I had an excellent experience buying a Bluestar selection and wall mount in a custom colour from Wilkinson. Paul Martens my sales person was the person I have ever met on the topic. He made certain I understood the trade offs I made and walked me. I wound up with EXACTLY what I wanted and Paul checked in and made sure I had been joyful and offered continuing aid. I cannot imagine a much better experience. Highly, highly suggested.

As soon as I needed replacement bulbs that we purchased for a fair amount of cash, I was not able to get any assistance from Wilkensons. No one ever did, although they said they would check with their supplier and phone me back. I eventually bought them directly from the manufacturer at a rather high price.
This location seems setup for end work that is high or clients. Not user favorable for me.
Sink we purchased was delivered ; replacement was done without complaint, but took a couple weeks, delaying the project.

I recently bought a tankless water heater that was new. Electric water heater not working everyday. Spoke to Richard, Wow, was he helpful. They have 3 plumbed in water heater in their classroom. Richard took a great deal of time to show me better and economical strategies to put in it myself. His tips saved me some time any cash. I've completed a great deal of study on the tankless system. This is a cost savings strategy. I'm not politically correct or a tree hugging hippie. This is merely commen sence. My electric went from $100 to $54. The tankless water heater will pay for itself in 3 years. In short, 2 thumbs-up.
