Akeem was very friendly and professional and came. He asked questions to properly diagnose my own problem. It is a blocked gray water line.He quickly set up and conducted the snake and then cleared my problem.

Installing a tankless water heater is not one of them, although they are probably great at a lot of items. They blundered their way through my install and it required four repeat visits over three weeks to (almost) complete the job. We left us with no hot water in any way 1 day. Until everything worked, I made the adjustments myself in the end. The plumber admits it was his first tankless install as I hand over payment. Great: I'm paying premium prices to educate the new man.
They did not return telephone calls, even if I attempted to give them organization. Paradoxically, they suggested we have a conference call to talk about the issues... then did not call. I'm done with them.

They'll say one thing to get your money and then not follow through with what they agreed to if they feel like it.
Jeff abandoned mr rooter and also had the AUDACITY to drop a business card off in our property.
They were fantastic until contacted by our home warranty company. Jeff and mr rooter gave the guarantee company and my family the runaround for 6 months. We ended up paying for items which were covered under our house guarantee because jeff and mr rooter were stubborn after they were paid. They refused to answer calls and denied knowledge of the job.

We've used Mr.Rooter for many years in my business, but always had a different plumber for the home. Well as luck would have it my bathrooms started backing up, so I called my regular company and they said nope can not get anybody there until Friday ( that was Tuesday)so having good experience to a professional level I thought I'd try them at my home, they didn't disappoint
Dispatch was extremely enjoyable and helpful, even though I hadn't ever used them before they had someone there within 3 hours ( Akeem, and he was amazing ). Took care of the instant issue, failed a line inspection and discovered roots so he offered me several choices, got us installation came back within two days dug it repaired it filled it and beneath the quoted amount ( they aren't cheap, but it's quality work) they are currently my go to pipes both personally and professionally

Unfortunately has become rare to see such honesty and professionalism and I was really pleased to have Mr. Rooter and Jason at our house that day.
A service professional, jason Griffin, arrived at our house and decided the person who worked sink and drain hadn't performed draw the job properly. When he assessed their business documents, he discovered he left the necessary repairs at no charge and the work had been performed by that a employee.

Napa, please don't use this company. Do not make the same mistake I made. I called because of an emergency at my home and they took advantage of this situation give me a quote that is 4X over what me am currently charging to the same occupation and to over charge me. I talked to the owner about it and besides pretending not to understand that my problem she didn't do much. The least I hope would be a refund to the job me over charged and thank goodness I didn't agree to perform the larger job with them. I recommend using other regional businesses.

Cary handled it with skill and a great attitude after we decided to move forward with Mr Rooter at work. I'm pleased with the outcome and having used a number of plumbers in Napa, Cary is among the best.
I had a near-catastrophic water heater failure on a Sunday and from noon Monday Mr Rooter needed a technician on-site. Lucky for us they sent Cary, whose experience and professionalism made what turned go. He promptly went to work to prevent water leakage and also help dry out from the wet places. After assessing the location and infrastructure issues he moved over the pros and cons of installing a traditional vs. tankless heater and also provided quotes for both alternatives. He removed the water heater and was prepared to leave without being paid a cent for his efforts!

Agency like it used to be, professional, courteous, timely, will surely invite them. Staff such as Debbie on the telephone and Jose the technician were very knowledgeable and helpful and seemed to value my company. I'd recommend them. Great job.

24/7 service is stated by website. Do not conduct business with businesses that practice what they advertise.
According to Friday for service and was told they weren't available. Asked for Saturday and has been advised that they don't work on Saturday. Huh?

Cary Castillo was our plumbing technician yesterday afternoon, and we could be happier ! He was considerate, professional and beneficial. He created the answer and listened to our situation. We can't say and we will absolutely be coming back! Thank you so much!

Our hot water heater was having problems. We called at night at 7 pm and Cary was here that the following day bright ancient and cheerful at 9. He explained that the heating element was burning hot and would need replacing or a heater. He was very patient and spent a couple of hours making sure replacement as the best option. Attentive to the a variety of family members patient and questions. He disposed lugging it down a whole lot of a Napa hillside and slate stairs, lugging up the one a mountain of slate stairs and replaced the heater. He walked each family member elder and young who'd queries though them all with fantastic patience and did it all by himself with a sense of humor and understanding. Nice job. If you need Mr. Rooter and ask for Cary.

The company model should be rethought by this company.

I've liked these men they stood up me after affirming.
Short-term thinking, not good, serve the customers u schedule.
It was a bummer time and the time was shocking.
I know staffing can be hard & they have to of had a job.

Great company! Debbie, Nick and Myar (I hope I spelled that right) were wonderful! Called in the morning after we found our water heater leaking... (very first company we called said"maybe next week") Debbie was super friendly and offered time windows, same day. They sent Nick, he was super nice, fixed the problem efficiently and showed/explained the issue well, which is nice whether you don't understand anything about water heaters to understand! Highly recommend their service!

I live out in the country travel fee has been less than I expected very fair! Only after the Earthquake I detected that my water valve was leaking that they replaced the valve in a timely way and sent Cary! So glad to have this service available were I reside! Happy to recommend this business!

I called Mr. Rooter to cam some plumbing on a property that I rented, and also to help my architect as built the plumbing in the building. These men crawled in certain locations that were never and tight so pleasant to help us get the info we wanted. I will definitely be calling them.

I have had Mr Rooter out to my property. Both of them are knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They recognized the problem showed up on time and addressed . They have the necessary equipment to get the job done all. My only issue with this company, and also the reason I'm giving 4 stars to them, is they are outrageously expensive. I had been told they bill their laborers, after getting a eye popping estimate when I inquired! I know those guys do not get"paid" anywhere near that amount -- but I'd be paying that sum for guys to dig holes in my yard. The estimate to complete my occupation is $20,000! I will be going elsewhere for the rest and had them fix the term problem. Bottom line - great work, professional, on time, etc. but if you are on a budget make certain to find a second estimate.

These men did great by us. We had had a plumber out but his snake was so long. These men had a more heavy duty gear. They ran their lines and once it struck the clog, and it eliminated immediately. Super professional and quick

Well, it's now six months later and neither Mr. Rooter of Napa nor Mr. Rooter HQ has done something, despite calls & emails. They assert my neighbor"overpaid" to repair their problem - no settlement so far.
Considering that the photos, this seemed straightforward - cover him back for the line you terminated, let alone his other expenses. Why companies have insurance and clauses that they could stand 14, is not this is?
The issue is my neighbor's line tied to mine ("V" junction). Their pipe bursting terminated his line (see photographs ). It took him two weeks that were frustrating to diagnose what had happened and fix it all at his expense.
We had. Mr. Rooter did 120 feet of pipe bursting back in April 2016.

Great support! Jason Whitehorse did an amazing job repairing dryer issues and our pipes quickly. We were assisted by him taking the time to check at each of the problems and resolve the issues. In addition, he gave us a detailed explanation about what to do if we ever come across any of the same problems in our home again. We're extremely pleased to have selected Mr. Rooter to our pipes and dryer requirements.

Very very happy with Mr. Rooter Plumbing (Napa), Notably Mr. Cary Castillo! I was impressed with the great attitude of Cary in addition to knowledge and his professionalism. My water heater went out and Cary assessed the situation, reviewed my options and (very fair ) pricing, then put in it the same day. He fixed a leaky bathtub spout at time.
