Kevin was called by me since my family was out of town and I was looking for the contractor that had just replaced their faucets and toilets. Lucky for me I found his business card.
The house was unexpectedly turned off on by the water and I was worried there was a problem with their water wells or pumps or a flow. He reacted to the home and went above and beyond to help us. Thank you so much and his plumbing company will be used by us ! Fantastic service!!

I never met Kevin, but he did a fantastic job on our home. He was available on short notice. We will definitely call him the next time we need a plumber.

It took a long time (few months elapsed time) to substitute a copper piping, set up a water heater, taps and bathroom. 3 valves at the kitchen were set up one. I reported 3 leaks in the kitchen, bathroom and cellar that might have caused damage if I had not discovered them early on. Sunra responded fast. I needed to report several minor things to be fixed such as sealing a fresh vent. Had been 50% higher from a different plumber whom I ended up hiring and who did a great job.

Sunra Plumbing reacted to a complex plumbing emergency. Really! We were inside , up to our ankles. Sunra came within a few hours of my telephone call, tested and diagnosed all probable solutions, and then zeroed in on"the remedy" in 4 hours. Sunra stepped up giving us until the repairs were completed, solutions which kept us at our house. Five Stars is not enough! 1000 Stars! Thank you! Really!

He narrowed the problem to two items that could be happening and was very thorough. Would be try his suggestions and wah la!

I swear it felt like super beings playing at bizarre hrs. I called a great deal of plumbers, they inspected the pipes in the crawl area, arrived to our home, assessed the water pressure coming to the home, looked at the irrigation valves and couldn't figure out what was happening. Kevin Fay is the very best! We've worked for a number of years with Kevin and have only great things to say! He has installed a tankless water heater, altered out our previous plumbing pipes, place a filtration system in and he and his men saved us! We phoned him on a Sunday afternoon and he answered right away and got us back with a mains speedily.
We've got to a stage where we trust him and his team so much that we don't have any problem with them using the house when we're not there and no longer receive competing quotes (we just know we'll find the very best value for money from him).
