Charlie from TMZ plumbing came out to repair a'gurgle' within our sink. Charlie described the issue and the cost entailed. I discovered that TMZ plumbing's costs were quite reasonable and will use them.

By turning a water line on that we advised them was disconnected ruined my brand new floors. Caused over 1000.00 damage to the ground and originally agreed to cover it then totally ghosted. Should your house is damaged by them expect the same. Made several attempts to speak with the operator and no response.

To start with I called 3 plumbers too. TMZ was the only one. They were able to schedule me in quickly. Was neat & clean. He could look at my own water heater and also assess the problems correctly and quickly. My water heater was repaired in two hrs and looks excellent. Thank you TMZ for a job well done.

I had a pipe which had to be substituted. Called a few firms for a quote. Some wanted to bill for a tech to come out and assess the cost when others might clearly provide a rough quote to substitute. TMZ was the most moderately priced and they had availability for the time frame I was looking at. Charlie was the tech who came to correct the matter and he did a fantastic job. Was very professional and explained everything. I would certainly recommend them.

I am quite satisfied with TMZ's service. Tech Charlie did a wonderful job! He checked the area that was leaking and find the problem fixed straight away. Pricing has been reasonable. I truly appreciate his help. !

Charley was great -- not only did he set up two water heaters at a cost significantly lower than rivals, but he went beyond and above, exceeding our expectations. Our cellar introduced some problems for the installation, but Charley stuck with his cost in spite of the fact that the project required a lot of effort and time. He even fixed a little problem at no charge from the kitchen pipes.

Todd called me requested to come in and earlier than scheduled. Ricky accompanyed him and they got right to work. They showed me the problem, fixed it, but went the additional mile to show me what they did in case it were to happen I could handle it on my own if the same problem popped up. That detail got a customer for area to them.

Overall I'm quite pleased with the service. My wife accidentally put too much holiday food our garbage disposal and this created a back up in our kitchen sink drain which I couldn't cure with my snake that is 15ft I had. I called around to a few plumbers in the region and I was got by Todd from TMZ in exactly the same day. He had a competitive price and good service to go with it.
His work is warrantied for 3 weeks in case it backs up again (provided that it is not our fault). They even cleaned the mess up on the sink out of the backflow.

Called Friday to call back. Todd gave me a telephone within half an hour of my petition. The Water Heater had gone outside and I've 3 gals in the home! He came himself out and set a while to substitute the Water Heater.
He got it replaced and showed up on time. I'd definitely use them again!

What a Pity. Over the past 2 years we have used them 4 days roughly every 6 months, to get our cellar drain, which has been backing up. Every time that they snaked through precisely the entry pipe and said they did not feel a clog although the water went down so we paid them, were so happy and waited for it to clog. Todd indicated that we repipe the cellar to skip that drain last year. It was going to be costly and my husband said we had to wait. We waitedpatiently.
I got a coupon from TMZ in my package that the Chamber of Commerce gave us and moved into an old home. Our kitchen drain required to be snaked so we phoned them out. Crew and todd were fine and got the work done. Being loyal, we have recommended them.
GUESS WHAT?!? I received a telephone call at two from a guy named Nick saying that he was sorry that there were no machines available and they weren't coming.
At 1:30 I called Heather responded and the office. She said she find out what happened and would call Todd. I heard nothing. So at 5:30 I called again. Heather just said,"Todd did not call you? The machine broke." I asked her when they could come since our cellar has had water for 3 days and I understand we could just call a different plumber that machines break. No. Big. Deal.
And my cellar? I called a plumber and he came out immediately. Seriously, he showed up over one hour. It was during the evening, and he charged for daylight hours. I told him about the saga with TMZ plumbing for the previous two years, and he chose to use a pipe as an entry 31, after assessing the situation. Low and behold he managed to discover the clog with the snake. This was the very first time that anybody had actually located the clog. He charged us less than TMZ and put a trap. We have a plumber. Everything worked out in the long run.
She assured me they'd be out on Thursday. She said,"if the machine is still broken we will rent one to get the work done". Awesome. I asked her to get a time slot since again my husband had to take off work. She said 1-5. I thanked her.
I waited 5 days to write this. I wished to provide the chance to call me and apologize to them. I wanted the time to cool down so that I could compose this objectively. Not merely did TMZ lose me but I am going to make it a point to tell that story to people. The customer support is a joke and was.
. .it's insulting that neither Heather or Todd made that telephone. Once I hung up with Nick I called the office and it went into the voicemail. I informed them (via voicemail) that I was frustrated by the way that they handled it and that my spouse had lost 2 half-days of work because of this. Additionally, I said,"I feel like I have to leave you a bad inspection on yelp".
On to the flooding that was inevitable along with this spring we knew was coming. It supported up on a Sunday. We called Monday and I got todd direct. We made an appointment for Wednesday before 1 PM and determined that the next step was to send down a camera along with the jet the clog. This was going to be a 400 + job compared to the $250 we have been paying for its standard snaking. My husband took the morning off work (unpaid) and waited TMZ. Guess what?!? No show. No telephone. Nothing.
I called the office. Heather assured me that they were coming.

Our water heater known around searching to get an estimate to replace ours and was leaking.

TMZ was at top notch. They changed the specifics of the job I asked them to do without warning, as time moved on. Finally, trying to put them in to complete the job finally proved impossible. I've been unable to reach them all, and, I have given up after leaving three or more messages without any returned phone calls from them. You'll be more happy if you go with somebody else, although I believe that the customer should beware that TMZ looks good on the surface. I know I'm.

I have used TMZ double this season per month back to set up a new water line and again once to install sump pumps. My difficulty at this time is customer services. Has slowed the water pressure during my house. I can't get a call . I was extremely happy with the support I thought we'd found a company that is great and received when the sump pumps were set up. I will never use this business.

TMZ has been fantastic to me. Used them once when I had a clogged toilet I couldn't resolve and again on a bigger job to install flood control. Todd and did an wonderful job and team worked quickly. They came back the next day after the cement dried to tile the ground. Great good men and women and pipes.

Will Never Use Them Again!I got the impression that they were busy when I talked with them when not, I would call another plumber and I asked them when they were sure they could come repair a leaking pipe. Todd assured me it'd be fixed by them. Took them 3 days to appear and diagnose the problem. They were supposed to come back to repair the issue the next day and never called or showed up. I called to determine if they came and I was assured by Todd they were still coming and they never showed up.
My home's level is destroyed due to water damage. Since they kept promising they'd come on a Friday, I had to wait until Monday for another plumber to start working although I received another plumber. That is typical of several businesses. As soon as they get the bigger tasks, they ignore the clients, but they should've told me by the start.
I've used TMZ Plumbing previously and was happy with their support , however the last time I used them was very disappointing and damaging to my own property. I waited a few weeks to allow them to come look at an issue at my house since I had been familiar with their work, but they did not call or come by.

TMZ is highly recommended!! Todd came right away when he obtained our call which our sump pump died and was really nice. The cost was reasonable too!

I can't say enough good things about Todd and TMZ plumbing. When our garbage disposal went out (wouldn't turn off), we needed to switch off the electricity to one whole half of our kitchen. Todd was recommended by a friend, was incredibly responsive, and suggested a more economical and easy choice than two other plumbers who came out. No consultation fees or matches - only honest, fantastic small business. We will recommend Todd .
