office three times and had been met even. I won't ever depend on them and cancelled the service. Oh by the way two days 11, I left the appointment.

I had a major problem over the weekend none of my drains were actually draining. I called them on Monday left a message and Wendy called me immediately to schedule an appointment. She stated that the technicians would arrive between 9am and 11am. Cesar & Rafael arrived at 9am! They were friendly, educated, proficient and efficient. In an hour, my sinks all were draining beautifully! I could not be grateful or more pleased.
Since I reside in a 1925 home with pipes that get blocked with roots, I have used them for years.
Fantastic job, fantastic business, great service. Urge them to all my friends and neighbors, and I will continue to utilize them as necessary.

We had utilized Olson for years and were very pleased with the service. Lately we had two setups in just a month. Olsons told me that the pipes were becoming old and we agreed. They came out with a camera (not cheap) to support and take measurements for new piping. For some reason, they never gave us a quotation for the required work. We called multiple times asking for a quotation, however nothing. The irony is that we were not going to receive multiple quotes as we trusted them. Business has to be good.

I recommend them to anyone who desires this kind of work and would use Olson's again.
They managed all licenses and inspections, given copies of all documents and were professionals during the project.
Even though it was late in the day, Raul from Olson's came , researched what needed to be done, assured us he could readily burrow under a concrete place that vendor #1 was going to decimate, do it in 2.5 days once he started....and all for 1/5th the price of vendor #1.
We awoke on to detect that we had a classic slab leak at which our galvanized water distribution pipe into the home had failed, the very vendor who came to survey the site quoted $27,000. Honestly. $27,000. They also stated it lead to the destruction of our vegetable planters and a lot of concrete and would take 5-7 days. Me neighbor across the street recommended because he had used them before on many occasions Olson's.
From the, Raul and his team were great: prompt, meticulous, gracious, and extremely nice. As soon as my wife had a question about where the leak may have been coming from they went to guarantee it was not there, but they DID discover that our kitchen sink drain PVC was ruptured. They mended that piece and snaked the drain....and that never appeared on their bill). We asked them to please upgrade our sprinkler control distribution form PVC to copper. That work was made and exacting and thorough.

For the most part it was all a simple, exposed pipe setup (other than under the concrete), but from the appearance of the relations, quality fittings, and cleanliness of this final product, it's a really professional and well done job. Most pipes is concealed behind walls and such, so it was nice to see excellent work throughout.
I have a 1940's business working till August 2015 and building with original galvanized water supply lines which were still intact. Developed a water leak under the cement driveway one early morning and called Olson's Rooter (previously Butchs Old Time Pipes ) and they came out same day in the day to check it out. I knew if a problem such as this developed, I was going to be in for a major repair.
All Plumbers are expensive, although not all them are reliable as Olson's. His bill had been commensurate with the job, and I wasn't over-billed on the labor hours (I kept track also ).
Raul provided a repair of the original line where it leaked, but I chose to go with all Copper lines after discussing repiping options with him. He started that day, and came back next day with 3 workers and finished the job in the day up.
I would recommend them highly and am very pleased!

I have used them and have multiple properties that are rental. They are absolutely the very best to work with the folks answering the phones . I can always count on them to look after the problem. Highly recommend.

This was a good company with great service. Joni would phone me . They did their job unsupervised. No problems. The calls ceased. The office got cluttered. The tone got snippy - what was a favor. The final straw -- they wanted me to pay to clean this up, left a mess of sewage by the door and cleaned out the incorrect line. Days and eight calls after they agreed to do it free. When I got the bill I discovered I was billed by them for two hours instead of the typical one. It doesn't take a genius to figure out that one. Goodbye Olsons. Never again.

I called that outfit last night (10:30 Sunday). Van arrived and was dipatched within 30 minutes. Victor efficiently cleared the usual debris (roots,toilet flotsem and jetsom) by the primary line. There was no upselling, just quality service at a price that is good, really a lot less than I expected given the hour and the day. I would recommend them.

We had a bathtub that n't drained at 9 pm a Wednesday evening. Didn't really know who to call so that we took a chance with Olson's Rooter Service. Wendy in the workplace was very favorable - handed a quote to us and told us that a tech could be there within the hour. He came 20 minutes after - took care of the problem and that was - no longer other or sells crap. We know who to call! ;)
