I had to replace a shower drain gasket that leaked in my downstairs neighbors shower. So it seemed easiest and most logical to have them come out she had used in the week. Major mistake. The men were polite. One was an"apprentice" rather than too quick. They arrived late ( about 930, although the appt was for 9 along with the reception claimed they started at 8 .) They assessed the issue and proceeded to buy the parts needed ( which based on the reception was a 20$ kit that also never came with a verifiable reception and that they drove 13 kilometers to locate (round trip ) and I live 4 miles TOPS round trip distance from expert hardware & 2 grocery stores. The apprentice for the most part was installing it as a learning second ( that I'm all for teachable moments but not when I'm paying $200 per hour), but was not quick at all. The whole procedure lasted 3 hours and the setup itself regardless of the slow speed of that apprentice was the fastest part ( 30 mins). For something I could've done... I paid $600.00. I won't EVER,EVER, EVER use or recommend this business again. This was a mistake.

Mr. Chambers recently replaced my old hot water heater and he jumped it from my crawl space into my garage. The new water heater has capacity and is serviceable in this place. He also replaced the water line on my fridge into the Ice maker. I have known Mr. Chambers for many years and he has completed a number of upgrades and fixes for me.
