Chuck is the man, if you want an honest locksmith who won't attempt to upsell and tells you like it's. He rekeyed locks and saved me a great deal of money in the process. I feel like he had been fair and I didn't feel the same about the other choices I called for quotes. He showed up when he said he would, did exactly what we agreed and also the cost was good. Can not ask for more than that.

Chuck was fantastic and I highly recommend him. I had help with a tricky mailbox lock and door locks. He came in, diagnosed the issues and managed to repair everything whilst also explaining what the problems were. Thank you Chuck for the job and conversations!

If you could raise he number os stars from 6 up, Chuck @ Westside would be most deserving. His services have been used by us twice over the years--updating and reinstalling locks our door and a few days ago, replacing the handle and including a brand new lock to front door. Fantastic experience with Chuck! With rekeying all our doors, he had been accessible day, and thorough. Knowledgeable about lock options for pricing, and our residence was fair. Will continue to use him for all our needs!

Chuck is a fantastic man and does work. He is the best locksmith I've ever come across. He also re-keyed several locks that opened using keys, and now thanks every lock opens with one key- the master. He created a distinct sub-master that opens only the gates, so we can feel comfortable giving a secret to those that have access to the yard, without fretting about them going into the house. Brilliant! He did not rush and up all of the locks so they working as easy as ever, even lubricated and tuned. His van is a store on wheels- it had a lot and a workbench of parts. There Chuck is the man!

I echo everyone else's comments. Chuck was simple to get a hold of, when he said he would and came on time, most importantly over day. Seemed was quick and clear upfront what it would cost. Did call around, but seemed sensible. Taking the lock and crap for this cost would have been nice, but would use him again or refer to others.

Chuck was quite friendly, was extremely knowledgable, and knocked out a job that I was imagining would take all day in (maybe) 2 hours. As we went we explained me my choices, and the results are excellent. I recommend Chuck!

Chuck was punctual. He took one look at my locks and got to work. He was meticulous and fast. I received all my locks rekeyed and Chuck assessed lock and each key worked.

Chuck answered my questions readily and truthfully and was available. He had been honest and told me that he was not familiar with the Baldwin Smart lock which we are hoping to install.

I contacted Chuck this morning to change the lock on four deadbolts in my house. He did a fantastic job and came , and was able to do a master key that functioned over all four locks.
