I had a pipe under the house that had filled with roots. They could get to the pipe throughout the garage rather than throughout the home, so my wood floors were stored. They were clean, and incredibly kind. I can not emphasize enough how nice they were. They did not act like I had been wasting their time when I would ask even more questions and took the opportunity to answer all questions. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Can not say enough about my experience with Panacea. John Smith is a knowledgable, caring, and proprietor. As he's about ensuring a work well done, he's just as concerned about the homeowner --both are a priority. We had our water heater replaced, and so therefore are pleased with the results. Better temperature, and better water pressure control. I wasn't sold by him on some top of the line heater, only the most suitable one for our home. Give them a call.
