RSM Lock & Safe

Bob and boy were great. They came out within two or three hours to my home and I had 4 locks re-keyed and were done in half an hour. Friendly, fairly-priced, and professional. I would highly recommend RSM Lock & Safe.

I should have called RSM earlier. His son and bob had been outstanding.
I wouldn't be afraid to call RSM again, they gave us reassurance, and made this process easy.
I had them give me an evaluation of our security and come out to our house yesterday to re-key the locks. His son and bob had been courteous didn't try to sell me anything I didn't desire, and also the price was reasonable and extremely fair.

Once I waited for 2 and dropped my key no shows, I contacted Bob and he came away, fitting me in because I was in distress in that point.
His son at the pics is a guy today. What a fantasy team. In addition, he repaired some hardware that I believed needed replacing. So I ended up saving a whole lot. Highly recommend them.

They also replaced a garage and handle which was a pain to lock/close and works very easily including added security around the strike plate. Definitely will keep their number easy.
These guys are great. As I do stuff myself, but then found in the manual I did not have the specs, I was going to put in a intelligent lock myself. Bob and his son helped fine tune the spacing and saved me a great deal of time and headache. They're very experienced and highly competitive, you couldn't ask for a better service provider.

I've only used RSM Lock & Safe for the past 5 years because of competitive pricing their integrity and ability to quickly change my locks I call. By installing a deadbolt to re-keying USPS mailboxes. . .plus everything in between, they are pros at what they do. 5 Stars!! Highly recommended!!!

I used Safe and RSM Lock to replace the locks in my new residence. Bob was sexist, and unprofessional, finding it hard to believe a woman understood that a home was purchased by a woman on her own and how to use a door lock. He is not trusted by me.

These guys didn't need to waste my time or my money, and came quickly. Gave me the info that I fixed my issues, needed and left me with a family! They've my recommendation any day of the week. Simply call these guys if you dont feel as the headache of finding someone you can trust.

I have used them many times such as now ( new movement ) that they were able to fix all the issues I had with an old doorway, they constantly operate miracle and incredibly ethical!!!

RSM Lock and Safe were great to manage.
Needed to receive our front entrance double door lock replaced. We're having difficulty finding a replacement which will fit our door since it's an door. I'm a do-it-yourself kind of man and knew this was my mind. Called Bob, he advised me to text him some pictures. He knew exactly what we needed. They showed up when promised, and did a great job installing the new lock. He takes pride and care in his work, not merely trying to make a buck. Just great to use, you can't go

Bob from this business came out to our house. He was punctual, efficient and fast. He got the job done!

My husband went to install new hardware. After about an hour he knew he needed a pro. Bob and his son came out the exact same day we called and installed new fixtures on our entrance door.s. They were knowledgeable and very professional. We will be calling them when we get thehardware for our French doors.

They did get the door and the safe was taken by me, place it in my car and drove home. By the time I got home, however, the safe was locked again (the bolts must have actually slipped back into position or something of the character ). I called them and was advised they would be on their way. I tell them when I actually rushed, I was outside but would be home in 20 minutes. Half way home they called me to suggest I move home and deliver the safe back to their house so I wouldn't be charged for their gas and their time (although I'd nevertheless be charged either way). I finally decided I wasn't going to cover again given that: (1) I pretty assumed that, because the safe was drilled, had a hole and had been pried open, I surely didn't need to take care that it didn't lock up again and again (2) I obtained no'warning' other than to be told the safe was rendered useless and, I guess this must be me, I thought'unworthy' actually meant'unworthy'.
I introduced a cheap safe for their house (that's their office) this morning since I dropped the key and the combo lock failed. They did a good job of drilling into the safe and using a crowbar. I advised them because I wouldn't be using it they could destroy the safe.
In either result, I will have to pay someone else to get it open because I want to remain as far away from these men as you can.

RSM lock and Safe is excellent. Because I'd misplaced my mailbox days 16, I called them on a Saturday morning. They had a full day on Saturday so Bob arrived to my home Sunday on his day off to replace my mailbox key. That is above and beyond . He was completed in ten minutes and I had lots of time. This company is strongly recommended by me. Go with them and you won't be disappointed.

Same-day response, next day installation. Very professional service, I can recommend. Rekeying for 2, 2 deadbolts and handset installation locks. I know my home's security is in good hands.

While driving contacted RSM and I saw Very professional, I wouldn't be afraid to refer Bob to any of my friends or loved ones.
They chose up call right away, they could find over 20 minutes, had my girlfriends home price was very affordable.

Since my locks are different, it has been several days and up to now, all is great!
Bob was very professional and took less than 30 minutes to change my locks and make four keys (they slip in my locks like butter) and not mention, just a real nice guy!
I bought my home and noticed my door being open when I came home. This happened several times (even saw food in my fridge was eaten) and not second guessing myself any longer (and being spat out) I phoned Bob who came out the next morning to change all my locks.

People who do an excellent job at a price that is good! Highly recommend! Have had several times change my locks and have been using them. Wouldn't trust anybody else. Plus it's always better to support the regional family!

Love this company! Needed keys created but did not possess an original essential, they made me an additional and an key and arrived to my home right on time! Super quick and very wonderful:-RRB- before my lock has been stick and you also had to jimmy the key to open it, now it's good and smooth as new!
