Details: I called at 7 am, technician called back in an hour to confirm specifics, plumber came thereafter, he identified problem. I was advised of precise price of replacement component and service. He returned and installed and moved to get a replacement component efficiently. If any leak they'd type it out I was assured. Exemplary service! So good to know of this corporation!

I just moved into an older building and my water stress was abysmal! Landlord told me so I gave them a phone that the shower had been installed by Downtown plumbing a few time back. After describing my issue, Dominic came to check it out and was able to install a new headset for me at no charge. So pleased with the customer service. Would highly recommend Summer Plumbing!

Would never use them. They charge a lot for their own services. Tech was there 20 mins. I really don't understand what the hourly rate to get a plumber is but according to the bill I got it must be over $1000 an hour.

I have been meaning to correct a review of the company for quite some time. This company has been used by my mom on 3 times and every time we had a good experience. They are prompt, reasonably priced and do great work. I will recommend this company to others.

Called to a Tuesday at noon in my sink that wouldn't drain (even though me playing Mr Plumber to no avail). Yuri arrived at 2, spent an hour or longer with snake thingy and I had. Yuri also happily explained why an island sink always has challenges with draining (no atmosphere pipe) and I could not be happier with this service. I believe it cost $225, not sure if that is high or not but I have a project that Yuri will probably use them again assuming pricing not ridiculous and have a look at.

Andre was amazing. Came out day-of and immediately fixed our escape. We're now in process of wider work, and he's been beneficial and incredibly responsive. Couldn't recommend him more.

Spent an entire day waiting to appear. He came. Then would call after that job and said he had a job that was flat and also yet another. At 5:30 I called, got his voicemail. He never responded. Called the company and they said they'd have him call. It's also nothing and 8 pm. I am glad my difficulty isn't flooding. I wonder if I could charge. A call would have been polite. Now I will use somebody else.

Horrible! First interaction with this area led to them quoting me work that was 3x more costly than another plumber. Tried a 2nd time for a far smaller problem and despite telling me that they would"certainly" be there and waiting each day, noone showed up. Additional options available.

We'd Downtown P&H visit our flat to fix an overflowing toilet tank. Their customer service was available in the middle of the evening and coached us. William telephoned us at 8 am, just enjoy the operator stated he would, also showed up to correct the issue. He was efficient, friendly, and detail oriented. Not only did he fix our plumbing issue, but our whole bathroom area CLEANED around the sink and the toilet, replaced our toilet flushing lever that was problematic without repainting it, in addition to noticing our bathroom door handle was loose and being prompted. These guys are great. Would be using Downtown P&H again and using the skills and superb customer services of William.

I have had Anthony at he has been an absolute joy to work with and Downtown P&H see with my times. He cares about his job and the work he does. He is also pleased if you are interested to talk about his knowledge with you. Function, quality people; do not hesitate to call these guys up!

The men who came to our flat were considerate, effective, and professional, and their cost was extremely affordable. They are highly recommended by me.

Waited for 4 hours. Guy showed up without calling -"oh, the workplace was supposed to call you". Wanted to charge $275 to get a project that he said is an hour but was probably less than half of that (without a parts cost - replacing an inner tank that I had on hand). Didn't appear to know what he was doing.

These guys are fantastic. Had a toilet issue that they dealt with immediately even though it turned out into a nightmare. Super nice and useful!

Called on a Friday at 1pm to have my kitchen sink emptied about an hour after and somebody showed up. Really professional, prompt and quick.

Had a bolier issue and have been miserable with the last, oh, ten plumbers we've employed. Asked around the neighborhood and everyone's response was"Don't know, but if you find a good one give me their number!" I wound up receiving Downtown's recommendation from a contractor who I hope, and my search is over. I was 80% sure that I did not need anything replaced and they did not try to throw expensive alternatives out until they looked closely (been there too many times) or have even a sign of upsell through the call (ditto). They understood what they were doing, solved the problem for a price that I was happy to pay, and that I was back in business. Domenic has a great fashion and is an superb communicator. Everything, from telephone calls to figure if they could come to the satisfaction of anyone's standards and filling me in on what I had going on was managed professionally as well as performing the job.

I was referred by them to Downtown Pipes Following another plumbing firm could not irritate my kitchen sink. Now, that in itself means a lot--a plumbing company that is recommended by plumbers!
I'll be calling Downtown Pipes if I require a plumber again!
These guys really came through for me. They were able to provide same day service at a reasonable speed. Willie and Antonio were friendly and prompt. They had all of the tools and parts ready to go inside their truck, so they were well prepared for any situation. Most importantly, Willie remained composed and confident throughout. He assured me that he'd troubleshoot any problem before it had been fixed and I had been satisfied.

We had a task done by means of an amatuer plumbler which caused two leaks. We predicted Downtown Pipes on Saturday through Labor Day weekend and he was able to send someone out by Sunday. Did they appear but he was efficient, knowledgeable and exceptionally respectful. The job took about an hour to finish and after it was completed, he shot some areas from the kitchen AND. I was satisfied along with the job completed. I'd use Downtown Plumbing & Heating and recommend them to my loved ones & friends.

Our kitchen sink wasn't draining well so I called these guys in the afternoon and talked with their answering service, in under 2 hours Dominic and his partner were in my door (granted their shop is not far from us). They quoted me prices, best case and worse case situations. They tried the repair, it didn't function proceeded to remove the trap to snake the lineup. That didn't work completely initially, but two more attempts did the trick and some horrible stuff came out. The drain seems to work fine today. The cost that was quoted was paid by me and am happy with the plumbing job. I loved their diligence, the only complaint I have is that they severely scratched my hardwood floors, (originally I thought they were just scuffs on the ground from the job boots, but they've proven to be permanent). I not sure if it had been alternative gear or their boots that made the marks, but I have been not able to buff or clean them off. Since I shall have to employ someone to repair the ground, my first 5 star rating was reduced to 3.

Terrible service! Long story short, I waited almost 8 hours over the span of two weeks to your plumber to not show up. Willie said he would be at my flat between 1-2 and never showed up. When I requested to ask when he believed he would be there, he repeatedly said he just finished up another work and would be there soon. At 6pm, I requested to reschedule. He can come in the morning, although he gave me about how Friday is off his day guilt trip. He never showed and maintained he could be here within a couple of hours. I completely understand that some jobs take longer than anticipated, however I took two days off work waiting for a man to finish a different job up and be over. Perhaps are alright, but my experience was dreadful.

Andre was great and came to inspect our dishwasher that was broken. He repaired the leak and then came back after it broke on install to install a faucet. Fantastic support and so helpful and responsive - could not have asked for anything more.
