Thomas into the rescue! We would drain our upstairs tub, and it would appear in the kitchen sink downstairs... and stinky gunk from the pipes. Gross.
Thomas snaked the kitchen twice, and then went to the hallway (further along the way of gross gunk), and snaked it there. He got the clog and now water drains , although it took some time and committed campaign.

We made an appointment, and David came by on time(maybe not all of the technicians would maintain their promise and return on time)and allow me to fix my toilet tank flawlessly!

Wipes Clog PipesOur home has plumbing. I'm sure they did not help, although whether they were the culprit of our overflow situation from 8/25/19 we're not sure. Noticed lots of water to the bathroom floor in the morning and it started leaking over into the room rug. Everyone except me had to depart for the airport. Yup. It was up to a"girl" to find out. My brother said"Better telephone Sal." . We'd used them before and did not feel ripped off. Thomas arrived that time, however Wendy said it'd be Thomas or even Gino, and it was Gino who came up a couple of hours later when I predicted. He first called to tell me he was on his way. That was fine. Gino did a fantastic job. I mean, it has only been one day, but we're hopeful. Thank you, Gino. You did not mind while you utilized that thingy to clear out the drain me staring and were so kind and thorough. It was fascinating. Anyhow , appreciate this, and I'm hopeful that we'll be clog-free for a while, like I said. I think I'm going to throw off all our wipes because obviously some people can not read the several signs in all 3 baths that say"Don't flush the butt wipes." Sal, Thank you. I would definitely use this company again.

Had a clogged drain from the guess sink Saturday before football sunday. We had invited guests to get sunday and we were absolutely sure that we wouldn't be able to have it fixed that day but lo and behold they were able to do it. God bless them

I've had at least seven unique plumbers come and take a look at the shower leakage I'd. Not one of them could fix the problem and gotten worse at which one stage I gave up. When their van was seen by driving I and the leak of course got worse and took a photo to read some review. Even before they arrived at my location I was quite skeptical. However, OMG Sergio and one other plumber that came (sorry could not recall the name) was super professional and REALLY fixed the matter! They did much better than they guaranteed and got to work after reviewing the problem and quoted the amount. Now they'll be my personal plumber once I have some issues.

Excellent support. I called this AM and they shipped Luis over the summertime out. He was timely, courteous, and professional. He was able to solve our Kitchen drain that is stubborn clog. Thank you Luis for your professionalism. We will surely utilize Sal's plumbing for any plumbing requirements.

So called 30 year expert misdiagnosed a flow ,somehow blamed me for that .replaced my metal pipe without telling me in advance with a rubber hose . $450 for a miner simple access leak.from the start your held hostage with the $100 minimum policy.

Luis and Alonzo arrived to my home since water from my kitchen sink was coming out brownish. Was expecting a significant issue, but they confirmed it was just a filter that is straightforward. It washed out as a courtesy and did not charge me. They would do business with them again and were very honest.

My routine plumber inspected the job and stopped by yesterday. He states I overpaid by 2-3 times what anyone else would charge.
What a scam. If you like your money look elsewhere. I won't ever use them again nor recommend them, although they got one over on me this time.
Have to agree with others who feel taken advantage of.
The guy also fixed the issue and showed up on time, but his job wasn't accepted by me nor did we discuss repair pricing. He was just brought in to diagnose the issue. Next thing I know I'm being introduced with an invoice, and he got angry when I contested.

Thomas was the guy! He came out to my house at 8 pm today and explained exactly what was going on with the clog I was experiencing. He cabled the lineup along with the pipe is now cleared.
One thing I can say is thank you Thomas and I am rather satisfied.
Another firm could not clear the clog and came out yesterday. He quoted I want to replace pipe.

We have been using Sal's Plumbing since December 2012 for five midsize services. We have been pleased and happy with the plumber's knowledge, expertise, friendliness and efficiency. Our past three services were done by Mark who is also great to use in most facets and exceptionally well-qualified. His work is of high quality and he's very effective.

Sal's being used by 2nd time. Exemplary service. Had a leaking pipe under the sink. Called Sal's. They fixed within another 20 min and had someone here within 20 min! Because of Sergio (and yet another man that had come but I forgot his name ‍) for coming out and also advising me on what to keep an eye out for.

I phoned in at 12 pm on a desperetly needing help for my bathtub to be drained. perfect! Thomas comes snakes and timely outside a hairball from the drain and snakes the sink in the bathroom for free! Thomas then puts tailpiece a brand new basket strainer and wastearm in the kitchen sink. The left side of the sink is usable!
All work done was very scrupulous and I sensed honesty and transparency. Thomas was very respectful and made matters clear. I am very happy with the speed of getting someone out to me . This was a fantastic experience and I will be calling them in the future

A couple of days before, I finally, had the gas company come out to inspect and smelled gas in our house. Unfortunatelywe had some gas escapes of a pound each minute and our gas was shut off. After leaping on Yelp and looking for reputable plumbers, we found we and Sal's 're SO glad that we did.
The job was completed with no hiccups and fast. Pricing was fair and communicating by Joe, the owner, was impeccable. He was always available to speak andreturned our calls without neglect. Thank you. Seriously. Much appreciated.
Luis and Rodrigo, the support technicians that immediately came to our house have been UNBELIEVABLY informative, kind and efficient. They ensured us that it would be solved quickly, correctly and safely and walked us. I've honestly never been impressed by the degree of attention and pride which they took in their job -- each step was done and portion of our house / possessions. Both gentlemen conveyed with us that a relative from the industry would, and that's certainty not the norm. We feel INCREDIBLY thankful that Rodrigo and Luis were there to assist during this time.

Our sewer lines get infested with roots as many in my neighborhood have experienced. Wehave experienced sewer line clogs, and've been in our current house for 7 decades. The last time, we had lining blown in to try and solve the matter but behold and lo, 3 decades later we. I messaged Sal's through Yelp and had a very quick reply with Thomas showing up just a few hours agreed. He snaked the line and also showed me where the line came up short on the camera afterwards, making suggestions both for today as well as afterwards, and got us moving . Surely going to be contacting Sal's in the future!
