Our regular plumber has retired; so, when the garbage disposal abruptly died and the bathroom backed up (on the same day!) We called these men -- a day for us, crossed our fingers and did an online search! A plumber was sent by them over the hour into our home! He diagnosed and solved both issues fast, efficiently, and at a sensible cost. These men are my plumbers from today on.
Everyone -- including the office staff -- is a joy to deal with.

My water heater stoped working so I called Sal plumbing, they showed up on time, diagnosed the Issue, apparently I had a leaky water heater, we Needed to Substitute it so the Team from Sal plumbing did the Job without Distress after a few hours I had a Brand New water heater installed along with a running Warm water they left the area clean and did a beautiful job Highly recommend.

I Can Not say enough good things about this company I had a constant problem with my main sewer line I called Sal Pipes they sent out a really nice Tech he was polite,friendly and very Educated,he showed me the problem with the video camera,and I was able to View in a live moment the State of the pipe, it was very bad,we had to replace it immediately,the price he Offered me was very fair and reasonable,Fantastic job!
The technician and his crew worked from Begin to finish to complete the job, they replaced the sewer line from the house to the road they washed everything and didn't leave a mess so far so great I'd definitely use them again, and highly recommending

As a result of yelp,I was able to get my pipes replaced with Sal plumbing and rooter,inc..
Harley showed up on time, he video inspect the lineup, I had a lot of origins and a few brakes at the main sewer, he also was very informative, he was able to give me two options to line the pipes or to pipe burst the pipe, finally we decided to pipe burst it, because it is like getting a new pipe, and it is more affordable, the team was very professional and they were able to Complete the job in the same day, they abandoned the area very clean,

Because my toilet was leaking, I phoned Sal Plumbing this morning and that I needed it fixed now! I expected they'd inform me that they would not have the ability to come out until tomorrow which would be too late. Nevertheless, they said they'd be outside between 4 today & 2. I've heard that many times from different businesses and they never make it. Sal Plumbing maintained their word!!! Two quite considerate, competent technicians replaced my very old toilet and came out. They cleaned up and were so neat. There was nothing for me to clean up. Thank you Sal Plumbing!!! Your plumbers are great!!! Hopefully I won't require any plumbing repairs for awhile but I am certainly calling Sal Plumbing when I do!

(Inspection )I had a great experience sal pipes,he has crew and Michael were great to use. I had other quotations for a drain repair,and Michael lent me a very fair price for the job. He's crew was friendly, considerate and their job was clean and very neat. I will use this company for all my plumbing demands thx. .

Don't charge for coming out - that is a plus!! However they did not give me an estimate as snaking a bathtub, for a frequent issue. Yes they need to evaluate to observe the extent of the job they could have contributed a price record. I had been told that the serviceman will quote the job after their inspection. They men came - the quotation of $145 was high for a bathtub snake although they're friendly, personable and good. They stated $59 if blank out that I had told them could not be open so they needed to go. I sent them wound up snaking it and packing and after a few attempts got all the clog.
And you tell by their response to my comments that were not so harsh their customer support is not their priority.
Reply: they gave me nothing and nothing was approved by me. Bottom line is they prey on customers who call just when they are in need and than have a regular price list so customers know upfront the range of potential price they tell you if he gets there that a serviceman will quote. Then they quote a speed knowing that 9 times out of 10 the client will accept since they are to receive their issue.

This is the plumbing area ever! His son and the owner Michael are all unbelievable! I use them all of the time. They helped me out so much!

Not too many companies understand to repair water heaters.
I was pleased to find out that this company knew a great deal. Great customer services. Same-day services. Resolved the issue. Was professional.

I read the comment left by the business and I am even happier that I moved with a business that is different. I can't believe this firm! I never said it was a house. I gave a unit everything and number. And I said there was a leak. Wow! The person that wrote the reply and I never spoke but he is making stuff up so the company does not seem as bad. But in doing this, he's revealing what kind of business it is. Fantastic luck if you really use this organization.
I did not use the Plumbing for employment of Sal. I called them to see if they could do the job. I ended up using another firm that has been fantastic. I'm writing this review so others may vet them because of their plumbing jobs. I needed a hot water heater beneath my sink repaired. I had an installer which was hoping to put in a dishwasher and I didn't know that the water valve would not shut off. The installer didn't do water valve fixes. So I needed to locate a plumber. The woman that answered was helpful and said that she managed to get a repairperson, As soon as I called Sal Plumbing. That was excellent news and I was very pleased. The cost was somewhat high but nothing had been coming out the exact same day. Then I got a call back that because the unit was a condominium in a building, I needed a letter saying I had permission to shut off the water to the building. I suggested that notice was given and the water could shut off if needed. I then was told that they would require it . I said I could send them an email using the info. They said that was not enough and they needed it. I explained that an email was a composing. I asked what they wanted and they said that they were needed to get something in writing. I tried to figure out what they wanted but everything I told them I could access them or proposed they simply said it was not good. I told them several times to tell me what they wanted and I'd get it but they never could explain what they wanted. To be clear, I'm on the Board for the condominium association so that it would be easier than to get them everything they asked for. I explained that no additional plumbing firm that did work for me or the association ever asked for this kind of document. I finally spoke with all the repairperson who advised me that in the past he had neighbors who complained about the water and that he didn't want to deal with this. I asked how long that he anticipated the water would need to be away for the job. They didn't have any appointments available until the following day although other companies explained it was a rather straightforward repair. He explained he couldn't tell me an specific time but he'd quote no less than three (3) hours once he began work it could be around a week. This didn't look right for the job. We agreed that I'd find another plumber. I found somebody else who got it billed less and done in half an hour. I cannot state what their work resembles but that conversation over the phone didn't give me confidence in their abilities. I can understand what he described seemed completely out of the ballpark from every other plumber I spoke with and what occurred when the job was actually finished although that they can not give an specific time. It could be that they didn't want the job. In the end, I'm glad I went with a business that is different.

I contacted plumbing firms for help diagnosing a problem with a tankless water heater. I received an answer within 15 minutes, exercised a time for Michael to come take a look to my email, and he was able to fit me in on my date on the following Monday. Other (highly rated on Yelp) firms told me they would not be in a position to do a service call for 2weeks! Michael came on time and quickly identified the problem (a very old unit that probably had not been pinpointed by the prior owner of the house). He quoted a price and time that was scheduled that the day to do the setup for a new unit. While he was in our yard michael also checked the link with an outside gas line to a BBQ as a courtesy. Customer service!
Michael affirmed the team's coming time before the installation of the water heater the night . When they were completed, they showed up on time, worked fast, and left the place tidy. I'll be calling this business for my plumbing needs!

He helped us locate the leak and fixed the issue, worked cleaned , the price was fair.

The sump pump in my bathtub was lifeless along with the plumber who made the diagnosis could not get a new one for 7-10 days, which was unacceptable. I achieved to a handful of different plumbers and Sal's Plumbing was fast to respond and also gave me a price range to get it repaired the next morning. After sending photographs of the circumstance, Mike said it'd be a little more costly than the range I was given by him but said he'd stick to his number. The following morning Mike showed up on time and the project was finished. Mike let me know that the new pump had a 1 year guarantee if and explained that was done there were any issues in the future. Highly recommended.

They used special equipment to clear the Issue, they also inspected the house plumbing out to make sure everything is functioning correctly, and they explained it was fine, I would call sal pipes again for my plumbing Requirements
We needed a bathroom sink overflow sal pipes came michael was very knowledgeable and explained to us how to avoid clogs.

The procedure was smooth and the cost was fair
I had a bathroom drain back up into the bathtub, I called sal pipes, they arrived punctually, they found out that it was a main line stoppage, they tried to snake it and found out that there was a lot of damaged and roots into the line. They cleaned up after themselves just like nothing happened, covered the holes and replace the main sewer line from the house to the street.

Sal Plumbing and Rooter are fast, efficient, and professional. Daniel got my own water heater back up and came out and running in 25 minutes- and that was only an hour after I'd called them. I will definitely use them.
