His customer service skills were superb. He actually seemed to care and wanted to be sure I got this key so I would not be stuck ....he checked to be certain the key worked in each door along with the ignition many times all while getting soaked in the rain. Highly recommended!!!

Dave came out in the rain! He replies courteously and calls immediately. He went out of his wayhe had been in downtown Boston and he came all the way to Dorchester(in rush hour traffic) to come help me last minute at my occupation to cut me a brand new transponder key in virtually no time flat...
I reached out about 6 PM on a Thursday evening to locksmith. Dave responded within minutes. We schedule an appointment and he was punctually attentive and did the job quickly and at very fair price.
This service has been competitive and convenient rates. My car came with 1 crucial that's hard to replicate. Dave managed to replicate the specialty key in a competitive cost. It was cheaper than the dealer and I did not need to sit waiting. He drove into my property. Great support! Thank you
When I managed to break the mechanism within my 23, I was in the midst of a movement and worried. I called Prime locksmith and delivered a fast image of the doorway and Dave immediately understood what the problem was. He explained how I could fix it myself! I was ecstatic that it worked and there wasn't any serious issue. I'm so thankful I didn't take advantage, even though he could have pushed out and charged and called an honest business that managed to assist me me a fortune. I will use Prime again.

Locked myself out of the house. I strongly advise using Prime, instantaneous responds at 2 am. Made one phone call and someone responded immediately, truck was dispatched to site within 10 minutes. Very price, for customer services that is very excellent.
Outstanding support! Dave responded within moments on a Saturday night and Matt was out nearly instantly. Matt did a fantastic job, despite having to drill the door out a little changed out a doorknob and deadbolt in no time. Great experience, would not hesitate to recommend them!
We had to have our deadbolt. The response was quick and Dave was reliable and incredibly professional. He had been focused on fixing the matter and communicated clearly, although the issue was complicated that we thought every step along the way. This was among my positive experiences with a locksmith. I felt a feeling of trust and reliability which could be rare nowadays. I would strongly recommend him. (We live in the South End and he was in our condo door in less than 40 minutes from our first contact!)

We got locked out of the home on one of the coldest nights of the year. Dave was here in 20 minutes and responded quickly. We were in our home 15 minutes after. We highly recommend it and were very pleased with the support. A wonderful guy. And he cleaned up his metal filings!
