Mark is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! He has been assisting us with several projects and each single time has done a spectacular job!! His work is meticulous -- the hard stuff was a breeze with Mark -- he got all accomplished in a clean, professional and timely method and stuck it out. Plus Mark has a fantastic personality so that it makes dealing with plumbing issues better.

Quite sadly, our second experience wasn't as great. They told us that the plumber would come 2-5 pm. They did call to say he had been running late (coming from Orange County), that he'd likely come around 5:15. He did eventually arrive around 6:10 (dinner period for us).
Next time I have a plumbing problem, I will find someone else.
He snaked the drain in 15-20 minutes out. It drained, but it was great. He harped on something else it was the condition of my pipes. I was suitably apologetic and gave him a check for $150. Before, I had signed a quote for this amount and the attorney said there would be no guarantee. I thought the price was excessive for the work done.
The plumber (won't mention his name, I don't want to get anybody in trouble) requested about our problem (tub draining very slowly). I felt like a little boy belittled and being shamed.

Fred came out to a Saturday night and helped us avoid tens of thousands of dollars in damages to many wood condominium flooring when no plumber would come out to help fresh water leak stops. Seven other plumbing companies said". . .they MIGHT be able to come out to the following Monday. ." !!!??

Customer comment: Agreed, if it was absolutely necessary to completely restore. In our case it was not necessary mold, from the impact and cause scenarios you introduced - there was none, structural damage - there was none.
Customer comment: The recommendation of solution was welcomed, the issue is more with speculation of damage which the tech mentioned structural or day scenarios of mold growing necessarily. Was he a mold specialist or structural engineer? I really don't think so.
I called around to a couple of contractors and technicians to have a look, and all of them suggested that since it was a leak the damage was not bad at all. They all suggested that I let that dry for a couple of days and simply stick a household fan, and that should resolve any issues. Sure enough that the ceiling dried up in a couple of days and no mold was ever found. I did hesitate to post this for a while due to the scare tactics used, and always thought that mold would still rise in the ceiling. It's now been 10+ weeks and NO MOLD & NO ISSUES.

Then he referred me to the Patriot Restoration team, simply to measure the water moisture inside the walls and ceiling. The next man that came out pretty much painted a doomsday picture, suggesting that he had to perform moisture mapping for about $300. He said he'd give me a call to get a builder that they use to tear down half of my master bedroom along with parts of the wall or mold would start to grow. They did rattle me a bit, so I sadly paid for moisture mapping came to my senses and decided to have a 2nd opinion.
"As far as another opinion, neither the plumber or contractor are licensed restoration businesses. This is similar to comparing apples to apples."
Customer comment: Agreed, and I did hesitate to phone back as I'm certain you've experienced somebody constantly trying to pigeon hole you into doing something that isn't quite necessary. Because after all mold and structural damage isn't your specialty, instead of working with you , I hunted other professionals with remarks that were distinct. The 10 weeks was somewhat prolonged, however after the scare tactics, I'm still concerned that mold would somehow start to grow today so realize that mold grew and I didn't wish to jump the gun.

Customer comment: The customer support of the very first man was great. By mentioning mold over 20 + times, however, the next man put a great deal of pressure on us to moisture map and so on. In addition, he called back maybe even called you, to use extra tactics to try and lock in the job.
I had a pin hole water heater leak about ten months back from the ceiling which might have been ongoing for about a week. I called. The initial tech that came out was repaired the leaked in under an hour, and diligent.

Fred came within the hour of my phone on a Saturday morning, and managed to find the origin with his equipment. Would definitely recommend using this company and relying on somebody as knowledgeable as Fred!

I woke up into a sewer line backup which is never with. I requested an appointment based on reviews. I was called by a plumber.
I was scared to utilize any water in my home and he was able to help me out and was super nice and useful.

Fred and staff were fair, professional, and supplied quality work! The three things primarily essential by a contractor for me. A bid had suggested way more following the line was scoped by Fred, and work and cash better spent else where. I love not having the costs run up and also the plumbing seem great. Wonderful service!! I highly recommend!! I found my water heater leaked early in the morning. I called the company around 10. They told me someone would be over to help around 11-12. Fred ended up showing up until 11! What service!!

He has been a professional for over two decades so he definitely knows what he's doing but doesn't toot his own horn. Highly recommend this firm for their integrity and ability to get the work done without charging outrageous prices.

Last night at 10pm needed a emergency with a leaking bathroom valve. Clicked on the 24 hours and searched for plumbers associate. I phoned them and picked Patriot. This was my first time. Fantastic support. Mark case to save after I had called innumerable pipes that seemed confused about my difficulty. He came out, gave a free quote, and cleared my clog fast. We now only call Patriot Plumbing for any plumbing issues.

I've hired Mark for some jobs like replacing a toilet in addition to for * most * of our plumbing, out and inbound for a full residential repipe job. The repipe was a job that included excavating beneath concrete, plenty of in-wall and crawlspace work, and installing a new water heater.
It has been about a year now and there have been ZERO problems with our pipes. I could not recommend him highly.
