For a few years meticulous will come to help maintain our AC & Furnace moving, without the pressure to replace our AC or gas Furnace. But on Friday it was time to replace both (crack in furnace). Two days later Rapid brought a group of 6 great men (2 crews) to clear all the very old things in the crawl space, do the installs, add a great air filter system and total fresh duct work. Their group was so great from the first interview with Tim to the team leader Danny right on down the young men who did the hard work to each. All were friendly educated and polite. We knew Rapid was trustworthy, but we know firsthand what a great process they have for installations in place. Everything was finished in 1 afternoon (except one followup appt) even though they said it could take up to 2 days. We received amazing customer service and pricing and they are highly recommended by us!

The worst part is the brand new ac unit leaked water all and destroyed the paint on the bedroom walls and a lot of dry cleaning and clothes. My bedroom has water lines and is so awful.
Even worse than this is the AC unit doesn't work properly! It is 80 degrees upstairs. She was planning to send someone when I told them last Friday. So all weekend using improper ac. Today is Monday, I predicted after 4:30 and their answering service, Joanne was incredibly rude to me. I couldn't understand her since she was speaking too quickly after asking her to repeat herself I kindly asked her to slow down since I couldn't understand her. She exaggerated speaking so slow and condescending. I couldn't believe it!
I just can not with this place . I'm so frustrated. They installed a brand new ac unit. It did not pass time and inspection time again and guess what, still has not passed inspection months. The state inspector smells gas comforting for a new mother of a 2 month old. Their manager was going to come look at it, I had the appointment for a week, and he cancelled on me an hour before. I figure his time is more valuable than mine although I rearranged my schedule. He said it has been a month and he'd call me and I still haven't heard from him.

I Urge Rapid Repair Experts without Bookings. They did an installation of a HVAC System. We have been quite happy with the setup and received high compliments. In the sales pro to the installer acted with wide attention and professionalism to cleanliness and details.

The repair quote becomes approved at 8:00 am and is sent over to Rapid Repair. The answering service is useless and can only take messages that I presume goes to dev/null (recycle bin) since NO ONE from Rapid Fix EVER returns phone calls...
These people have analytical abilities that are TERRIBLE , TERRIBLE mismanagement of work orders, and customer service skills. I can't think of a think that would make me recommend them for anything aside from wasting your time and cash.
Rapid Repair understands that I can be shunted by them into the bottom of the priority list not like that I can go someplace else unless I want to cover out of pocket and since the business is ensured.
The first technician came out and washed the compressor, felt cool air and declared victory and moved on. However just two hours after, it had been the exact same behavior... took another video.
Rapid Repair Experts is neither Rapid nor are they Repair Pros.
Do not need to have a PhD in Math to realize that we were currently at least two days out from getting a genuine repair scheduled: 1 day to have the estimate approved, at LEAST 1 day to find the repair scheduled because of the being the middle of summer and hot as all get out...
It is an AC that is 11 year-old and has likely had very little maintenance at the time. The compressor would come one for just a bit and then the fan would stop and there are a hissing noise. So that I could show the technician a video had been taken by me.
Called Rapid Repair and explained that they had failed to mend my AC and that I had another service call so that they could really, well, you know... REPAIR the machine as they were supposed to. They said as it would be an after hours call, they couldn't do this. I said that because it wasn't fixed by the technician correctly, that shouldn't be and they had to take care of the fact that they had FAILED to fix the AC the first time.
UPDATE: After less than two months because the New AC has been installed, it's deader than a doornail today. This is going to be a really fun week needing to deal with these folks. On the plus side, I'll have the ability to check the"new systems" the proprietor has allegedly put into position again.
Get approval to acquire someone out there. The technician came in and now pronounced the compressor lifeless -- place a bullet in it and put it out of its misery (while, with indoor temperatures around 80 degrees at 10:00 pm, I was QUITE unhappy ). He explained that once that has been approved, they would reschedule the work and that he sent a quote over to my home management firm.
The technicians are considerate and nice as everyone mentioned. However, the 2nd technician even admitted that if you dared to show the smallest whiff of displeasure at the delicate snowflakes that work at Rapid Fix they will punish you by creating"wait a bit" to actually program your request. Never mind that when you have taken a day from work, had one technician completely misdiagnose the matter and waste 1.5 days of my life and made clients endure in the peak of NC heat... it would take the patience of Gandhi not to get a little ticked off.
The AC went out in my house. I called and the technician said before they would have the ability to escape there, it would likely be Monday.
Now, I'm without my AC and no ending in sight on day 5. Because that only makes the home hotter, I can't cook or do laundry.
Telephone my home management firm the following day over lunch to ask about the status of approving the repair request. They said they hadn't gotten any repair quote from Rapid Repair. They really called Rapid Repair who said they would email the repair quote over at that point while I was on the phone. So.... Half another half a day wasted.

So I have an older house with a lot of issues. Sarah was our house the other day work for us and well to do a little bit of plumbing. She had been great!! So knowledgeable and nice. She was actually on top of things and I was so pleased! I have 3 units, all old. He's been amazing! He's discovered and fixed duct problems we did not know we had and is currently having a look at our oldest, most temperament unit. I can not stress enough how wonderful they have been. I would certainly recommend Rapid Repair Experts to anyone needing HVAC or plumbing work. They have electricians in their bag of tricks and I'd be happy to bet they are equally as good!

First I want to make it apparent Rapid Repair Experts was fast to return to me and also the tech came on time and was professional. The issue is that I paid the service telephone but there was no resolution to my problem; needed them to devote a tub drain closure. I replaced the tub drain closure and we had our bathroom remodel and had taken out the outdated and was attempting to devote a new one. When I called in I clarified the difficulty that closures drain were long. The tech came out on time, agreed with me, didn't have the role in his truck and that I was billed $95.00. Guess who I won't call another time I need plumbing work.

Incredible support!! After moving into a house, we had an issue with our drier. Fortunately, Steve Base was shipped out as our technician and he was absolutely incredible. Not only courteous, quick and extremely knowledgeable but just is a really nice person! We will utilize Rapid Repair whenever needed and could not be happier. Always ask for Steve!!!

We called about a fridge water valve. The expert on the phone was great! He talked my boyfriend with no problem through the finding the valve. It's not necessary to visit with no charge and our home . This is a quick and courteous interaction through a really stressful morning!
We call them again. THANK YOU!

Need to update on the owners response. There is absolutely no accountability for what happened at our home. There was no fee for the water heater being suspended since it was under warranty, our home is less than 1 year old and that product was under warranty. We're not aware and yes, the vents were left open we're home owners that are new this was a precaution which we needed to take. If the irrigation the pipe was broken/ cracked it was not and then it would have been leaking before they came. They were not there to mess with our meter however our water heater! Everything that was done after the busted pipe was not a FAVOR to us let us get that straight! It was your responsibility therefore times you needed to return to correct it to be you met it that's what needed to be done. Things could have been treated better, and as a customer it's my best to give my review on the problem that happened to us. I know as a business owner you wish to save your reputation, however when this problem wahandles in a more professional manner, I would have never composed an inspection.

We'd Rapid Repair Experts come to our home after a leak in the bathroom. The plumber was very professional, beyond nice, and assessed the issue. He explained my options stated the issue, and didn't attempt to sell me on anything that I didn't need.
A trip charge charges, but will wave that if you have any work. Was a veteran, so I applaud Rapid Repair Experts for harnessing the power of working. I will certainly call these guys !

Lincoln & Chris C went out of their way to receive our leak fixed ASAP. They have been nice and got the job done quicker than I originally believed, THANK YOU! We will keep their data handy we created need .

No issues in response and time. They were able to get out there around precisely the same day and contacted me . My renter had a hot water heater that he needed to keep resetting every time the hot water was used by them. The tech called me and tried to sell me their service that covers plumbing, HVAC and electrical. Okay I get it they are in business to make money but didn't need that. He informs me that there is something inside the hot water heater that there is no way to get to the issue is being caused by that. He informs me my solution is to replace the quote and the hot water heater he gives me is around $2400. The unit is approximately 6 years of age. He charges me $95 for the callout and sends the quote on email to me. I do a little googling and discover that when a hot water heater needs to be reset, the times always its because the thermostat is bad. So I predict another plumbing firm - After Hours Plumbing to get a different opinion. Again very responsive and timely. This technology calls me and says that I had a bad thermostat - he's replaced it and told that the renter to check it and make sure he is not having to reset it. Price was $166 total. It has been a week and also my renter has had no difficulties. Two complaints with this company - $2400 to replace a water heater is on the side, and of course the mis-diagnosis. I will not call this company and will use Plumbing from now on.

HVAC or called Jason and annual service came out to perform the job. He was the most thorough, professional house service worker I have encountered in the region, and useful. Super answered my many questions all and thorough. He found plumbing problems that I certainly should tackle, but did not get pleased to use their business in any way. Thank you. I'll update and I've already received a quote from them unlike the three other highly rated pipes companies here that never called back when they said they'd, or appear.

Called them back multiple occasions as their testimonials are good. Nevertheless, absence and the crazy prices of strong resolution of our problems has been a constant issue. Will be using a different business from now on.
I've had them out 3 days and their prices are crazy. $90 to get them to the house and their prices skyrocket. $350 to pop a bathroom and replace the wax ring and which needs to be done in order to check to find out whether that is what was causing our leak. No warranty it was the issue.
Was quite wonderful. But seemed to be limited by the prices the company instructs them to use.

I met Dave and informed him I had been getting a brand new HVAC system. He shared a ton of information with me about HVAC and what's anticipated with a brand new system and what the setup staff should do. In addition, he told me. He told me they are certified with Duke Energy and that he teaches HVAC classes. I had them come out to give me a rush. I had been impressed with his group. They matched the bidding but walked through my choices. I ended up purchasing a 5 measure that is variable but I believe after performing extra research on the internet is worth the extra $$ in the long run. His group came out and got it all done. They were fantastic! The system has eliminated the humidity and is maintaining the home. I am now freezing at 74 degrees once the day before with my broken system 74 levels felt sexy! Remarkable team. Tim, thanks Dave, Jaime.

Highly Recommend!! I am so excited to write a review for Rapid Repair Experts and the work they did on my parents house. My parents returned from a vacation to see their main water line was broken and there was no water coming into the home. It was about 5:30 pm, and many places were shut.
We all done and said - caliber work, done in an emergency, and pricing. When there are, those men will be our first phone call, although I hope there are no repairs needed soon.
Rapid Repair experts was receptive and at our house in 45 minutes (they made multiple followup calls from the manager to guarantee the repairman called and came on time). This work's cost was super vs the repair company who wanted to control 10 times what those men did.

Maynard prioritized getting the work done so we had a home that was usable, and attached and disconnected the sewer and water several times so it could be used by us. He was totally comprehensive, professional, informative and courteous. His knowledge was high and I would use him again in a heartbeat. I am a guy, while this was a costly fix and I understand it was done correctly and won't cause a problem again.
Throughout the experience Maynard suggested and showed what he found, checking we desired to pay to fix it. He even located the main water shutoff. He also installed a sprinkler shutoff which should have been there to meet with code, and a sewer inspection point out for easy access.
We just moved into our new (to us) home and at 10:30pm the sewer overflows into our powder room onto newly finished hardwood flooring. Not excellent. Being new to the area I could rely on Yelp reviews. And so I found Quick Repair. His demeanour was respectful, attentive and knowledgeable. He did what we believed we needed to take care of the problem, snaking the sewer, only to find a blockage. Because there's no doubt the previous owners would have known about it this did not appear in the sellers disclosure is anybody's guess. But that is for another story.
So after trying all sorts of things with no chance Maynard realised he'd done and promised to return the next day. He started digging and arrived back about with the gear, situated the pipe out. After a couple of hours he found the reason for the problem. Whoever installed the irrigation system had broken the sewer and made a repair which brought roots that filled the sewer fully - . He found that the sprinkler system leaned on the sewage . Unfortunately for us, as the afternoon progressed he found more and more incorrect, including the main water feed coming into the home being cracked. He worked before digging and repairing, and left us with all the sewer and water attached to come back and fix the items which had been performed in a few hours.

Still the best folks in the city! We had our very first HVAC service following Rapid Repair installing our HVAC system. The technology was quite professional, and fantastic, super through, knew that the system such as the back of his hand. Rapid Repair called us to remind us to set an appointment (which was fine. . .around the holidays who has the time to think about the last time you had your HVAC serviced?) And they had available times. So even though it was a two hour window, we can narrow down when to be available, the technology called on his way over. Don was fantastic (as are the people Rapid Repair has ever sent) and we promise to be thrilled with our HVAC system.

I'd BET MONEY the reviews here are COMPLETELY BOGUS!!!!!!!
FIVE (5) I replicate FIVE (5) DAYS to replace my small water heater/restore sexy water/heat. February 2017.
Can there be a DIFFERENT"Quick Repair" in this area? What they did doesn't even deserve ONE (1) star! NEGATIVE TEN (10) celebrities is more precise.
Twenty-four (24) hours following water heater blew to even SHOW UP! Brought WRONG first time to water heater. Three (3) times (from telephone date) NO heat or ANY water....no flushing toilet, no shower, no clean dishes. Four (4) days before I got warm water. FIVE (5) full days NO HEAT at FEBRUARY. Nobody cared at their office.
Here is the"kicker"....TWO (two ) code violations they have to come BACK for!

Kenny from Rapid Repair Experts called my issue perfectly despite being able to see and came outside. He showed up when he said he would, and was quick to call. He charged a penny more than he quoted over the telephone. He spent a while on the telephone with the home warranty people to help them understand exactly what happened, and what he didn't fix it. He was very good and considerate at his job, and you can believe I'm keeping his number in case I have plumbing issues again.
I only moved back to the region and would not you know, from _ The Exorcist _ the plumbing / septic in the house starts sounding.
