I asked him to look at another pipe that was slow and it was not as easy a fix since there are tree roots inside. He cleared a few of them out but needs to come to do the fix.
I had a shower which was not draining. I made a snake . I found these guys on Yelp and called them. Eddie came out at 45 minutes and cleared the drain. He snaked out further to the 4" pipe to make sure everything was running smoothly and gave me advice about which filters to use to keep hair out of the pipe.
These guys were fantastic. Eddie clarified what he was doing was quick, effective, and didn't charge me extra for asking 100 questions regarding pipes and pipes! We agreed he'd come at 10:30 and he came at 10:33. I wish every fix person was as punctual as this.

Needed to have a clog in my own shower drained and the water supply valve substituted that joins the main water line. Eddie not only did an fantastic job handling both issues, but he also was able to repair a few minor issues that I had around the home at a"real fair" cost! Additionally his friendly down to earth demeanor, made the support telephone that much more easy and pleasant! These guys did an Amazing Job! Looks like I found my plumber!

I left me with a giant leak, and gave him a mess to work with since my contractor messed up my pipes poor. He was contacted by me over the weekend with a pipe under the sink. Monday Obtained a consultation. He kept in contact and arrived on time. He explained that the contractors cut the pipe too short and tightened the nuts tight that caused the pipes to crack. Speedy fix and his price is very competitive! I contacted several plumbers and I went based of estimate , timely reply and his testimonials , and he was the nicest man I spoke. I had a different leaky pipe, he was not available so he recommended a different plumber when I needed him. Good man. He be.

Sal and his assistant (oops, can not recall his name) went over and beyond in fixing our slow drain. They actually had to climb up on my roof! They're prompt, professional, and I use them next time.

I wish I could store Sal a mystery, but he deserves to be praised. Punctual, articulate, helpful, and trustworthy. He had our new water heater installed within hours of phoning himeverything works great. I've got him speed-dial on my iPhone now.

Spoke to Sal and he shipped Eddie out in here the same day! Eddie knew precisely what was wrong with my bathroom (not sealed correctly ) and fixed it in like 30 mins! He took pictures of what was incorrect to show me. I am really happy with customer service that is prompt and excellent!

Sewer line backed up while we had been house-sitting for friends in Berkeley. Nightmare scenario! Sal said he'd send over one of his men the following day and was amazing. Eddie revealed early (bonus points) and let's describe the issue. So their sewer line snake could be plugged into power by Eddie, a window started. The line was clogged with roots and dirt along with"other stuff" (don't ask) so it took two moves through the line, but after a couple of hours, everything worked as it should, and the last price was the same as the quote. Eddie was affable, polite, and such a friendly man. He explained. HIGHLY suggested.

Sal was a lifesaver today. I was lucky he could match my occupation in. Then my drain cleared, and he kept me advised before arriving and made my kitchen usable. Highly recommended!

I used for installing a RO system and water heaters in July 2018, Salvador. I'd bought the parts myself and he did the setup. He worked to my satisfaction and is very professional. There was an issue with water heaters install which led to damage and water cutoff into wall that was dry but he reacted immediately, took responsibility and fixed everything. He compensated for the painter and dry wall repair.

Sal came out to help us with a gas leak. The problem was to be larger than expected and he wasn't competent to work on it but he took the time to walk through the worries and paths to take. Thoughtful, thorough, and honest. We'll definitely be calling him to get pipes demands in future.

Sal is could relate to a joke or two about the problem and has a character. It was a real pleasure and he is the example service suppliers should follow.
For transparency, they said there's an opportunity they might require a snake that was more robust than that which they had about the truck but offered to present their best with the gear they had - NO cost. Because he took a great deal of care to spell out the problem I had no qualms answering a multitude of questions I posed and had the opinions felt genuine.

Sal was messaged by me for a clogged drain from the kitchen on a Sunday night. It was simple - they replied in the morning, including a time they could come. As soon as they arrived they said they are confident it can be fixed by them and did a fast review of the property and difficulty.

I called Sal in 330 PM to clear a clogged lateral sewer line. He showed up around 5. Call it chance, but I have never had a plumber react that quickly. His attitude, perseverance and integrity are second to none, though he hasn't cleared it yet. An high man - I would recommend him and like him.
