Hybrid Plumbing

The good thing is that I needed a plumber for a significant problem. The fantastic thing is that Hybrid came to the rescue AGAIN. Since we moved in our house steve and his team have been rescuing us.
Our problem was a nightmare situation - roots at the sewer. Once they got down to the main, and there were some unexpected twists. It was no problem for Hybrid. Nick worked off his ass and made it easier than new!
The best thing about Hybrid is once they're done you don't need to worry, because you realize they did it correctly. I've got 5 decades of evidence.
I tell. Hopefully you'll never need them; but should you, be grateful that they exist. I've said it before, and I will say it again - just stop reading this and call Hybrid ASAP.

Now- I understand he isn't in the company to work for free BUT he did only earn himself a client when the plumbing issue comes up. Thank you Mike!
We just moved and discovered. Because it was the weekend- tried phoning around if anyone was available to see. The first couple of businesses were either booked before Monday, were not able to provide a price range (come on!)
Then I hit on the letter for Hybrid. Mike made a suggestion and was considerate and asked about the issue. He texted me a photograph with a remedy for a simple fix and had me deliver a photograph of the issue!

We had a gas leak and really needed a plumber to come out now, but were concerned about finding a nice and honest business to do the work.... The owner Steve, small, local business is honest, kind, easy going and very fair. He sent Nick outside and that he did a very profesional job. We are very happy with the service we will definately call them again and received. If you're in need of a honest plumber provide them a call!

Second time with Hybrid Plumbing. Owner showed up and squeezed me with leaking fridge ice maker line needing to be plugged shut. He could not have been more friendly or efficient for a job that was little and didn't charge me. What!? The first time was his employee who came for another kitchen fiasco of sink. Also great experience. Very responsive, ultra nice and productive.

This is the very best plumbing company in town. I had a major problem with a gas flow and they came out within the hour. They fixed the issue then the gas company ruined the job They came back the night suddenly and wished to try and get us hot water for the evening! I mean that they simply showed up WOW Above and beyond customer service! I would highly recommend them family owned, professional, just all around great and knowledgeable team!!

What service! My bathroom backed up and we called in the afternoon and Nick came early, although not only on time later that day! Very professional and kind and has been kind to our muddy dogs that are wild! Thank you a lot for the friendly and quick service!

I predicted Hybrid plumbing about a flow I have had in my bathroom faucet. Three pipes had been called by me and all were very expensive. Hybrid was fair and had good reviews. Steve replied was easily accessible, knowledgeable, and considerate.

My kitchen sink backed up late and was giving me trouble this morning. I knew I needed a plumber and called around for a few quotes. Steve managed to set an appointment up within hours when I called and called me back right away! . The price was reasonable and lower. The plumber sent out was very informative and professional about trash disposal care and the plumbing. I will use Hybrid Plumbing in the future!

I just finished an awesome encounter with Hybrid Plumbing. A work request was submitted by me and received quotations. Hybrid was not the first to reply, but Hybrid was the first to return to me after requesting both Hybrid and another if they could escape to me the day. He also kept in touch with me by message and delivered Nick around to my house this morning, even though it's Halloween and Steve had gone to watch his children march in their college parade.
I'm pleased to know I've a plumber for the future in Hybrid!
Nick was fast, friendly, and educated. A few oomph than I could manage, he obtained both the controller that is stuck along with the nut stem out for me personally, but although I had a bonnet nut I could NOT eliminate my shower control valve. I never would have been able to do myself to them. But I knew I could set up the new fixtures myself, so when I asked Nick to stop and let me do the rest so I would not have to pay a plumber for the price of an installation, he stopped instantly, offered some encouragement, and charged me less than I was expecting to have to pay.

Called and Steve answers; adored that he tried first to help me out but when I could not fix my sink issue he fixed my problem and showed up right out. Glad to have a honest and just plumber to utilize in Costa Mesa now!

Called Hybrid after it was recommended by other regional plumbers who had been to busy to come out. They came out this day and tidy and courteous!
