A-1 Total Service Plumbing

I love working with these guys. After occupations are complete, they always clean up. They stand by their work and extend a warranty within about 30 times (I believe this is based on the type of fix ). I appreciate the good communication from their shipment on to the techs.
In my job managing a facility, among the parts of my job would be calling these guys when we've got an issue. They are, although they are not the cheapest.
If you appreciate your time and want a job well done and quality service, phone this organization and give them a chance yourself.
I have been using this company for many years, and I am finally getting around to leaving an overview.

This team rocks! My water heater needed A-1 and several TLC was quick and efficient to send out a technician that was licensed to diagnose and repair. Advised us of rates and issues along the way. No surprises, no hidden charges. Thanks! Loving the water

I would like you to know I read and like I explained I waited to write my own review. I also stated I use reviews as a opportunity to educate. I could only repeat what you told me and I remember it the exact same way. I am happy with the plumber I personally hired and believe he's the individual he is and unique in what he can, yes he's accredited. He seemed in the pipe and saw the clog, he understood he could fix it and I've used this guy for projects that were large and I believe he's really good and he's fair. He says I trust his word and the remainder of the pipe seems good. You've got other testimonials which are so harsh, people liars, slum lords have been known as by you and you are on the top aggressive. Many people today love many others and your job have a big problem and feel their dealings with you are poor. I picked someone else and I picked that which was right for me. Assessing is absolutely incredible to me and threatening to sue me for telling the truth is wonderful. This was intended to help people understand they have an option but that which you said that day about a bathroom that was nice being 40,000 and to instruct. Was and I had to wonder why and that is this individual would he say anything? If this review was taken by you as I supposed it you'd see my side of it and understand that this was not a meeting for me personally. I did not call you names, I did not use bad language and I did not as you say bash you, I talked about price and choice and statements made. I believe my review is totally fair, as I say I can only repeat what you told me and I have not lied. You did not have a camera with you that day and we only talked about trenchless Plumbing which I had been sold on by your workplace that spoke so highly about it, that process alone was 5,500.00 but we could not do it, no whole house repipe was talked about just the bathroom, you gave me a name and number to Ferguson to purchase the fixtures. I decided to try one more plumber and we travelled with it. This has worked beautifully for a year and I am happy. I know your upset but this was not supposed to be . I've waited to write this review because I would like to be totally certain the problem is solved. I also wish to use this review as a teaching moment to help people understand that there is another way other than the bid. We maintained a house after my parents died and decided to lease it, it was remodeled but the Plumbing work was minimal due to ignorance about cast iron pipe. When water would back up in the bathtub we would be able run and we had been good again before next time and after that things began escalating and I began asking questions and the lineup was becoming run once per month and also at $145.00 a move that is hefty for annually. Then I was advised about trenchless where a synthetic sleeve is put within a pipe solving the problem Plumbing, I was also told two guys in California can do so and Ray Gray was among these. We had a consultation and he revealed and because we must travel to get that I was not happy having him there. We began talking and he seemed like a nice guy and Plumbing was next to his children and house indeed he's personable and how good his life is. Then we discuss the restroom and I am told I am not a candidate for trenchless Plumbing because the bathroom is vented wrong along with the amount of work needed to fix this might as well just tear the whole thing out and begin again and I can have a really nice bathroom for $40,000.00. He left and I began searching and I found the bathroom was not vented wrong and a young plumber that said he could fix this problem and that he saw no need to tear such a nice bathroom. He opened my pantry cut a hole and substituted 3 foot pipe. Ray Gray includes a group of men and women who work on jobs with him and they get compensated. People do want to get paid but doing work and bringing everybody in to feed like sharks I aim to. My bathroom didn't need to be substituted and I didn't need trenchless Plumbing either I simply needed a plumber. This guy is currently living in a 2 million dollar house in Pasadena so who is paying for it? We're. I told you that he was likes and likes to speak. Here's one more lesson, most things are a fix which you can do yourself. We fixed oven and a fridge and A/C our selves by watching a movie and ordering the part. If you can unplug a plug in and unscrew a twist you can do so to.

Second time I have had John out. This time I had a real problem with no hot water. He needed to emphasise an answer to a problem that is big. It was because we were undergoing and he discovered a really good solution. Anytime I want a good

I had been at a jam and they did the job thoroughly and with greater experience than the plumber I tried.

My husband and I live in a home that is mobile and we had a flow underneath our property. A previous plumber (that wasn't able to do the job because that firm does not cope with PEX but were nice anyway) and a family member of mine mentioned we had a leak in our PEX pipes and had a manifold replaced. I made an appointment yesterday with A-1 plus they were able to come between today. The receptionist was helpful and polite. Mike H. got here about 4:30pm. He was direct, quite friendly and knowledgeable. Got the job! I felt so awful that he had to crawl beneath a dirty crawlspace. Anyway, come to learn when my husband and he talked that he was a Navy Veteran also! My husband served and both were DCs.
The entire experience would recommend their services and was painless! Thank you so much!

Very poor customer service.
They stated they'd be at my home. Before leaving I called them and told them not to come. Then I left they chose to show up at my property. Still I told my wife to show them. Still attempting to give them a chance. Then he was finished searching he never came back and said he'll be back out of his truck using an estimate . I do think he scope the home to determine what they can steal. I don't recommend them.

A-1 service that was total was called by me plus they discharged their technician. I am totally pleased with service and the cost they provided. Jose was tech and he was very professional and explained the matter, he also gave me information about the replacing the pipes in addition to the way to work the garage disposal prior to calling a plumber when it should have issue! He made sure he left the work site clean that was very much appreciated! I'd recommend them

My Landlord call A-1 Service Plumbing Company, technicians were very fine, they came out to fix my heater & pilot to my stove. Reliable, On friendly & time. They explain what was wrong show us the probably & mended instantly. Would absolutely rely on them again.

If you own a company like I do and are open to the public seven days a week then you know that a broken bathroom or backed up drain is a crisis.
I wish I'd discovered this business. They have a tech available who is knowledgeable and committed to solving my problem.
Their prices are fair and their work is ensured. It will not get much better than that.

Service with a Feeling of urgency!! We smelled gas when we used water, known as Gas Co to check. No gasoline flow, but our water heater that worked perfectly alright functions after they messed with it. So annoyed. Luckily A-1 delivered Gilbert out on a Sunday morning and got everything fixed! The rest of the services that promised to respond fast 24/7 did not do We will use A1! Thank you!!

We've been having a problem with a smell. Smell was sewer like. We called A-1 and a technician that was nice named Alex Escobar was discharged to our home. He explained some and was friendly. After talking for a while, he advised he can inspect our sewer line using a camera. He showed us that there were no blockages and advised it would be our AC unit. Was outstanding and I would recommend this company as well as his job to friends and loved ones.

Company set a time up immediately. The plumber (his name was Ralph Gutierrez) traced the location of the stoppage -- it was at the primary line rather than inside our house. He got things running again and cleaned the line. Speedy service.

I said I'd get back to him later in the afternoon since I had another company coming out to provide a quote, then he said it would cost an additional $1500 ($7000 complete ) when they left and had to return. He then charged me a $95 service charge (which they didn't disclose sooner ), that I paid because he agreed he'd send me the photos he took of these issues on his mobile phone. He sent me the pictures
By snaking one of those lines for $100 the second company came out and solved the immediate problem. I agree some additional work will likely have to be done on the pipes in the future, but A-1 Attempts to take advantage of an urgent (but comparatively minor) problem to pressure you into a huge unnecessary expense
I called a few companies to emerge and evaluate the circumstance and had a leak. A-1 said I want to repipe the drains.
"I am not trying to pressure you, but if you don't do it correctly now it will cost an additional $1500".

Hi Raymond G..In the legal world what you are doing is called sham and fraud. What you need to do is stop trying to rip people off before you end up losing your so-called"specialist" permit for a plumber. You should be ashamed of your self. Anyone who reads your answer should know it is a reply that a 8 year old could write in lieu of throwing a tantrum cause he's caught with his hands in the cookie jar...i.e., my pockets. Shame on you personally and A-1 Plumbing.
First. . .you and I both know your company is full of it. Since you opted to place it for all because you understand to threaten to call the town, and to see and have the address, you also are aware the certificate of occupancy was issued in 2015 along with that the house was built in December 2014. . .stupid! You do this much crocked deals out there where you're, that you don't even remember.
Second, although A-1 Plumbing DID NOT do some work, you still tried to get paid by phoning and sending me a"past due" invoice MONTHS afterwards like I'd forget. But once I sent A-1 a letter threatening to file a complaint, I never heard from you . Who's lying now Raymond G.? I can back my experience up with this corporation. . .but you can't back up some of your lies. Shall I place your bill my video, my correspondence, and A-1's reply by email apologizing ?
Ladies (and unsuspected gents). . .when dealing with this business, please get a second opinion. Know what cost and the labor is worth. I knew better. Just cause doesn't mean I don't understand what I am doing.

*** Service I was looking for was overly set up an in-wall-water-bottle-system*** not a remodel, but didn't have plumbing issues or anything like this. I have. An apology and admitting mistake would have been valued. An answer that had nothing to do with my scenario is simply absurd:(
I achieved on yelp and also the office got me back and got an estimator the day to check out our centre and needs. Great!! I had been informed a quotation would come in a couple of times...  fourteen days turned into three then a week . I sent a following up on the office and yelp messaging called me after to guarantee me that there is a quotation coming soon. They confirmed my email and info again. I ping them again on yelp messaging and then owner told me to stop messaging them since their rating is affected by it and achieved. I said okay I know but I had been following up on a quotation that is now a week and a couple of days late today.... He promised me that I'd get my quote in the end of the afternoon and when I had any other questions to call him straight. It's been days since that telephone and NOTHING. I didn't want to leave a poor review and I thought we had been on a great start. Everyone seemed helpful and nice but this location became a dud. If they were not able to provide the support they should have said so. I hope this does not happen to others. I found another company that is much more prompt at getting back to me.
