Ol Randy lent me $150. I tell them that I'd been price shopping, and I'd envision them if they could do it. Randy agreed, and said they would be on site
Bait and switch con artists, buyer beware (and avoid).
Anyways... locksmith came at 11:15, so I am not sure whether that qualifies as unbelievably late, or actually a little early! Guy comes in and immediately starts shaking his head"oh man this will be tough".... Like all bait and switch immoral locksmith perform. Waits till they get on site to tell you for me to do it you'll have to pay extra, after you have taken time off! This went in 5 minutes in the agreed upon scope of work and cost of $120 to $220. I told the gentleman.
What do you know it, Randy and 10a arrives does not. I get an email a couple of minutes later saying sorry we will be there in 1130. Let's rake a minute and concentrate on this... in 9:59 you understood you were not going to be here in 10. At 9:45 you understood you were not going to be here in 10... he'll I'd venture to guess that in 930 you knew you wouldn't be here in 10... was there any curtesy to a paying client who is needing to rearrange his workday?
I explained that I had 3 brand deadbolts in the box that needed to be set up on 3 interior doors, also discovered Randy's business through thumbtack. I sent photographs of the deadbolts to them, I sent photographs of the doors. I clearly explained that this is a fresh installment, there was not any rekeying or disassembly of equipment. Sounds pretty straight forward perfect?
