Fantastic service. David operates efficiently and is specialist. I had water. Gio and david mended the drain difficulty a day. And in addition to that, he discovered a second matter and was able to get a group (lead by George) collectively to help us repipe our entire house. All this in two days! This guy is quick and honest. He explained exactly what time he would be here, he explained that the price before he arrivedhe gave me a knowledge on what type of plumbing I have and where and how and I couldn't ask for more. When and if I need to do anything he'll be my first telephone.

I was able to get in touch with them and has been notified that due to the provider that is instant, I would have to pay a commission to send out someone straight away. Most firms do require that such fees are paid by you, but has been the most reasonable I've observed.

He had been SO HELPFUL - he offered to FaceTime to show me the way to close of the main water valve so that the leak would stop tomorrow until he could make it into the house. After viewing the condition it had been in he offered to come to fix the problem in the wall. He had been here for seriously like 30 minutes and the problem was fixed.

Since I had installed it in a different 37, this day I had been installing a spacesaver in the restroom and drilled into the 2 screws to fasten it. A few hours after my fiancee heard a hissing sound and after putting my ear to the wall I quickly realized that there was a 99.9% chance that I drilled into a pipe because it seemed like water spraying and dripping.

I remembered him because I had a plumbing issue and when I called himhe picked up. He said he would come but in the event we need someone straight away, he gave us costs on which it should cost depending upon the issue so we wouldn't get ripped off by somebody else... I thought that was pretty cool although he did not know if we'd use him .
If I want anything whatsoever he is def my go to guy and I highly recommend him.
He is a nice man, explained things incremental, also gave us a great price with no hidden or surprise costs (something I worried about).
In a nut shell, he came to my home and did a nice, clean, and fast work / fix for the problem. I had origins in my pipes and a clog. He fixed everything and that I haven't had any issues.

This critique is an old one... I must have done this a while ago but forgot... Bad me!!!

What a Fantastic experience with David Silvers Plumbing!So as David and his partner was - Jason did two out of the 3 updates I had supposed to have installed. He happened to have the time and equipment prepared to complete the job right then and there. As I had hoped he'd be finishing the quote that afternoon I was thrilled, and we'd need to arrange another appointment to prepare the true work. Jason and David were friendly and informative about all the work they had been finishing while they were doing it - and were even complementary of me, praising the updates I had been doing - commenting about the good quality of product I had selected, and it would last, etc.. Above all, they were specialist - leaving no mess, doing their job, and finishing.
He then explained in a way exactly what it would cost and I could understand what he'd want to do. And in so doing talked me out! (I guess that he also talked himself out of some cash as well.) He had been honest with me, stating my strategy wouldn't be worth the issue, and offered a creative and more affordable alternative that wouldn't require his services. I couldn't believe it!

And I think David's pricing is reasonable - if you need honest, good work done from the start. I believe you could pay less from another vendor - but you'd also get lesser grade work, and wind up paying for that down the street. David even put in writing his quote when I vacate my apartment building sometime to return my fixtures to their initial state. And I guarantee - I will use David Silvers Plumbing for that work, and any other plumbing needs I might have moving. Thanks for the professional and honest work, gentlemen. I sincerely love it!
I had gotten pre-approval to do some plumbing updates and live in a fantastic apartment building - I return everything to its initial condition, or'd leave the updates in place. It seemed apparent David Silvers ought to be one of my initial calls after doing a little local study on Yelp. I immediately made an appointment for a free in-home quote, as David explained even"regular installments," never turn out to be so - there's always an unforeseen factor that affects a projected estimate. They did detect that my outside faucet was leaking (it was quite old, rusted, and the valve wasn't working correctly ) and they fixed that as well. It has been about 9 months now and what is still working strong.
