I really like doing home projects myself. It saves a lot of money, and that I don't have to re-arrange my house to accommodate workers.
I have used Scott English Plumbing three occasions today, and all three times their workers were fantastic.
And they back up everything. So it's an investment in peace of mind knowing that I won't have a issue.
But pipes is.
I'll be using them for most of my plumbing tasks.
It was worth it, although it cost $300 for under an hour of work. They were everything to make sure until they left, it was correct.
My house is old, and so I want to make sure that the pipes are all up to code and won't have to contend with a flow later on.
They explained everything to me, and were very clean and respectful in my home. They also came out the same day that I called them.

Extortion is the name of Scott English Plumbing. As it turns out, the 250 is in addition to. The 250 is for him to show his face!
They're liars! Once I tried to schedule a plumber to come fix our leaking bathtub on a Sunday mary-Ann was so fine on the telephone. She warned me that there's a service fee, which scared me but she explained it three times saying that in case the service ends up costing $225, it will be $250. To me, that implies that it is minimum and that amount gets applied to the total. Well, Mike showed up and quoted me $560! He had been to fix the other toilet that had a similar problem, albeit a different and more common faucet. That service price $215.
Scott English Plumbing wasted my time and left me to the problem with no resolution! She changed her tune , incorrectly claiming that she never stated that the $ 250, As soon as I called Mary-Ann ago. Scott English Plumbing is full of lying extortionists and I won't ever use them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone!
He told me to call someone else and really walked out. About what Mary-Ann had told me on the 16, he wouldn't even speak.

We had a major leak in the ceiling, we got home a little to locate our kitchen soaking wet! My dad advocated Scott English, said it was a family business he's been using for years. To our surprise they could get a plumber out to us. He was polite, efficient and super useful. He cleaned the kitchen just like nothing had occurred, made the fix and removed all of the wet drywall. Scott English plumbing actually saved us.

This organization is horrible. In order to fix a flow in the region, Scott English Plumbing hired from the HOA insisted to inspect the inside of 2 units. Appointments were made by me the plumber did not appear. It happened three times in 3 weeks, they missed three appointments without any explanations. The flow kept on going for at least a month. I needed to brought this up and she finally hired a different plumber. The flow was repaired right away no need, by the new plumber. Stay has no respect and no obligation to people.

I called to complain numerous times and I would be redirected by them to their manger, Ed, who had been never offered.
I had been made to use them. They not about what they'll include using job clear. In my experience, my laundry supply valve was mended by them, then just filled up and left a huge gap. I contained them patching up the gap and had a quote from another company.

Rip offs to the max!!! Stay clear do not call them.... Can't be trusted! Whatever you read on Yelp seeing negative reviews are true and that I second them! Never ever again!!!! EVER

Installed everything wrong in my kitchen and bathrooms. I needed to own everything reinstalled by plumbers. The plumber also slow to complete the tasks he did wrong! They charged me a huge amount to achieve NOTHING - in fact, to induce me to have to pay more to correct their incompetence. Gave me bad advice within my shower remodel. DO NOT use Scott English Plumbing.

I didn't employ. The technology Diego is very valuable and really great man. However this company didn't have. He did not have the instrument to switch off the water in the road. They had to call the city to close water off. To Scott English please make sure your trucks are fully outfitted with all the tools needed to do the task including shutting water support off .

Diagnosis and the quick response was wonderful.
The whole group provided a enormous RELIEF and no worries for me the day before my trip overseas. Thank you to ya'll.

Unannounced & uninvited two guys have been observed at our property. They dismissed the big, Beware of Dog sign, they dismissed the doorbell, installed just beside the entry gate for their own convenience. They then had the poor judgement to further cross the line, reach over our weapon, to remove a padlock, trying to gain entry to our property. When I confronted them as what they do on my property, they left turned. NO explanation . . NO apology . . NOTHING. Later, an unsolicited voicemail msg is left... at our mobile cell phone number, saying that Damon of Scott English believes we need to reschedule. . We NEVER advised a plumber. HOW did judgement impaired company, this obviously get my phone number that is personal? Some certain retraining is in order for these folks. Too much gravy work in the HOA's have dulled this company's sensitivity to the fact that real living households are inside the structures they are called to support. A little professional courtesy and respect should not be too much to expect, when dealing with the general public. Do not let the 1 celebrity fool you, this isn't a company I could recommend, to anyone, under any circumstance.

Nate Romero came today help would be to look at our broken water heater, he was super helpful and informative! It was a lot of visitors and it's was a Friday afternoon, he was very patient with our questions and arrived! I would suggest to locate them

OK, here I go again! Night plumbing problem and the bathroom turned into a steam room. It was Steven R. into the rescue. He came out within 45 minutes and managed to cap It off to the night but returned bright and early the following morning as promised using the cartridge and presto! Not only was courteous, expedient, and professional, but my puppy who likes to bark at strangers enjoyed him and recalled him on his return. That says more about the individual! Thank you Steven and thank you Scot English Certification!

Jimmi and Jimmy G. came to the rescue. Using their complex listening device, they immediately isolated the area of the flow that was possible. Behind the bathroom involving the wall supporting the basin and basin and leading up to the toilet inlet valve.
Jimmi and Jimmy G. stayed a bit later than normal quitting time so as to complete the repair. To be able to avoid creating a second trip to make the repair that was permanent they avoided making a bypass. Great work by both of these.
Access to the flow was a bit hard as the wall in which the flow and the main part of the house were divides the garage. They needed to create several to find places that are suitable to make the pipe cuts and install a bypass. Fire codes to defend the house from the garage supposed that they needed to cut through at least twice sheetrock walls and some timber. No studs were touch along with the bypass pipe was installed after 4 hours.
Came to the end it has to be a flow in the pipes in the slab or one of the walls, even though there was no signs of water damage.
A night or two after, noticed the sound of water flowing; faint but definitely. Checked the faucet/faucet lines; the washer lines; the bathrooms; the water feed to the refrigerator; and the shower/tub valves and couldn't see anything wrong.
Cleanup both inside and at the garage was handled. The holes need to be patched by my HOA as a part of this repair, but the work area was left in good shape and neatly completed.
Came back from a very long trip overseas and turned into the main water valve to the house back on (always switch off the main valve to preclude any'disaster' that might occur with a busted water hose or malfunctioning toilet... from unfortunate preceding history.)

Thanks to Damien who ensured my situation was addressed and adjusted by a supervisor level and to Jaime.
They were also very inexpensive.
He was on time, friendly, professional and polite. He took the time to describe what happened and what the problem was he would fix it and informed my two neighbors on 1st and 2nd floor below me about turning water off.
Because of some limitations with my management firm Scott English Representative Damien kept me abreast with all the delay (not their fault that I might add) and was extremely kind and helpful in coordinating & rectifying the Plumbing situation in my condominium.
On 1 Jan, I was notified that my bathroom leaked in my neighbor downstairs. I was given the number of all Scott English Plumbing neighbor and by an HOA board member. The business contacted me immediately and told me a time period to when the tech Jaime would arrive.
I am grateful to the level of services I've received and EXTREMELY pleased.
Jaime supplied it and wrote a report and found a drain that was busted inside my walls.

So they , so wash and livelihood got the job. I'll use them time and time again!

So... Following my contractor and another drain company both attempted to clear my drain plumbing, I had been ready for quotes on installing drain pipes. Scott English came out the day that I predicted. Nate and Steve, the technicians who came, said"let us give the snake one last try". They were effective, ready for work, and a fantastic team, and that I should mention, they were considerate as well as their explanations were concise and clear. Within a half hour my drain pipes were apparent. They hit a tough spot but persevered and we've got flowing drains! Hats off to these men and Scott English pipes. And their price was half what their competitor billed for no outcome! I'm a happy client!

I have been a long time customer (10+ years) however in the past couple of years the pipes have been less accurate and I have needed to get them to return to fix their mistakes. They were not the final time although they are responsive and said they would call me back but did not unless I called to remind them.
Last time me billed for replacing two things and labor on the invoice but replaced one. I didn't understand until the very late at night the issue was back. After multiple attempts to contact them, they wouldn't return on the weekend (next day) free of charge to correct their mistake. Irrespective of fault they wanted $250 to arrive over the weekend. My weekend has been destroyed by this. After he did it had been mended and I had to convince him to replace that second part, although A plumber came on Monday. He was great.
I refer friends or will no longer use them.

Shannon S. working faithfully and resourcefully for 2 days to resolve a gas leak that had been discovered near our meter. He managed to get us to where our gas could be turned down by the end of the next moment. We take gas but if it's turned off it is a large imposition. Congrats to Shannon for solving our problem in an expeditious manner and Scott English Pipes.
