Recently had a couple of repairs completed. Faucet. Toilet and more! Whew. Water . So I've been blessed to work several occasions over the years and urge them to other folks. First fulfilled with them and have been so delighted. The workmanship. The honestly. Reliability. And much more. Rates are affordable.
I know when I get an impression from Plumb Plumbing it is true to word and worth.
I find them dependable!

In which my bathroom randomly 15, I've had a reoccurring problem. Had about 8 pipes come out in the last year and a half and none of them have each solved the problem that is real. Since it had been doing precisely the identical thing again Joe came to look at my toilet. He had been the first man to take apart the toilet and determine what was going on straight beneath. He had managed to pull off pounds of gunk and tree roots out of the pipes! He was nice and patient throughout the experience and replaced components. I get to enjoy a stress free toilet for a week, although next week, Regrettably I'm moving!

I highly suggest Plumb Plumbing due to repair costs and their timely and honest support.
Both times Jesse has been that the plumber and he is a super nice guy who keeps you informed as to exactly what he sees. He provides advice that is reasonable on how he never once did I believe like some other work performed was unnecessary and should proceed.
Plumb Plumbing has worked at my house twice in the last year on plumbing and the two times I felt their assessment of the problem and their repairs were fair and honest.

The reason I am giving it 2 stars is because the actual plumbing work is fantastic. The home builder for our project that was re-pipe was impressed with the work's quality. Joey was super friendly and useful in our quote. The most important problem is customer services. In case you have a problem and need to deal with Vicki be ready. Their drywall sub was scheduled to return to our house on Tuesday when we moved after work nobody had shown nor was a phone call placed to us regarding the reason why. When Vicki was questioned her excuse is they're a 3rd party so our fault and she had been on vacation Monday and Friday (what this has to do with Tuesday I'll never understand ). We had been told they'd be out on the job & Wednesday would be finished but that wasn't true . We had been notified that they needed to return Thursday to complete the job and we'd be finished on Thursday. After I called Vicki from frustration all she reiterated to me was"Sorry but I've already told your husband this. ." . How condescending to not speak to me or try to be sympathetic to the circumstance. I'm a customer as my spouse deserve the exact same respect and is. Following a circle of vacant sorry's and letting her know I would never recommend them again (she got agitated at that but only said fine like she didn't care) I hung up. Turns out her statements regarding our phone calls were lies and my husband understood exactly what I had stated. A paragraph is by which she cites exactly what she told him also it was a lie. He's her prior email which says. Save yourself some headache and pay a bit more money to receive customer services that is real. Because the job was great, it's terrible but I'm beyond excited to be done with this provider and Vicki. I'll never use them tell everyone I know to NOT use them and move everywhere.

This Inspection is for Plumb Plumbing Situated in Tucson Arizona. I had them repipe 2 homes to eliminate all piping. Their work is efficient and both homes were finished by them in a way that is timely.
They are HIGHLY Recommended by me .
I obtained 3 bids along with their bid was in the center. I hired them due to their presentation and in depth quote.
One home was completed in 2012 in the home and 2010. The service quality has been the same. That which was completed and finished and there were not any surprises to my satisfaction.
The owner and staff are attentive, educated, professional and friendly.

The plumber that came to change our taps was no-nonsense and polite. He made a trip to buy supplies that were needed and did not waste any time with the travel or the job itself. The truck charge that is $16 is appreciated by me, too- some prices are so high simply to get someone. We are delighted to state that we've discovered our new plumbing firm!

We are extremely happy with Plumb Plumbing and will recommend them.
Plumb Plumming had a cost that is fair and appeared to be the most educated. We had our home repiped and their bidding contained.
Office employees and the workers were all skilled and easy to work with.
They accommodated us and completed and we were on a time crunch to get the job done the fix with time to spare. The repipe was finished in eight days which included waiting and a weekend on the inspector. Gutters and repipe was finished in four days.

The plumber who came to set up my washer was on arrival. He continually"lost" his tools running back and forth between house and garage. Incompetence .... Or just forcing the cost of my appointment up. Both are task of removing the washer and installing a new one cost me $188 bucks and took more than 2 hours. Water has been dropped in my carpeting also. Inferior support. Wouldn't recommend for my enemy

In addition to the pipes work, I had them install a 3M Aqua Pure charcoal/sediment filter. This may prevent the build-up I suspect happened causing a lack of water pressure within the house. I put in a brand new showerhead that would not have been possible. Also in addition to the house work, I had them install a new water source in the front lawn (line needed to be put under present asphault as well...).
It took a little while longer following the pipes install since was active, to repair the walls. Once they arrived (Dimension Drywall), nevertheless they could match the feel for all the walls that had been cut to installation of new plumbing.
The house is an older house built in 1955, brick walls that are double-course. It was expanded two times since the 50's, both in double-course brick. So, of course... Getting through the"inside" walls can be difficult in areas where it used to be an external wall.
They also did a total of 1 full bath, a 1/2 bath, one kitchen, and just a cold water line to a 3/4 bath... which is in an area of the house that had newish (70's) aluminum pipes. They had to run the brand new cold line due to the method by which the house had been constructed - the chilly run was attracted to that bathroom from the exterior in a trench, if this area was designed. This potential problem was found by Plumb, and it was accounted for in the strategy before starting work, since it was discovered by them. I had 4 technicians estimate this endeavor, and Plumb were not the only ones who discovered that issue... They were the second I called, and I waited for the others to find the matter but they didn't detect. There was one supplier who quoted the job cheaper than Plumb Plumbing, but since nobody else seemed observant enough to find that problem for the 3/4 bath I decided Plumb was the company for the occupation.
PERHAPS I could have done it , although maybe not as quickly and not as pleasant. These men know what they are doing, and they will do an excellent job.
The pipes work took a total of 2 days. In day one they hooked one of my bathrooms up to insure we had water for this evening. In day two the entire plumbing job had been finished... 1 kitchen, surrounded by brick walls, where they moved from the Aquapex to copper for any lines that needed to be subjected. I had them run a copper water source for cold and hot behind my fridge - the only way to do it since brick walls that are double-course surrounded largely it. They conducted the lines supporting my fridge and then in the back my cabinets so that shows. This was the area in the house to replumb - in the other regions they could cut holes in the plaster-finished wall to operate the pipes within the wall to regions that needed a supply. They didn't operate any"exposed" pipes on the exterior, so the final product looks like a neat"specialist" install.
Plumb was able to retrofit this house. They replaced the old pipes with Wiersbo Aquapex, an industry standard. I had them run an entirely new line from the water main. They brought out a trenching machine to cut through my asphault drive to lay the new line.

These guys are the real deal! Aaron and his guys showed up at 8 AM to replumb my entire house. It is 2 PM and they are finished. They are well coordinated, have everything they want on the 2 trucks they showed up together, and they all get along with each other. The pricing is good. Their attitudes are great. It is obvious they are experts at what they are doing. I'm impressed.

While my initial concerns about lack of water into the house during/following our pipe replacement haven't changed, I want to say that Plumb Plumbing did react promptly when I phoned to say water was still not getting to our pool and irrigation systems even though the house water had been revived. Handle and steve sent someone out on a Friday afternoon to evaluate the issues, demonstrating excellent customer service that helped. Thanks!

That is my experience with this business. There were a few plumbing tasks that are unemergent to take care of at the house--outside faucet repair & bathroom reconstruct. Plumb's costs seem to have become since my service about 1-1/2 decades ago, and I'm told that they do now charge a half weekends and time. However, this is a weekday, so the rate was 86/hour. Though there had been several chances to do so, there is also an extra $16 truck fee with every trip -- something that I hadn't been told about prior to the visit. Rather than a single plumber two very service men, Allen and Ed, showed up at a huge, immaculately tidy, white truck full of equipment and supplies. Although he'd been a plumber for more than 10 decades one of them was orienting into the firm. Collectively they have the 2 tasks done with minimal cost for components under one hour. Ed and Allen were personable, efficient, and professionally capable. I wouldn't be afraid to telephone Plumb plumbing in the future.

- Thorough, professional quotes
- Can include
- Crew was youthful and inexperienced
- The owner Steve was rude.
Pros:
Bottom line. . .if you are a real estate investor or if you are planning to sell your home, these men will provide you a permitted repipe for cheap. I suggest you keep searching, particularly if you reside in an order home with plumbing problems that are much more complex if you plan to reside at the home they repipe.
Disadvantages:
- Get all of their work inspected and allowed
- Whatever these
I got my house repiped. Here are the pros and cons:
- With best brand of fittings and PEX pipes
- Many things were performed improperly or not done at all.
- Do a lot of complete repipes
- Have crews that can repipe your house in a day
- Cheap pricing for repipes

The gate valve has been corroded - so no water. At 9PM I called Plumb Plumbing on their 24/7 phone number and in 5 minutes Shane, the on-call plumber named me. He diagnosed the valve problem immediately and was at my house 25 minutes and within just one hour replaced the valve by 10:30 PM we had water.
Service was excellent. Shane, the on-call plumber, has been efficient, courteous, and professional. Extremely pleased with response time and service. Pricing was good considering that was a call.

Had a tub that was backed up tub recently, but Apartment in general, and all the pipes in the toilet, worked fine. So, a bit of a mystery. The property manager was phoned by us for our place, and they sent out Plumb Plumbing. He turned up on time, and the man that showed up at my door was known as Andy, on what should have been a problem and he travelled. Turns out it wasn't, but Andy knew his job, maintained a manor that is rather friendly and skilled that the time, and did actually get the problem resolved. This is truly the second time we have had Plumb Plumbing delivered out to us (the first was a little emergency pipes on last year 4th of July, man was here within the hour, also completed and gone within an hour then ), and the two times we have been well pleased.

In February of 2009 we'd our leak .This one has been a significant flood. We had the polybutylene pipes. Time plumbed. We gave the task to Plumb Plumbing.
Two men showed up on time and went right to work. It required the procedure from start to finish. Cut open the walls, replace the pipes and fittings. Do a first rate job of minding the walls, clean up and leave. Even the city inspector gave them high praise"They do a Whole Lot of these. They do a good job"

We had a friend recommend Plumb Plumbing years ago and have needed their help many times. Each time, we have gotten somebody out (for a single emergency and two non-emergencies) over 24 hours. The techs that have come were fast, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They have been clean and explained things clearly (about what went wrong and what the fixes were). Their prices were fair and we will call them next time we need help with something in this house.

I own a house with the plumbing and fittings. Also, there are two trees in front yard whose origins prefer clog the sewer line and to get into. At the last five years I've had to have plumbing repairs plus have the sewer line. I would not think about using anyone but Plumb Plumbing. They're capable, cost friendly, responsive and competitive. I am completely happy with them.

After a home inspector promised us that the newly bought home did not have piping, after a month, we had our very first leak! It had been in the garage. We had no real history since the house was a repo/auction. Obviously , we contracted with Plumb Plumbing to perform the job. They were our pick from five estimates from different companies. They did a wonderful job from begin to finish. You would never know we had this difficulty. I highly recommended this business, I think you will be happy.

Had them clean out the primary line on 1/4/2014, I get a call on 1/12/2014 that the issue still exists, no guarantee on their work, quite disappointing that they don't even stand behind their work after 10 times....find a different plumber!
