Rick is the greatest and has done work for me and haven't been disappointed. I'm in the transactions so that I know quality work in addition to good customer support and Tarantino Plumbing provides it all. My water heater went out and his staff and Rick where there the next day, had hot water for the family very quickly and figured out that the issue. I highly recommend Tarantino Plumbing as their support is excellent.

Sunday 5/27/18 the day before Memorial Day, I discovered that my 27 yr and seemed in my utility closet out. Water heater has been dripping with what seemed down it! I called and left Rick a message that was frantic. He advised he would be at my house and called. . .and here he had been at! He said he believed he had a water heater at his store and looked. He affirmed that the water heater would be here & it had been 9ish am and moved to his store! The workers had the brand new water heater installed by 11:30am and warm water was up again a while later. I was sooo impressed by all this. On a vacation. Much thanks to Rick and his workers for their speedy but perfect installation, it is appreciated.

Rick and his team responded and did a fantastic job shifting a tankless water heater, and replacing a gas riser. Couldn't be happier .

We've used Rick for several decades. He came out now to make did some fixes, which he did quickly and at minimum price. He also made suggestions which we'll implement. Rick is only a pleasure to deal with.

I believed he was the finest, having worked with him earlier, however one of the escapes he'fixed' created yet another. I called Rick and he promised to be out the following morning but he never showed or returned any of my telephone calls. However, I get the bill 2 days following the work. Because I expected a phone call, never obtained one so I paid the bill 20, I waited to cover.
I strongly advise to go elsewhere with your small business.
Quite disappointed in his work and lack of professionalism and will need to hire another plumber.

The HOA director of a unit for a sewer line escape refered to Rick me. Rick fixed the line and showed up promptly and repaired the deck boards that he had to remove to obtain it. Wonderful work!

Nothing worse than making an appointment and never have to miss work and stay home to meet the plumber - not having him show up. Incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. Offering Rick the benefit of the doubt - that I called him to see if things were"alright" and also to"reschedule"; and never got a reply. I'd used them and their work was great. So, called once left the following message - and they did NOT call me backagain.
That is just rude.

Rick is the most reliable and committed plumbing expert I have ever worked with! He has saved us from potential disasters and washed up sub-par job out of contractors on various events and I cannot say enough about his work ethic, expertise and client service that was superb. I'd recommend him hands down every time!!!! He is the best!

Rick Tarantino is hands down! I had several issues with my pipes and being a single girl living on my own, I had been quoted prices. My intuition asked my network and told me I had been taking advatage of. I had been given to Rick Tarantino and I couldn't be more happy. They came in and I finally was estimated a price that was true and did the work flawlessly and quickly. They saved me tens of thousands of dollars (literally) from false quotations and did the best job I've seen. You can trust these men and they do the best job on the market. What more could you ask for!?

I've used Rick for every plumbing situation I've confronted following flirtations with a number of other local plumbers. He's dependable, quick, honest and knowledgeable; he appear if it is some little escape or a massive issue. He has saved me an insane quantity of money. I recommend him without reservation for emergency repairs and for upgrades and pluming work.

I wish I could say he had been the very best. Prices, but no follow ups on problems like a flow, tankless flushing pressure problems, maintenance. Sorry Rick.

Great job; Rick showed up to resolve a leaking shower valve in our Novato house, and will be returning to repair our faucets. Top-notch man whodoes it right the first time and's easy to work with!

Rick Tarantino is the very best. He is. His work is impeccable, his fees extremely reasonable and he's also a hell of a wonderful guy (funny too). I can not say enough about what a great experience it was dealing with Rick Tarantino. We have a home warranty. We referred to as the plumber that the guarantee co said we needed to call before fulfilling with Rick. From start to end things went horribly (for example he got in a debate with our neighbor over parking) and in the end we were told significant job would have to get carried out. Based upon a referral from a neighbor, then I chose to give up on the guarantee plumber and pay outside of the guarantee. I phoned Rick . He said he can manage it at once so that he cried at my house until I could make it home from work. 10 minutes later getting to my house he identified the issue, replaced the part (no significant work) and also the emergency was mended. He followed up by coming back to complete the work once the components were in and went out of the way to get me components I needed for the non urgent issues, deal with a few other issues we had at our house. He was attentive, fast, educated, professional and courteous. I've got confidence I now have someone to call for any plumbing problem later on.
