Just good support. Very knowledgeable of well and pump systems. The team works hard, is friendly, and keeps you informed. Walter even adjusted his schedule to accommodate your own requirements. If necessary the work they did this period will last a little while, will call them!
Walter is really terrific. My well went out and I called him. He had been out of State and answered the telephone. He had been out first thing Monday and following a quick test of the well determined that the cable shorted. He had the entire thing repaired in 5 minutes and does a great job. I can't thank you Walter.
The water moved out and we dreaded a huge bill before Christmas. Read the excellent reviews about Walter, so he was phoned by us were astounded at how fast he located the issue, fixed it, and billed us an unbelievably fair price to repair it. And he did not attempt to inflate the issue to charge an arm and a leg to get repairs or parts. Honest and dependable service professionals are difficult to get these days! Walter is the ideal. We will never call anyone else for nicely problems and highly recommend him.
Last night he saved, we had to call Walter and, once again --after that call, we decided this notice was long overdue so here it is: We'd Walter install a deep well pump to get us over 4 decades ago (maybe longer). Over those years we had a few issues (none associated with Walter's workmanship or hardware) where the pump, for whatever reason, stopped pumping. On those occasions we'd call Walter (after spending some time trying to troubleshoot the problem ourselves) and that he either picked up the telephone immediately or called back within minutes. Where else in the world of today can you get this type of customer services? It appears that there are very, very few business owners left with this sort of ethics and honorable credo in this day and age. Not certain when we'll ever need some other service that is related or well pump but there'll not be a calling anyone we perform. Walter--Thank you
