Outstanding support by a great person, named Chris. You should be very proud to have a guy like this. He figured out what to do with all the faucets in our bathtub, immediately. Subsequently, Chris came back promptly on Tuesday. He had three bathroom fixtures all put back together fast.

I had a sink needing either replacing or restoring. With everything the sink has been impossible without redoing the bathroom to replace. So it nearly appeared fresh this old sink was restored by them. Very plumbers can or might do so.

I'm still happily working together with Dave and his technicians. Just today they came by to change the rod in the HW heater, and also check drains of getting guests for Thanksgiving, in advance. Also found out that one of the techs of Dave resides in Santa Cruz, so they do operate over the hill. (Dave has done work for me in Santa Cruz, but that I didn't realize he actually has techs who reside there.)

I'd call Dave at Plumb Perfect for any plumbing problems. Very knowledgable and smart. We carried by phone/text and he kept me updated when to anticipate him.
Dave brought all of the parts needed to correct a terrible PVC pipe install which has plagued us and drainage for ages. A joint actually came and we were desperate to receive our sink ready to go again. We have , gleaming metallic pipes that are sturdy and dave managed to come and that I can regain something lost down the drain at the u-bend - LOL.
So that your plumber may be as ready as possible, it worked well sending photos of the situation.

He began, and I phoned Dave to provide pricing to me and finished the job. Fantastic work nice to deal with and very reasonable pricing. When I have the need I will most definately return.

My friend recommended Plumb Perfect because I had a clogged kitchen sink as she said that they did a fantastic job with her kitchen sink too. Managed to get an appointment the next day. They shipped Chris and Andrew who arrived on time! The project took longer than anticipated due to the dirt and grime through the years in addition to the means by which the pipes were laid. Andrew and chris snaked much farther than needed to guarantee every thing was rid of the grime. They brought a cover to the floor to make sure their equipment didn't damage the floor, were polite and cleaned up after the job. Plumb Perfect would be plumber to be gone by the to get me! Ah .... The ability of word of mouth !

Dave has really gone more time. . Nice that he can develop, '' he deserves it. 2 men who came were nice. Doing the snake. When it's usually just 1 individual needed/used Nevertheless, it was X on the labor cost.
Handily down town. Nobody appeared to understand how to tighten. /protected the faucet that is rickety kitchen that had been set up by these prior. still wobbly.

It's uncommon to locate a plumber that also has fair pricing and is not attempting to up-sell you just to get more of your cash.
I enjoyed that I got a comprehensive explanation of exactly what my plumbing problem was and what choices I needed to tackle it. Oh and did I mentioned they really addressed my plumbing issue, not the symptom's origin.
We've experienced our HVAC serviced along with a water heater replaced by Plumb Perfect inc.. Each visit they had been on time, friendly and clean.

Dave gives his all.
We had a gas leak in our stove. Dave was able to take care of the issue right way. So there was no wait time he had the needed parts on hand. I believed that he was moderately priced.

Dave does a fantastic job and has been plumber for several years. We had a leak under our kitchen sink, which he came to fix right away. He suggested we replace our faucet to prepare for the installation of a reverse osmosis device that was new, and he eliminated the filter to make things easier. There was also a hole in one. A new one was bought by him for us and replaced it.
We placed the name of Dave on the website so others may use him and live in a condo.

Dave is the final fair plumber. He will tell you the facts, talk realistically about the options, and cost you the exact same for this water heater or leak repair if you're a pensioner on a fixed income, or even a venture capitalist from the hills above Cupertino (which I've stated was dumb, but Dave won't alter his morals to get a few bucks). Why? Because he is fair. And he is genuine. Heck, he would help you get your cat out of a tree (no cost ). Do not be fooled by the advertisements and elaborate trucks. Plumb Perfect is all you need in a real plumber.

I did work in 2001 although I have never had the joy of getting Dave come to my house. In that summer I learned about being a specialist, and doing work that one may stand back and genuinely be proud of than I have in 5 years (yes five!) In a University, University was said by three and a half years working in NYC and two and a half years working for that. I hope if even a fraction of what I heard form him to the pupils , I communicate. Please call him he's a good man.
