3) Telephone was for a crisis leak repair after I woke to the sound of running water at 5:30 in the morning. Called and left a message am and had a crew. They put in a saddle clamp to get water back in the home by 9:30 and discovered that a hot water heater that was rusted-through. As quoted with a components charge for your clamp they 15, priced.
I cannot recommend All Star highly enough! I am a dedicated, well informed man and I am happy to report that Star has ever done work that meets my high expectations. They do the job right the first time, just as I'd; and, before it is done to your satisfaction, they stick with the task.
I must mention that his review has been written about 7 months after the last project with Star. I haven't had any problems or problems with the their job. It stands the test of time!
2) Telephone was for a washing machine backing up due to a clogged drain line. My kitchen was flood, so they juggled their program after I called in the afternoon, to get someone out the next day. Fixed in 20 minutes and priced as quoted the day. They were ready to go on the roof to clean the drain if necessary. Very impressed, Yet again.
Mark, the manager with this call, noted the ancient character of my plumbing (1950s vintage galvanized pipe, waaay beyond its life-expectancy) and asked if he could take some extra time to quote a full replacement. He promised a quotation I would be crazy to turn down and took the time to follow concerns and my own thoughts. He answered all my questions, and heard my thoughts to use. After some comparison shopping, it was clear his quotation was that he had said it would be.
This is a 4-day job, along with the All Star crew was careful to leave me with working plumbing at the conclusion of each day. The direct plumber on the job was on time for each review by the city department and was incredibly courteous and informative.
4) This job was the complete plumbing replacement mentioned in 3. An EPIC bit of work that substituted every inch of my plumbing on up! A crew of 6 (yes, SIX GUYS!) Revealed up the day only and after the license was procured BLITZED the job! They happily allowed me to observe their job and follow their progress, fixing my concerns and again answering all my questions. I was particularly impressed with all the care the senior guys took to ensure the junior guys understood the"correct way" to do things, so they explained WHY it was the"correct way".
This ensemble deserves more than 5 stars, as the others have said! Greatly satisfied with their work, and I've used them for jobs small and large within the last five years and have never failed to be impressed with their support.
The producer determined my heater had a defective control unit and shipped a new one out, referring me because of their installer to All Star. All Star was simple to utilize, on time, and followed directions perfectly! I was able to get the replacement scheduled without meeting anyone! They were loyal, efficient and attentive to detail it had been as if my water heater was fixed by magic.

All Star is 5 star just because that's all the stars. Zina and Rob are fantastic. Did a terrific job. Designed and engineered an ADA roll in bathtub that's lovely and functional. By extending the entry, made the water cabinet available for my spouse's wheelchair. They use. Coordinating them so there's no down time and gets the job completed in a timely manner. More significant, they're currently caring people, although they are top notch professionals. They spend hours. Enough good can't be said about their Star small business and them. After All Star Plumbing read my review, I received a phone call from among their office managers, she apologized​ for not being able to repair the problem with my irrigation line. Without me asking, she offered to refund me the $155 charge for their visit. I had been surprised by her call and willingness to repay the charge. Based on their gesture in good faith, I am prepared to change my view of this company and assume the encounter with them could have been a communication problem once I made my appointment, I had?

Today we had some valves and pipes repaired in our house by Michael Smith at All Star Plumbing and he was fantastic! He had been effective, and did an amazing job putting in aluminum piping. Michael came out to our house the day we predicted, which was helpful to us. The prices were very reasonable and we are totally satisfied with the service. We highly recommend All Star Plumbing and Michael Smith!!

I transferred into a home that was mature. It is on a well. The sinks backed up and overflowing. The master bathroom would not flush. The house has a well and the water is brown stressful.
He provided immediate repairs. Things flowing. Recommended long term alternatives and also to proceed. The bill was reasonable.
Attempting to find a plumber was tough. California was hit by flames. People are trying to repair and reconstruct. Makes my problems pale in comparison. Some companies would not even call back. Some'd wait lists. This company went beyond and above. The workplace supervisor let me know that they were short staffed, but assured me they wanted to help. The owner himself came out! Inside an hour!
I will admit, I could be generous with reviews. A company like that one comes along and makes me rethink who I should be giving 5 stars to.

Zina & Rob were fantastic to use. I told them exactly what I wanted and they made it happen. Tankless water heater, all pipes, gutted and remodeled both baths. Took my boring and ugly Master bathroom and flipped it into my dream bathroom.

I have used All Star Plumbing many occasions and they've been awesome. Have they done pipes work for me in the past but they're our HERO's. Over our Sheetrock our industrial project sprung a leak all on a Saturday afternoon. Not only did Mark pick the phone up but he managed to get out Ryan there. Try holding a flow for 20 minutes? Ryan managed our dilemma . Close off the water main and fixed up her within 20 more minutes. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!! I would not have had a clue what to do if you guys weren't there. If you require plumbing work done these men actually care!!

Writing this review for a friend that hired All Star Plumbing in Napa for her home. She was satisfied. Ryan, the plumber which was sent out, knew exactly what to do to solve a issue that is complex and was professional helpful. Highly recommend Ryan and All Star Plumbing.

An exterior garage was remodeled by me . Definitely the largest job was the plumbing component. I was worried due to the flames it was hard to get bids. All Star did an wonderful job from bidding to completion the whole group was helpful, prompt and patient build project. Mark Crocker was particularly professional and supportive . Michael was a plumber and patiently. The front office team was patient and responsive over the previous four months of ordering and scheduling parts. All Star plumbing is a plumbing service that is superb I highly recommend.

Everything backed up in the house, known as Ashley at All Star and she had a person the next morning on Saturday. Mike arrived, was kind and considerate as well as knowledgeable. He took care of the problem, as well as an intermediate plan tackle and to return the more significant matter. Awesome a price that is fair and customer service.

I had a kitchen drain pipe under the house that gave a bad oder away. I phoned Ken Mays plumbers before we had the puddle under the home cleans up, but they wouldn't come out. I phoned All Star and they came out and bid the job for 3 hours. They did the fix the following day within an hour and a half and came. Robert Gillis was professional and very nice.

Thanks to Robert who while installing my new toilet detected a problem with the sewer line. Mark explained, conducted a camera recognized and showed me that the matter, and responded immediately. Ann and Ashley coordinated the problem to be resolved by the work program.

All Star Plumbing has replaced the sewer line and water line to my property. This project was done in a fashion and at a price that was reasonable! I've found All Star's employees to be extremely knowledgeable, friendly, skillful and professional throughout this undertaking.

Great Project to Randy & Robert! Three toilets that were new were set up by robert for us. He knows what he's doing and also recommended some fixes to prevent leaks in the future. If you're trying to find a brand which won't neglect 19, I highly suggest the Toto Entrada Toilet. By fixing some tile that was damaged when one of the old toilets had been removed randy saved the day. Randy gets the job and is extremely knowledgeable. Everything looks great and we are very happy. Thanks to the experts at All Star.

Isaiha and Ryan were both proficient, and did an excellent job. I will certainly call All Star Plumbing the second time I want work done.
