Fox Pipes on Monday morning along with his plumbers had the disposal working again in only a couple of minutes. There was no high-pressure sales pitch. The plumbers were professional and personable, and the last price was a pleasant surprise. I requested company cards for any plumbing and to hand out to neighbors who might find themselves in need. Used this company to redo all of the plumbing under a mobile home, also was pleased with the pricing ($1,000) and also the work which has been completed. Then I had an issue with a blocked sink. If it had been to unclog the line I had been quoted $85 and it was done very easily. That it was, but the employee said that the sink needed and wasn't vented to be vented. For $50, I figured why not, although the sink hadn't been vented for 15 years and has been fine. When I got the bill, it had been for $170 in total. When I questioned it, I had been told that I had been charged at $85 for another hour of labor. When I asked for a price to vent the sink, this was not revealed to me. The owner ridiculed me and he would not take the liability that his employee quoted me wrong. I told him that when he had quoted $135.00 to vent the sink which was like that for 15+ years I would have declined to do it. He kept talking over me mails and got abrasive with e and told me also to shed his phone number and also to pay what I needed. I did just that. So in the event that you would like to work with somebody that treat you badly and can mistreat you, then this can be your own plumber, if not the I suggest you find somebody else! ANYONE ELSE!
