A-One was fantastic. Dave explained to me directly how the pricing could work and answered my call. Especially after hours. Everything was transparent and upfront which I find so important in almost any service offering. I told him I needed a rush to fix my ac device (90 degrees out.) He gave me a window the tech would arrive and once I told him my situation with my family (young kids ) he said he'd put a rush on it. Milton showed at the start of the time window. He was super friendly and comprehensive from the start. He answered all of my questions and showed me everything he was doing and explained why. I really appreciated his attitude. I don't normally post reviews unless 1) it is a good review and 2) the service was impeccable.

After I talked him out of the water , we agreed to roto-root about $150. Boy, oh boy, should I have been careful about what we agreed on.
I'm going to phrase
A refund was received by me from whoever was around the opposite end of the 1-866 number. But it was not Belmont Plumbing, of Denver Colorado. They texted me in the 818 number, after the fact.
That's not exactly what we agreed on, and it is insane -- it could have been cheaper to water jet the home's pipes!
The price for jetting dropped to $500 when I said I didn't need that do. 60 percent off, immediately! Classic.
4) The guy who eventually showed up (Robert) immediately said"it's roots in the main line," and pointed to a tree in the front of my house. He said it'd be $1,200 to water jet on the line. I pointed out that the lines in my neighborhood run to the alleyways behind the homes, so it couldn't be roots from the tree out front. Oops.
I will reiterate here: the"A-1" plumber who came to my house tried to sell me a $1,200 service since he believed my sewer line *came from the wrong side of my property. *

Go this if you're considering booking anything.
PDFs of all this stored, and I have my screenshots and have shared it with the owners of Belmont Plumbing so that they can file a complaint with the CA Contractors State License Board.
I scrutinized the Yelp reviews. They all looked to be from men and women. But. . .they ~all lived in Denver, Colorado. That will not make sense. . .23 happy clients, all of these in Denver?
1) Last week, I had some plumbing issues, so that I looked around on Yelp for the highest-rated plumber in my area of West LA / Beverly Hills. Yelp pointed me "Number One Air Conditioning,Heating & Plumbing."
Needless to say, I said no. They ended up leaving with $150, and my kitchen, washing machine, and also among two baths were due to a clog on that side of the house. It ought to have been a roto-rooter job that was simple.
Those are indisputable truth.
2) I chose"Number One Air Conditioning,Heating & Plumbing" because of its favorable reviews, most of which mentioned"Jerry" as a very great / attentive plumber.
He explained that it would be 150 to roto-root out another clean after he rooted one pipe and that side of the house was draining / back to normal!
Long story short, I was able to figure out that the Yelp page was really hijacked by a husband and wife pipes staff in Denver Colorado, whose business is"Belmont Plumbing." Someone had made a Weebly website and changed the address and contact number to reach a business and the 1-866 number here. All their testimonials, tied to some other address and contact number, and dating back to 2009, were now re-located to Los Angeles. The business title on Yelp had been updated, in the past month. I talked at period with the people in Yelp and Denver and they could recover testimonials as of late last week & their page.
How or why could a business, or somebody like"Jerry," cited in all the Yelp testimonials, get such great reviews? It didn't make sense.
And...
The bill I obtained from the plumber who came to my house reads"A-1 Plumbing Heat & Air Conditioning" at the top. The CA contractor license number on the bill is 949837. The address matches this business.
Someone hijacked at one Yelp page with 5-star testimonials from a mom-and-pop plumbing business in Colorado, named Belmont Plumbing, and re-located the page (and all their favorable testimonials ) to Los Angeles. I had a plumber and called the telephone number in that Yelp record. The individual who answered the telephone answered with"Belmont Plumbing?" Along with gave me an invoice with a builder license number that matched business and the address featured on this page.

Just used A1 at my house in studio city. I sent the exact same service tech Mike to service my office I. Sherman oaks. Service was fantastic. Blown capacitor he had the part on the truck. Replaced it and unit fired up. That I need to service all my top units at least once. The care service is performed by him and I could already feel that the unit cooling and functioning. Do you say service. Used this company twice and sometimes I am very impressed on process I'm they are. Getting the job done th e first time

My heater broke down over the weekend, and so I searched for a repair company and discovered a -one. Who could come by the following day. . . .My boyfriend called. I wish we had went and waited with DAVE. I'd done when I called to cancel my appt with a one DAVE asked concerning the repair. I told him that the other guys price and requested me to find out if he was fair, so that he could tell me, what the man was replacing. Sure the other plumber charged too much and I told him what DAVE had told me. The plumber agreed to reduce his price and Dave was happy I was not being taken advantage of. If I ever need a repair or plumber man I am phoning a one and DAVE. What a class act company and man! Five stars all of the way. .

Today I had come out for a second opinion in my central heater and he. Told me that the motor in my heater was broken up and I would need to replace both the heating and ac. Gabriel came out and not only got my warmth up and running in 10 minutes but told me that it was shutting away that caused it to quit working and since the door had been put back on improperly. He had been honest, clearly knew what he was referring to, and relieved me of a nightmare. It's rare to come across people so honest!!!

I'm quite delighted with A-1. A-1 was probably. They were the ones who came out the exact same day I called. 23 hours my AC was working with a new motor and up. Dan was my technician. He was an excellent representative for A-1.

RIP OFF DO NOT USE!!Horrible experience with those people. Hundreds of dollars were billed to come and stop a flow and they blamed me. They will not be used by me and warn anyone else to go somewhere else. Money down the drain (lol) with this business!!!

After discovering a flow, I called these guys. They arrived in less than two hours. Fixed the issue. Found another issue and fixed that too. A long weekend All on a saturday. I found them through yelp. Thank you!

Shower determined it wanted to flip off. Called and explained my shower mixer, and Shawn came within an hour to fix it! Day before mothers day also it being late afternoon produced this all the better as I had been dreading going though the rest of the weekend without water!

Work was very professional and was completed in a fresh timely fashion.
Came to my home on time, company. Estimate to get work was aggressive.

I found these guys following a pipe saturated the entire damn thing and in my wall broken. Their friendly plumber took a look, came out, and found that the problem - the PVC pipe's size. The employee was friendly and honest and extremely fast although I know , the details are boring. Cut to a year I phoned and they recovered the advice, once I was able to eliminate the receipt I would have to send into my insurance company. It was a $125 job!! Yeah, I am SO calling them for assistance. Great individuals.

I have an A/C drain outside of my house and somehow it constantly leaked into the point at which the concrete in my backyard was stained with rust, algae and anything else.
LIfe is if there arise a plumbing issue, keep these men in your contacts list.
Word of mouth is the best type of advertisement. I did not find this business on yelp, a friend of mine urged me since my plumber alternative was on holiday.
The fix was easy and the cost was reasonable for a repair.
As my plumber wasn't around, I took a chance in my buddy's recommendation. I'm very happy with these men so here I'm recommending them.

I had water leaking out of my Own Water heater I call anaheim pro plumbing they Shipped out Branden with at a 1hr he look at it and said it need to be replaced let me Understand Exactly What the Price would be he had replace it and Wash up and took the old one Together and That I had hot water with at a 1hr That I would recommend anaheim pro plumbing and call them the next time I have a problem

I can only say good things about the Support we received today from Shawn came out from there sister plumbing Firm We've used and gave us exactly the service that is perfect that is Exact Same as the last time highly Urge

I needed a plumber to come out as it takes to my own shower to heat up and diagnose my water heater. A-1 was called by me based on a recommendation from a friend. Robert determines that my water heater has built up sediment from its era which it was not working and comes out the next day does a complete inspection. He suggested that instead of buying a new one, I do a complete flush. Dollars that are heck beats a thousand any day. He has got the flush done in my water heater works and an hour like new!! I enjoyed the professionalism and courtesy that Robert shown to not try and up sell me into the route. I would recommend A-1 and Robert to anyone searching for excellent pipes that is fair.

Before he left, he advised me to replace air filters twice a year to keep the system clean. He assisted us to fix a shower switch and had plumber expertise!
After being advised by a different Heating & AC company, who phoned me to offer evaluation, that I must spend close to $7,000 to replace my whole system, I phoned A-1 for a second opinion as they were rated high on Yelp.
In general, I saved a lot of money and had a reassurance.
The technician Claudio showed up on the appointment time. He had been! He showed me that the system was less than optimum but was essentially working fine after analyzing the systems with his digital device. He filled up refrigerant and also did the cleaning and tune-ups. He charged me less than $400!

Punctually, really friendly plumber (Shawn), speedy, legitimate cost.

Over the past two months, I have worked with quite a couple of service providers on my new home. A-1 Plumbing is, hands down, among the best that I have dealt with.
Kudos to A-1 for conducting their business that they do. Despite being at a new place I don't know well, I am comfortable knowing I have"my own" plumber.
Robert, my plumber, was courteous prompt, professional and thorough. He repaired both of my issues during both visits economically and with no mess. He's fantastic.
They've seen my house two times, both on the same day as (and inside one hour ) my telephone. The first service trip was supposed to remove and reinstall a faucet that had been removed by my kitchen demo guys. The second was now, after the gas company found a gas leak in my own kitchen brought on by improper removal of my cooktop (by the same demo guys).

His two crew/helpers and jason came and knocked out my ac issue. Luckily it wasn't a complicated (nor expensive) issue. Their costs were honest and very competitive. They came in the arranged time, and wasted no time. I now have AC!!!

With a wife and two children, I had been seriously concerned and disappointed until I found Dan and Dave - that worked later on a freezing night to match us in. Dan explained to me exactly what the component was how to keep it from occurring in the future and showed.
Frankly one of the greatest experiences I've ever had with any home hold repair. Our HVAC unit started making an dreadful smell at Friday morning and we could not be match by any repairmen until Monday.
