Perfect Sewer

I called this morning on the recommendations of a sewer technician from another firm who had come to snake my drain out as a preventative step. The technology thought I would need service in the kind of air cleaning or cleaning. He suggested that I call several companies to have them come look and give me estimates.
Then, he examined the caps which were not sealed , and well enough, no cost along with my sewer lines, he suggested an extremely inexpensive fix for it. He thought these things must try . I was very appreciative for this kind advice. You do not often find somebody who is just fine like that. Again, he stated I had his number, if I had some issues.
He examined the toilet that was emitting a strange smell and, without charge or trying to sell anything along with my sewer, he showed me that the bathroom had some gaps in the caulk around the floor. He thought I must re-caulk to find out if that solved the smell problem and stated if it didn't, I had his number.

I had called to talk with another drain firm whose first suggestion was a video of the line for a price of $250.00. offering to come to my home This was.

I noticed the reviews of Perfect Sewer & Drain, here so I gave a call to them. I instantly got to talk to a person who informed me that David would call me back and he did. We talked about my concerns and he scheduled to come out this day, promising to call before he came. Within a couple of hours, I got a telephone and David said he would be here in about 15 minutes. He was at my door in around 15 minutes.

South Slope Brooklyn: had a sink drain David called back within a few minutes to receive my address, and answered the phone right away. Because he stated he would, and did a job that was careful he arrived by within one hour. He snaked the drain wash disassembled the pipes under the sink, reassembled everything cleaned and cleaned. The rate was reasonable. He's a wonderful man, understands what he is doing, and very considerate!

I had a major blockage in my bathtub drain on Saturday night. Called my guy and he couldn't do it, because it had been really bad. He gave me a few for the Perfect Sewer and those men came even though it was and fixed it for a reasonable price. Business that is great, I highly suggest them.

The group that arrived was friendly and professional and the office staff that assisted me at the first couldn't have been nicer.
I'm happy with their service.I had a plumbing crisis recently with a massive problem with our sewer in the backyard that was causing devastating mess.I called Perfect Sewer and they arrived over 1 hour.they fixed the problem and the price was in my budget.

My sink was clogged late at nightI phoned them up and they arrived within an hour and took care of the issue. The cost was fair and they only charged for what exactly the problem was and didn't attempt to upsell.

Employed them again recently but this time, a man came around who dressed like he was heading to some party or something. He did fix the stoppage but billed me than the man who I was used back in 2011 in my previous place. It appears I had to cover his expenses for his elaborate threads and his night out. Will not be phoning them anytime soon...

It was so bad one time we needed to put sandbags so the water would not flood my son's room.
I have done a little research and got a couple of quotes over the telephone, some actually lower than perfect sewer. When a friend of mine said I should possess the drain water jetted what made me give them a chance was. When I asked perfect sewer regarding water jetting, the guy said I should do that if an expert plumber states it has to be done he recommended cleaning the drain first. I feel any location would grabbed my cash but not this guy. So I chose.
The two gentleman, Glen and Tom, were a little late but other than that, they did an excellent job in clearing my backed up drain. They were quite professional although I mean, what I thought was. Tom did not need to monitor any water so he walked around from the common driveway and back every time. Glen revealed that the builder that completed our basement did not put the cap back to our drain so he gave us one he had in the truck (no cost ).
When they were completed, they cleaned up, gave me a receipt and a reduction. I gave them a GOOD tip and told them to go buy a couple of beers after work when Tom said to me"We do not drink, but God bless you for the tip." That there offered.
I'll be recommending you two men to my friends.

So I called this location I had a clogged sink. The guy charged a fair cost, cleaned the drain and showed up on time. I am a satisfied client.
