To be honest, I have not used Samco in over seven years, but I wanted to examine them as a"heads up" to future users. They have been knew, prompt and both friendly pipes. However, I had four plumbing difficulties and they explained their policy is to deal with every issue like"a separate call" with separate pricing which sounded fair at that moment. I had four issues--just two worn out bathroom tank innards (main reason for the call), two slow bath drains. My bill was over $400 for less than an hour's worth of work -- with their method of separate pricing. I have since learned that others will fix things while there supplies and charge an hourly labor rate. Those were mighty hairballs to pull out of the tub/shower cost me about $100 each -- took five minutes each to them and drains with a snake instrument. However, I learned.
Since I had a kitchen sink I called Samco. The woman that answered the phone was friendly and helpful. The technician Todd was ancient, he got the work done and knew just what to do. I enjoy that they compose the job order and get your approval first before they begin the job. I knew exactly what it would cost and has been able to use a voucher that they had on their website. Price and Fantastic service, will use them for any plumbing requirements.
We are very satisfied with our SAMCO experience. We are having issues with our water bill and had a'leak check' before calling the city in to investigate the problem. Todd came out promptly on time and the tech who chose was helpful and very curteous, was efficient and friendly and helped me know until he left, how the meter works. We will surely call for anything they can help us with later on.
