Employed Spartan Plumbing and Cooling so I predicted when my AC went out they had been the place. Bill was truly wonderful, phoned me back and explained everything I needed to know.I ended up replacing the device that was 15 yrs old.Bill and his helper were very professional and explained what they were doing.I would definitely call them again to my own plumbing and cooling needs! Thanks Bill !!

Overall unprofessional, disrespectful and unreliable.
Hired Spartan in November to get an expensive repair to a collapsed kitchen drain pipe. Won't be working with this provider again.
I called and texted this crew for almost 3 weeks asking them to return and finish the job's boss. I had to call the company proprietor who came himself out.
Plumbers left a large choice of tools, such as sawzall, wrenches, toolbox would not return to finish the job and left in the kitchen.

Showed up on time the flow in service individual that was less than 10 min friendly and very tidy

I needed to come on here and write a notice about the driving. Among your employees, and 8:20 at nighttime is driving like a maniac in a residential area. He is almost side swiped on a car jumped a curb. When attempting to back into our driveway, this man almost hit my husband and myself.

I called them on a Sunday evening at 7:30 using a water leak in the wall of the house. They did an expert job of solving the problem and arrived within 45 minutes

I had. Called other businesses that just gave me the run-around (program and price.) Bill and Xavier out of Spartan were the next morning. Did an superb job of replacing my older one efficiently and quickly they are very pleasant guys. The task came in at $400 less than I was quoted elsewhere, actually gave me an"old guy" discount. Will never look any further for quality work for a price that is reasonable.

This is the way an person parks. This man may be lacking humility however he is not lacking rivalry.

This plumber doesn't back their work. They partly solved our problem retuned requesting double payment to finish the job. After we asked them to leave and said no, they unscrewed everything to leave a mess in our house. We paid the next plumber (another firm ) to do the work correctly the first time. Why bother? There are plumbers to choose from.

I would think twice before hiring Spartan plumbing.
I seen a near accident when a Spartan Plumbing truck made a left into oncoming traffic. I called the company, told the operator what I watched and she hung on me. I called back and spoke to the manager (Gina) who informed me that they knew that it was and they would look after it.

Installed a tankless water heater. . .great support. . .great techs. . .extremely useful and knowledgeable. . .both my husband and I'd recommend for jobs both small or large. . .they are a bit higher. . .we got what we paid for. . .plus a 10yr warranty!

I will be their worst nightmare!
This company ought to be put out of business! I will make a formal complaint once I find the section, the papers of Tucson!! and I am likely to write reviews to Angie's List, Homes.com, Home Advisor These folks have no business being in business!!
Bear in mind, I have paid $375 up front. The business now charges me another $375 for completion of work, stating it was. In other words, I have billed $750 for ONE HOUR of work!!
Two plumbers put in my water softner, arrived, and corrected defect in piping on the water heater. Their time was ONE HOUR!!!
The owner said it would be an 8 hour job at $96/hr. The rest after completion, payment for the initial half immediate. I never he wrote up, signed the invoice or dated, although I consented.
If I could rate this business A water appliance was purchased by me from a different source. I phoned Spartan Plumbing to install. The owner arrived at my house, associated parts along with looked at my soft water system, which I had all . The proprietor saw a flaw in the existing pipes from the water heater. We discussed the options for installation and repair!

Lifesavers! I have reliable Spartan with my plumbing for a couple years (broken underground garbage, water heater replacement) and they have always dealt directly, charged fair prices, and performed quality work. This week I phoned them to get involved and fix a non-working heat pump that another contractor had butchered the fix on. They had techs on the roof, and reacted promptly, honored a quote from two weeks ago. They remained with it before the unit ran flawlessly, and worked through the 2nd day in Tucson history. No hidden charges, no delays, no matches, and also the device is running perfectly

Wow! Stated hr minimum 1 hour. Came out did a job on a drain stated 196/ hr after hours. I called and they stated the fee was for 2 weeks and it was said correctly, not the 30 minutes it took.

They were on time with the appointment, also fixed the issue. The support tech kept me informed during the job. I'd certainly use them again.

Incompetent. Before the faucet began to loosen 14, it worked fine for about a year. Before it became dispersed so as to tighten the fixture I predicted Spartan. A tech did manage to tighten the faucet and showed up the day. Before leaving he caused additional issues. I soon noticed the retractable hose and the unit has been about 30 degrees off centre. The very next day, despite the fact that their tech was unfamiliar with the brand, they shipped the man! The hose retracts, but only in particular angles and also the unit is even more off centre (roughly 45 degrees to the east). It's so far off center the faucet may reach about half way across the sink at this point, I will just have to call a plumber. It should also be noted that a support fee was billed, regardless of the fact that Spartan had set up the fixture significantly less than 13 months ago. In conclusion, is you want support and wasting your money, Spartan is the place for you.

Absolutely awful service. After receiving a charge for service that was not 17, I tried calling the supervisor a couple times. Each time I called to follow up I was told that the supervisor was"out of the office". Despite the fact that I never signed any invoices or agreed to any charges, they just send my advice to a collections service. They claimed that I informed them I fixed the heater though a warranty rather and phoned them - that's impossible because the heater is outdated and the company who makes the drains no longer exists. Absolutely terrible customer service.

He started studying the problem and knew exactly what to do. He explained, and I was hesitant thinking it would not function due to what the prior plumber had told me. He assured me, and said" we're a repair it firm, not a sales firm"
My kitchen sink was leaking late last night - this has been on problem.
I was sold right there. He did exactly that, he fixed it in under an hourwas efficient, and as mentioned earlier friendly with my puppies (who wont leave people alone)!
To begin, they do provide a window of time. Mine was 9 - 1 ). Windows are frustrating since it leaves you waiting BUT I calls also got my phone before the middle of the window at 10 45 - that is appreciated. The gal answering the phones was super friendly... as well as helpful!
I cannot say enough how thankful I am that I predicted Spartan and they could make it out.
However, I would most definitely call Spartan, and made it right this time.
I am a first time home owner, not the most handy, or knowledgeable about pipes and the such... and always concerned about who to call if something goes wrong.
So onto the job, Ryan ( the plumber) arrived. Super friendly prepared to find the job done. And not to mention was good with my puppies!!!
To sum it up.
"Woohoo as great as gets..."( what yelp states for 5 stars ) I'd say even better.
I have just worked with one or two pipes areas in the city and mentioned - I didnt have them perform the job, since I knew enough to know together with what I had, there was something to use. And spartan did that, they didnt come in trying to sell me function I didnt HAVE to have done. TThey/ He discovered a way to repair the problem and fixed it. Additionally, I forgot to mention it was very affordable. Actually less than I anticipated...
We have had OTHER technicians come seem ( roughly a year ago )they came out and said not fixable; 1000 dollar + project..." not now".... So that I DIY'd it.
And to reveal my fondness of the experience. The plumber left at about noon today, I am not a significant yelper... but after trying to browse thru testimonials last night, along with an awesome encounter now - I wanted to help people find the place to phone and show my admiration towards Spartan.

....Then Spartan.
That the DIY was not going to cut it . I knew I had to get a plumber come out, following the previous instance I was hesitant, concerned about being ripped off etc.. I jumped on yelp for a number of testimonials - I couldnt believe the testimonials on most of the pages. . .all of them seem fake. I had no idea who to phone. I predicted two other areas, larger more testimonials.... Both said cant be out for a few days. Even after telling them I had no water to my house.

My air conditioning unit stopped functioning over the weekend. The tech came out on a Sunday, immediately identified the issue, and managed to repair it all. They were all round pleasant and easy to handle and I would use them again.

Spartan plumbing installed a water softener system . Their service has been so poor. They didn't install it correctly - based on the manufacturers site and once I called to ask about it not one person could talk knowledgeably about the warranty. The manager said he'd stop by and take a look, he never showed up. After we complained about how the installation was to the ground making it difficult to remove the housing to modify filters they sent out someone to take photos. That was just two weeks ago. They do not return calls, come out once promised or follow up when they say they will. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

He wrote up an estimate. I will surely use this company in upgrades later on or the long run for any plumbing repair.
I believed I had a flow with my water heater. Chris their own serviceman, came in about one hour. After an investigation, he decided that the flow was from the roof once we had the rain storm.
We went up on the roof and found a tear in the roof. He did a quick repair but we agreed that it would need to be looked at by a roofer and they. I had been happy to have a patch before I could get it to be looked in by somebody.
