Fantastic service. Nassir(sp?) Was right on time, friendly and honest. What more can you ask for? This company is highly recommended by me.

Now 2 years following the job I can tell that what did wasn't actually good. So we rerouted the water pipes for the entire home; it will take five or more minutes to get water coming from the faucet. It used to take a couple of seconds before rerouting. Cosmetically they did a job; as another plumber told me. They got the work done very fast a sloppy one turned out.

Job began in January, Nasser said it'd be"in the most" a two day fix and our house sitter would not be inconvenienced. We paid $1700.00 in advance. She did not have water for two weeks, the technician would not call in advance , would come at irregular hours and did not keep appointment occasions. Holes were cut into the drywall and never mended. It's now June and the project has NEVER been finished, we still have no water in our kitchen, fine if you enjoy lugging buckets of hot water in the bathtub to the kitchen sink to wash dishes. . The house is covered by a video surveillance system and that I have documentation of this coming and goings of A+ Waterworks. Another plumbing company was called by me. They identified the issue right away and will mend, I will expect A+ Waterworks to pay me for the 925 it's costing me to have him mend everything A+ Waterworks couldn't.
BBB, Claims and media - possibly a post holes in the walls without any water, of this torn up kitchen.
Horrible, Horrible Customer Service. Nasser seems to have a chip on his back. Work that is poor that is Worse. Would not recommend that you run far.

I called Nasser this morning as my home smelled like sewer, requiring day service. Mark came out an hour later and identified that the problem quickly (90 in my sewer principal cracked). I'm happy to say all is great and the fix went well.
I really appreciate their quick reaction.

Our commercial building appeared a leak in Concord. The Landlord known as 6 firms. NONE returned our calls. Called and asked when same 14, they did the Concord region and solved it. Professional service and now we've got a new company. Thank you guys!

I predicted A+Waterworks as they are certified to fix fire sprinkler systems. Our house flooded along with a fire sprinkler discharged. Mike came out and repaired our sprinkler, Though they were completely booked for the day. We also had an issue with a non functioning valve ourside. We were called by mike promptly and they are here working on it now. We found Mike to become professional, and comprehensive. We have found a pipes company that was fantastic!

He had been the cheapest bid, BUT, I understood once Nasser began speaking to me, I knew I was going to employ him, he was just so confident, educated and just appeared to be trustworthy, and appeared to be just a," Nice Guy!"
More than all - workers and Nasser were awesome and would recommend hiring them.
I called concerning getting bids on the 11, 4 different companies.
He got out of his truck and went directly to work - deciding exactly what I want and the time line it would take to get it done.
Nasser also helped with the Insurance company.
Mike and Mark, came out - and made to work. The house was built in 1989 and they used PVC - Holes were dug and then copper that was new was placed, pulled under slab and old PVC removed - New valve for main another new valve for sprinklers.

I had a leak in my primary line in the water meter....because it had been leaking closer to the home rather than the road, it was OUR difficulty!!! My husband called A+ and they had someone come back!!! Tony was !!! that is very knowledgeable and very pleasant He even waited for the product to heal and checked for leaks....it was all good to go!!! Aaaahhhh....what a relief to have the ability to use the toilet!!! Thanks A+...

My contractor advocated A Plus, and I couldn't be more pleased with their work. I had a variety of minor plumbing issues (installing a bathroom sink and faucet, replacing a kitchen faucet, updating washing machine plumbing connections, etc.). They did a thorough job, explaining to me the way they went about it and at every stage what had to be done. Highly advised.

I saved thousands having A+ Waterworks fix a leak coming out of our fire support line. This entailed replacing about 100 ft of piping. My only advice for prospective customers is (1) to be very rigorous in your schedule by confirming your own appointments beforehand and (2) follow up as often as needed to find the info you need. Overall, A+ Waterworks will quote a fantastic price and the staff of the owner are people that are professional, informative, and courteous. Mike is especially recommended by me. Again, I stored THOUSANDS... so I am a really delighted camper. Thank you Nasser & group!

Deeply disappointed at having been"awakened" for repairs to a faulty water heater set up by A+ in the past year. I left a message: no reply. I've spoken to business workers three times about this issue. If I get service 11, this 'll gladly change.

My realtor set up me but I recommend A Plus Waterworks, that finished the work. If you are buying or have a house in Vallejo, Nasser works closely together with the city inspector and knows what they require in order to be eligible for the rebate; AT apparently doesn't since they didn't supply me with a video which was decent (they missed a portion of their lateral, therefore it needed to be rescoped) along with the price they gave me was greater. AT also doesn't use the $250 inspection fee toward the repair job. The crew of nasser are all very professional and nice to work with.

UPDATE: Superior Plumbing fixed the problem for $175 and came out on SUNDAY during their window. Give them a call at 5102227608 as A + isn't it, in case you want a plumbing support that is reliable and affordable.

Gas leak - fast to react, called to let us know they were in their way. Sent was finished fast. The leak was isolated by them, we have had no issues and it has been over a couple of years. When I found they were in addition to this situation and had two trucks and came home from work, I thought it was going to be spendy. The price came in under my expectations so I was very pleased and won't hesitate to recommend them or use them.

A+ Waterworks Inc. is one of the best plumbing services! Following the superb cleanup from ARC Water Damage services, Nasser out of A+ Waterworks Inc. sent out Mark to service a cracked pipe under our property. Mark was very professional and friendly. He has been ready to repair it and noticed a leak coming from one of our bathrooms. We did not hesitate the additional price. I am very grateful to have 2 services that do topnotch work all over the week.

Nassar in A Plus said he would go first point to take a look out and called me to provide me my options. He gave me two options - TRY fix it right and run the aluminum piping out of the rest at the main, or to fix it. I had been waiting for the cost and he advised me $600-$700 but $1500 to do it right. We decided to do it right since it was so affordable!
I believed that a water main break by the street at our house in Vallejo was going to charge me THOUSANDS of dollars because there was a tree root and a pavement. AND it was after 5 when I tried calling folks.
They were pretty reserved, but he had a crew put a temporary fix until he could finish the job and go out. They dug up the yard, but conducted the pipe below the sidewalk. From the day I called to end? 3 days. And the renter said that the crew was clean and worked that they wouldn't be out of water for any elongated time.
I would suggest A Plus Waterworks to anybody desiring a major fix like this!!! They were FABULOUS
I inquired the cool guy when they had any recommendations about a plumber and he also explained that the city can't make recommendations, but this happens alot and he gets comments from homeowners all the time. And homeowners that are consistantly call back him to state there were A Plus Waterworks the folks to use.

A plus waterworks did a fantastic job replacing part of my sewer line, and installing line near my home cleans . Nearly all of the workers and the office employees were courteous and professional.

Nasser and his assistant did a thorough job assessing the problem causing the bathrooms to not flush correctly. Before going to do the job he explained what they were going to try to repair the problem and gave me an estimate of cost. Tree roots have grown inducing the backup and Nasser explained what it might take to repair the problem. Their fee was reasonable if the problem reoccurs within fourteen days, and Nasser had said, they correct the problem and would return out. I would recommend A+ to anybody desiring plumbing services.

Water meter stored on running after shutting off the valve at the water and house bill climbed dramatically in the last billing cycle. A+ Waterworks was recommended and contacted precisely the same day and they showed up. They were very friendly, very knowledgeable and their prices were a whole lot less than I anticipated. They replaced the old poly water line to the house with a copper line from the sidewalk. They put into a valve that is brand new and replaced an sprinkler valve. They were performed in 4 hours and everything is brand new.
