I shall update this AFTER I felt obligated to post a review in advance to remark on his impressive professionality.

Jonathan is amazing at Pure Plumbing!We worked a deal out, and he was able to come in on Monday to install a heater. He was good natured, and comprehensive.

That day, I had been on Yelp and saw this company was accessible, so I sent a message. Jonathan was quick to reply and though it was late on Sunday, he came by to check it out. He also confirmed my worries: I had a new water heater.
I walked into my garage on Sunday morning and was met with a wall of steam. To my horror, my water had a stream of water coming from it.
Backstory:
I know have a plumber my future needs for all!
There was lots of water although I managed to turn off the valves to it. I predicted several plumbing places however there were closed.

John and Pure Plumbing are my plumbers! I had been having a tough weekend with a broken shower manage and no water. John was here, on a Saturday, in less than an hour. In minutes my worries were over and water was heating for my Saturday night bath! Woo hooooo I called three pipes firms back until hours later. I adore this guy! I urge Actual Plumbing to everybody!

John Dickerson in Pure Plumbing Company Has Been awesome! Lego drywall finished repairs and sealed up the cracks to create it fire-code compliant,
Friendly and informative on the Way. We had a new hot water heater set up but we also had to get the closet repaired before the unit went .
John came back and installed new hot water heater with drains and straps per earthquake and fire !
John partnered with Lego Drywall and they leap-frogged each other to get the tasks. Old water heater unit came out, John repaired the old pipes,

FINALLY! A honest plumber in town. Text messaged to announce coming time, and ON TIME! Honest, clean, professional. John explained what the issue also major for his organization, was and was honest in referring us to another Drain Company. Oh YES. Our sewer line broke!!!!! Interesting that the builders ago utilized Terra Cotta clay to the PIPE!

We are extremely delighted. Johnathan was and was able to fix our water heater.

We had urgent help over the holiday weekend with our shower - right before we were headed out of the town. When we called John, he tried to walk through the matter with my husband, which allowed my husband to fix some of the issue on this own. Since we wanted to confirm before we left, everything was OK, John consented to maintain our house. He was professional, kind, knowledgeable and honest. He'll be our plumber moving. Highly recommend.

Pure Plumbing is awesome! John did a great job repairing our kitchen sink. He was professional, prompt and meticulously explained everything he was doing. The best part is that my curious became John's little shadow. John took it all in stride and explained everything he was doing to step by step. It was so cool that John was patient with my son that I'm sure was driving him nuts with all of his questions. We will definitely use Pure Plumbing later on!

Thank you for everything you did John! Fast with his email/yelp answer. Came to my house on Memorial Day to assist me along with my exploded water heater. Was really professional with his services, knowledgeable, and conveyed to me what my options were. I didn't feel as though he tried to up sell me anything which is always a fantastic feeling as the consumer, and he gave me options as to what I could or could not elect for services. He followed up a few days after to provide a referral for one more service to check in my house brought on by the water heater that was blown up for moisture and mold.

That doesn't even mention that the free faucet repair he performed.
John has worked together with me. One with another a water purifier and a hot water heater valve install.
Both times his job was prefaced with an ETA that was prompt. His job was excellent and professional. Shoe covers were worn by him at the house and cleaned up the job website. I know who to call, When I have any problems!

From the minute I called Jonathan Called him. . .on a Sunday, no"upcharge", came out, immediately took control of this scenario which included, educating me about the procedure for a major water leak I had in my home. He joined me with an business protect against mildew and to minimize the damage.

Best notch! Texted and called 1, 3 and 5 days later to make sure my happiness and everything was working after the setup. Did a job working around my house's garage details and had to creatively install a new pipe through the garage. Our water heater had one foot in the grave and had to be replaced. My mom called John and he was over within the hour to take a look at our water heater and tell us. In only a few minutes John had details and pictures for the faucets and the kitchen faucet also had a leak that he advocated. John managed to come back a day later to do the tankless water heater setup along with the sink. John managed to finish that and install the new faucet in 1 24, even though a tankless install can take. Everything is looking great. The tankless water heater freed up a great deal of room in our garage.

Woke up in the morning to discover a leak. Yikes! The wall was saturated. Pure Plumbing was urged by A friend and glad we followed his advice. John came out within the hour. He cut through the drywall and fixed the leaky copper pipe. Problem solved. Cleaned up the debris and gave us a recommendation for a dry wall business to fix the wall. John is a plumber and quite professional, honest, prompt. Plus he gave us a very fair price.

JD at Pure Plumbing is Wonderful! A tankless water heater was installed by him and has done all kinds of plumbing tasks for us including repairing a kitchen sink that we've been battling for years.
