ASAP Drain Guys & Plumbing

I began needing to plunge the toilets and finally they weren't from being plunged, draining. After getting a decent,"Yes, we can set a camera and test it out..." I scheduled them to come now.
We began having bathroom issues this season. We had the drain and the toilets replaced. The downstairs bathroom backed up 2 weeks later. And then again a few months later. All toldwe had 2 plumbers and 4 visits--all snaked the bathroom drain all the way .
Vince came when scheduled. He didn't try to upsell us and found the problem with the camera. Toilet paper was catching and clogging and we had calcite constructed up part of the drain. He advocated the high pressure wash to eliminate the calcite.

The plumber that was last mentioned the drain felt apparent, so that he could not know for certain, but the snake that he used had one drain clearing head.
ASAP was expensive and provided more support than another 2 plumbing companies.

Was understanding with my worries.
Bad customer service. I called due to water leak in my own shower Plumber Ramon who came to my home took out my shower valve to take pictures for him to arrange for replacement and when he put it back I didn't realized that there is no hot water in my shower which lasted for a week.
Their dispatcher Stephanie is very rude and unprofessional.
I was a returning customer because they offered me 10% reduction should I use their service again
I don't recommend this Firm
Come to find out it is only 10 percent of hour of labor that's just 10.00!
Called to complain to consult with boss but no one returned my phone call back.

Jack was on point. He was easy to use and gave us a quote After he came out. He arrived early and ready to take care of business. ASAP was urge and we're glad they were used by us. When Jack entered the home he had been careful to leave everything clean.
Bonus: Jack speaks French, he is effective and knowledgeable in his commerce.
Work completed: ASAP fixed a cracked 2" old pipe.
We are thinking about Using ASAP in our plumbing requirements.

Called before 8am and Jack showed up hour and over and 1/2. Service was very reasonable and very professional. Would recommend them to anybody.

He needed to make two trips into San Marcos (I reside in Vista) because the shop that he went to told him he needed to replace a part . It did not work so that he got a brand-new water heater and went. He got it installed in order. He altered vent and the lines. He was a professional. I will urge him anytime. Thanks Mike!

Had my first and last experience with this business. I had. They sent a tech over within 2 hrs that I had been impressed with. He looked upset that he needed to finished of yanking on the stem flap outside my failed attempt and told me I was not a plumber and should have not attempted this and made it seem he was doing me a favor for working on a Sunday. When it wasn't for the 147 bucks an hour and his attitude, I'd feel bad for him I had been paying. Cry me river! He tried pulling it out but if it wasn't budging he blow torched it melted the loofas hanging nearby together with placing plastic. Thanks. He got most of valve outside with the exception of this melted/ cracked plastic. I guessed prior to installing the valve, the line would clear. Nope. He attempted to pull out it by the tabs and also installed the valve incorrectly and broke them completely flips out and yells my bathtub and then walks out really angry. He comes back in and tells me he will have to charge me. Yeah right! But after that crazy reaction I agreed so I could get this guy out my house.He installs the second one with outside clearing the line! Turns the water and figure what the water pressure is dreadful due. That was great for him begins to pack up. Leaves the handle off and trim. I tell him he informs me I am not a plumber and lucky and I was not pleased with the job he did what he did and left. He's right I am an electrician and would not leave a client that is paying 147/hr unsatisfied and incomplete especially when the client has been nothing but nice to him. I allow him to borrow a few of my resources and helped when he needed the water turned on / off and gave water to him. So I got finish placing back the handle on, and the invest the rest of my night yanking on the valve and shower head to clean the line, cleaning. I filed a complaint the next day however, the person I spoke to seemed to care less and didn't bother to ask my name or number so here I am posting my experience. I will upgrade if they actually contact me backagain. I hope as I prefer to invest 22, it's only a bad apple and not a manifestation of the business.

Quick service! I had a water flow that is cold. They found the problem and thoroughly clarified price and the fix. All the work was completed in a short while. The cost was very fair. I would call again in a heartbeat.

I called ASAP's office to complain about the estimate fee. I was told by emily at the office that they inform all clients of the fee when they telephone in. Therefore can prove it she said all calls are recorded by them. She put me on hold and really, they did NOT inform me about a quote fee. The manager said he'd reduce it to $78 however they refused to waive it unless I had their work.
The ASAP tech started what I believed harshly upsel me. He said I needed an expansion tank, that my water heater required to be raised off the floor and which captures. He said that these were code. He said I needed a filter for my gasoline line. He said I had to plumb a exit pipe to the drip pan (I already had one) and that I needed a new, custom sized drip pan.
After I said'no' to all of the'updates', he said"well, then it is likely to be an additional $300 for me to deliver the install up to code". If this was an honest price I was certain. A moment ago, he explained the expansion tank and increasing the water heater had been code, but he was willing to remove those from his quotation??? I didn't feel I could trust his opinion, and so I said I would call someone else. Then he demanded a $100 estimate fee.
I had another plumber out to do this job. The expansion tank was not vital. Contemporary gas water heaters have enclosed burners, so increasing them isn't necessary either. The drip pan was not rusty, so only a dab of caulk onto a pit was and it is present drain line was fine. . .he tested this by watching it drain out and pouring in a cup of water. I lost $78 but avoided being ripped off.
Called to replace a water heater. Actual charge could be greater, which I understood, although on the phone, I had been told the base price was $ 1,098. I immediately started to feel there was no way that he was going to let me pay the $ 1,098 when their tech came.

These men are meticulous. Came out to my neighbers home FOR 3 DAYS. I'd hire them. They know their stuff - remain until it has done. Check them out before getting out anyone. .

These guys are not nice, they are fast, effective. Excellent customer service and reasonable!
Plumbing issue needed a particular device to blow out the lines... He was quickly efficient and done by 9:30. I received an estimate to bring all up to code because my house was built in 1949. I be using these guys for your update!
With all the rain my pipes went kaput. I had already showered and dressed to go out on a Fri night. Then all hell broke loose in my drain pipes! Ugh! I phoned, put up a test for the next morning,(Sat) that they had been scheduled for 8:00 am, txted st 0730, I reacted in 0747, they had been in front of my house by 0740.

Great Company! This provider is strongly recommended by me!
This is the firm we'll call out. We did call a couple 5 star companies and the answers weren't nearly as great.
That was a really great price for all the work he did. Philip was knowledgeable, professional, and quite nice. Did his job and cleaned up the job place great.
They were discovered by us !
We called them and they gave us a good estimate. They came out the next morning ( which was great because our water was closed off), mended it and stuck to the quoted cost.

Jason repaired the matter straight away. Jason fixed the issue so quickly that I thought it would have the running issue

I am relieved that the issue was repaired happy ASAP Drain Guy sent a repair technician to manage my issue.

Ramon was super helpful. The inline to the home has been cracked and spraying and the city had turned off the water. He was fast and helpful and gave me some advice. Very knowledgeable, fast and hard worker. I need help in the future, I'm definitely coming back.

Unfortunately Homeowners do not know whether their water heaters are installed to code or not. When a plumbing firm does a installation, homeowners might never understand until they are selling their house and it's called outside on a concrete inspection. A corrugated flex pipe was installed by ASAP . It ought to be a bore pipe. Have them fix their installation and we achieved to get them and they stated my homeowner would charge. They do not stand behind their work and that is sad. I advised them that I was planning to yelp them and they didn't do anything. Oh well....now you understand what to search for whenever you've got a water heater installed and that NOT to telephone. This is the answer that I received upon telling ASAP that I had composed a lousy yelp review:"We appreciate it." Obviously they do NOT take client.

If they can be considerate of the surroundings how can they be considerate of the customers. 2 days in a row. #illegal parking

I was pleasantly surprised with the own plumber. Especially after a negative experience the prior week to get a completely different issue.
I had them out to replace an angle stop - the valve which shuts off the water supply to an individual item - in this case, to the dishwasher.
Anyway - the reason the angle stop has been substituted is a dishwasher claimed it refused to do the install and had to be done. It didn't, I knew it didn't and told the installer it didn't - but he insisted.
I predict ASAP and they send a man out - he chooses a look and says there is nothing wrong with it - no need to replaced it. I asked him to do it because I can not get the dishwasher. He knocked $10 off the price because he knew he had been doing something which didn't want done. Professional, honest and fair. I'd highly recommend them.

Very bad timing. They gave appointment window time from 4:30pm- 6:30pm, I told them we live far out there, would love to place appointment at 4:30pm. She said yes, I verified before hang up phone. We all came from to wait in, we wait until 6:30pm, call them 5 times. They stated tech will come in one hour. Still waiting. So bad about time, customer who want their support , better to prepare 3 hours. Dont recomend their services.
But there is a technician nice. The dispatch is bad.

I am in town from Metropolis Il for my mothers 99th birthday along with the drains were stopped and backing up at the utility sink, we were having her party next day!! I phoned ASAP and took care of everything!! and Andres came out Service was fantastic. Got the time and it done previously. Andres was professional and courteous. I will call them for many upcoming plumbing needs.

One of those technicians Rick was great. He was honest in that there was nothing considered so didn't recommend anything to buy to be incorrect at the property. Great support!
