Had an shower drain. The exact same day, called Reliable and they came out. Thanks to Josh who went the excess effort to unclog an extra drain and saved me money from a costly repair. Would use again. Great service at a cost that is fair.

And best of all, they obtained the lineup stuck in under 1-hour. Kudos to the group of Tito, Bobby & for a job well done.

I've had a continuing plumbing dilemma that lots of businesses could not figure out. Robert came outside, he found and fixed the matter. He was very easy to handle. I left him and his employee in my house , while I was gone. Completely trusted . In addition, he left zero mess. Fantastic company.

I decided to telephone Reliable Rooter after reading the favorable reviews on Nextdoor and Yelp. The shower drain in our master bathroom was clogged and Bobby managed to come outside to clear it. He was upfront about the pricing that I discovered to be honest and was quite friendly. He showed up over the agreed upon time period and the project required only about 25 mins to complete. All in all I was happy with the service and how accommodating and friendly they were, so I would choose them should the need arise!

Lately Bobby came outside to perform routine clearing -- it had been two yearsand he worked miracles as usual. The following day I heard a gurgling noise coming out of the kitchen sink when it drained, so I called them back. He worked on the drain and was able to fix the problem -- under guarantee, as I had anticipated.
This family-run company has been my sole plumbing business to call since they are always so pleasant, helpful, considerate and fair (such as Bobby's sister who answers the telephones and programs that the plumbers). I am always able to get the day and time slot I am requesting (beforehand, naturally ), and they always appear when they state they will with a text message"heads up" first.

John is personable and indeed fair - we will call him our plumbing needs for all and highly recommend him.

To unclog some pipes from the kitchen & laundry room my loved ones hired this company shortly after Thanksgiving. They were happy with professionalism, their service, and pricing. They and quick service addressed all their concerns and the kitchen sink and washing machine are draining like a fantasy!!!

I had a leaking shut off valve. I picked Reliable Rooter Plumbing due to their rate, after calling around to several plumbers. They completed the job and arrived in an hour! Quality work that is efficient, Quick! Highly recommend this firm, certainly 5 stars!!!

I have a slab leak today. While using a slab leak is no fun event, it's a great comfort to know that I have dependable technicians working in my fixes, working. They've done other work and they leave the place clean.

I highly recommend Reliable Rooter and Plumbing. The tech, John Burrola, was very tidy and did work. In addition, he explained matters to me so I could know what needed to be fixed asap versus what may have to be fixed somewhere down the road. Last but not least: The complete for all of the work done was very fair. I will certainly be calling Reliable later on.
I had a lengthy list of things I needed completed in my mom's home, and had to call a plumber. The customer support at the office was fantastic: I left a VM message on Tuesday night, the morning after, and they sent someone into the home. The office staff was professional and friendly, and they allow me know approximate costs also.

Fantastic family enterprise. Termite man came , reported"a lake of standing water beneath our 1950 raised base home." Called our longtime plumber doing crawl spaces, known us. Bobby came out in 24hrs, whilst draining mini-lake, did search for leak. Finding none, proposed a plan for further escape detection. Bobby appears to be a very happy, courteous and thoughtful professional. We're relieved to have a plumbing service thx, Reliable!

They did a copper re-pipe in 2014 in my place. When the contractor inspected my loft and came over he informed me there were and it freaked me out. I phoned Reliable up, they sent someone over to find out what went on; they showed me where it went and explained it was a FIOS cable lineup and pulled my documents. Where my pipes lines were inside my home and walls, Then they explained. They have been polite and professional and if I ever have more pipes needs that they are my"visit".

They are used by us and also have done a great job for the few jobs. I predicted less then a hour until they closed and they could come out in about 30 minutes and fixed the washer drain pipe !

Johnny Ray was fast and quite knowledgable. Managed to pump the water and fixed our water heater. I predicted Rescue Rooter but they were unfortunately out of there league. Did nothing and charged me $400. Reliable Plumbing gets reasonable rates and the the best staff. Highly recommend.
