I had to install an air pit valve in my kitchen sink. It wasn't a project that demanded repair. It was a simple installation. Some areas gave fair and honest rates, while an alarmingly large price was quoted by some.

This was. Plumbers estimated 30 min - 60 min. Plumbers quoting more than $200 estimated 45 min - 60/90 min. (My assumption is that a longer job warrants a higher price because it's such a difficult task, right?) I can't imagine what prices would be like if someone is charging me $125 while another is currently charging $250.

Super fast and professional! I phoned and they offered to have somebody come out only a couple of hours later. Our tech made sure before entering our home, to put on booties and he also fixed the problem with our disposal. Will definitely use this place if we have some difficulties!
We called for a leak since we had very good experience with them. But this time was completely different, they was rude and didn't fix the issue right.
Because we had a plumbing crisis Tony was called by us. We don't have a regular plumber, so we found him and picked him based on his high evaluations. He sent someone within one hour to our home and they did a fantastic job of repairing our leak and replacing our pipes. We could use them again and were very pleased with Tony and Steven his helper.

Kept me notified across the way up to time of arrival. Totally did a fantastic job and professional. Highly recommended.

So I've been the home manager for a client in their Sherman Oaks home for a few years.
