Once again Ray at Plumbing 360 comes through as an upfront fellow. Did a while for me personally clearing lines onto a rental house, was immediately available, took care of business, I don't have any complaints. Talk to Ramone if you need a plumber!
I'm coping. Spoke with Ramon yesterday to go through specifics... Today he came out and had been totally jacked around by home warranty company... Wasted 2 hours of his time . I finally created a pleasant solution with home warranty due to Ramons activities... He's been ultimately professional, available and will finish the installation of a water heater in short sequence in our time of need.
All right. I found this company through BBB but when the arrived to my house first, the coordinator schedule one time with me did not put me on the novels so when he was about half an hour late (he'd scheduled to be at my house between 9am-11am, but at 11:30 I called and found that they had me for 1pm that was totally wrong. Then employee came out to do the job, gave me a flat rate that I enjoyed but then in regards to the job of snaking my tub, fixing the bathroom so it would flush and replacing the handle on the kitchen sink sprayer he failed at almost all the jobs. The one thing he did was conducted a snake down the tub. The bathroom will not flush correctly. He did not touch the kitchen sink charged me anyways, they did not show up at all!!!, and when I called to complain and have the work redone My husband is a wonderful guy so he did not cancel the test though I was tempted to. However, I wish to warn everyone. Don't hire them!!!!
