Timely. Courteous and the technician went the extra mile to respect my property.

My husband contacted Scott Valentine on Saturday to arrange an appointment to come to fix our sink. At about 10 till 4 on Monday when they predicted we phoned the office and were told today that they could not make it out or had not revealed yet and actually would not be able to return until Thursday!!
Unfortunately although scott looked like a nice guy because he is unprofessional and unreliable I would look elsewhere.
If they had been not able to produce the appointment they ought to have informed us immediately so we might have made other arrangements... which is simply common courtesy and what's considered professional behaviour. It is currently after 4:00 pm and of course it's too late in the day to have another plumber to visit our home. Since we were told by Scott that the tech would be here this day we planned our schedule.

He fixed the leak in the water line and arrived on time. The job was not the most easy and he did the job.

This company for any plumbing requirements! They're professional, assist home owners in distress, and execute quality work. We cannot day things about the job they did for us. All new water , all brand new sewer, and all gas line. Everything done correctly the first time! You will not be let down.

I had what I believed was a water flow going from my home all the way to the city water line! I spoke with Pam the Proprietor, when I called. Not only, did she answer on a Sunday but also said she might have somebody out in a couple of hours! I had been given an actual appointment time not a five hour window. Rudy and Eric showed up 3 minutes EARLY!!! Nice, clean cut guys who were honest. They told me that the"huge water flow" I believed I had was due to my irrigation method (thank goodness). I love the timeliness on either the appointment technicians and scheduling coming at actual appointment time; along with the honest business practice. I won't have another escape, but when I do I know who I'll be calling.

Originally had any issues since they were so active, with scheduling but the proprietor called me personally to make things right. They care and they do quality pipes work.

8:30pm at night and I had a sewer line stoppage. Called 2-3 pipes companies and they were reserved for the evening and the next moment. Received Valentine's on a referral from a different plumbing firm and I was not disappointed. 45 minutes they had been here and the stoppage was taken care of in 15-20 minutes. Very professional and reasonable pricing; I highly recommend them and will use them again.
