So I gave them the very best rating in scheduling from Beth. Top of the line. Don't Go everywhere else. Utilize them. Best Plumber's in Lakeland.
They are the best plumber. Jason and rick came out discovered that the leaks very quickly.
The appointment was made for the day. Carlos worked and showed up on time quickly got to work. In no time my garbage disposal was functioning . He was quick and friendly. When I need to, will call again.
So, I ask to set up a service call. She tells me my area. I tell her the Internet Page says"services all of Polk County". "Yes. We do", Doreen says. But apparently, they don't. It's apparently". . .all of Polk County although not Davenport (that is in Polk County)?" Inquire.
Initial voice that greets you is not a one. You need to ask her name in order to get it (Doreen) that is the first point of poor customer service.
She at least gives me a referral amount to a"Eric's Pipes" that I get voicemail once I call. Also, yet another waste of a telephone and time and not a good signal call.
