Dam these men do great work for a price that is reasonable, as reasonable as it can be for the filthy, labour intensive work that is frequently demanded by Xpert Flood Control. I have had several different control systems set in by Xpert within the past 20 plus years for both my house and a construction I use to own. Patrick has always been very honest in his pricing w/a super set of men working for him (& Anjelika (office manager))
I have been dealing w/Xpert Flood Control for decades. They've become my go to for any of my flood control or seepage requirements. They do outstanding work.
Along with the work that they do for seepage & flood management Patrick was able to urge the plumbing & mechanical guys that removed my furnace & hot water heater & the ceramic tile floor man.
The bad man (Gabriel) that got to break the floor open, dig down about 3 to 3 1/2 feet to locate the blockage & broken drain all the while literally standing in sewage (yuk).
The business begins with his office manager Anjelika and the owner Patrick Martin. They do work and are professional. Sean Martin (Patrick's Son) recently joined the team. Everybody from Miguel (mi compadre) among the site managers & among the long time workers and the rest of the men.
Sean came to my house about 2 weeks before to investigate seepage in the basement floor. After running a router and hitting a block somewhere in my basement under the floor they ran a camera and found a massive root ball in the 6" drain. The camera produces a signal that may be picked up. Until the problem area has been found, the closer it got to the camera louder the sound & the quicker became.
Not only was there a root chunk that the in the drain, the drain has been broken requiring the necessity to cut the floor open and then dig down to the damaged drain line removed and replaced. But wait you need more. This broken/clogged drain was under my furnace necessitating the need prior to the floor may be cut available move and to unhook my furnace. But wait you need more, that's the ceramic tile floor was damaged requiring the necessity to have a floor man come along and remove substitute it tiles & the ceramic tiles.

Each time I've had problems Xpert has had the solution at a reasonable cost. I had 4 drains installed, an drain along my driveway and exterior waterproofing. In the light of the rain we've been having, everything works perfectly and I have no water issues. Sean and patrick are fun and very trustworthy to do business with. The highly suggest Xpert as your first call with water problems.

3 inches of rain in half an hour and not a drop! So pleased with this company!

I used Xpert to put in a flood system at my house's front. They did a terrific job and managed to arrange to finish the job before we needed to leave for a holiday. All the employees were professional and friendly, as is Angelica at the workplace. A few weeks after having the flood system installed I had an issue in my basement. Water came in through a gas line that was dead. I called they and Xpert took care of the job. They cut the pipe and sealed it. I am confident I will never have a problem with that area. Patrick the proprietor even wrote a letter for me helped me win my situation to have them pay the expense of the fix. Overall I am very happy with this corporation. I will use them again later on could recommend them and if need be.

After we had water coming up a drain in our 14, I predicted xpert. I spoke to Angelica after calling a couple times and she said she could come by on Sunday. On Sunday she didn't have her program with her and arrived and said we had to power pole the drain. She stated the next day, she would call me. Since she called I called the next afternoon. She apologized for not calling and then said that I should call someone else because they would not be able to take action for at least a week. Obviously I am annoyed at this. How unprofessional. She should have called me first thing in the afternoon if they had been not able to get it done. I wonder how long she would have waited. I'm assuming my job wasn't pricey enough to allow her to take care of. I discovered someone else that had been out in two hours performing the work. She said they'd power rod the drain in which the water came up which is incorrect. The individual who did the work found an entry point to go through.
In response to Patrick's remark, Angelica actually told me she wouldn't be able to schedule for at least a week and that I should call somebody else. Whether she had some recommendations I inquired and she told me to test Yelp.

After we discovered pinhole sized leaks in walls of the cellar floor and the base, as well as new sump my partner and I'd Xpert put in a drain tile system. The drain system was the best way to go, to guarantee that the cellar was protected. Xpert did a great job, getting the work done right on schedule, and working together with our schedule. Their additionally helping us get the best bargain on re-drywalling the cellar today that the flood control job is finished. When they manage maintenance for all of us in the future we look forward to their continuing work!

My home flooded two years in a row and after some research I discovered Xpert. I have had services for the past 5 decades and I'm beyond satisfied. Every year they come out and check my machine and I have not had a drop of water because they installed my unit that is underground. Thank you Xpert.

Patrick's team started on Monday and finished on Friday afternoon. They cleaned up and coordinated the work place each day. Foreman and the employees were polite and clean.
12/15/15 This is actually my second time using Xpert Flood Control. They had initially repaired a deteriorating base from the exterior. My family needed to utilize the basement so we needed a basement. When I started to find water Patrick recommended I do a drain tile system on the interior of my basement base, it would eliminate any odds of water getting into the spaces.
They ended, the Friday, it had been raining and rained all weekend, sometimes down pouring. The problem areas that I had noted in the past All were dry as was the rest of the basement foundation.
Fantastic support!

We will continue doing business and have never been so satisfied.
My business manages over 30 condo associations not to mention living in the City of Chicago, you can't avoid flooding units. Well, you can but you have to be one human that is lucky or have a top of the line method to prevent flooding. Xpert Flood is our number. This company is a +++ and they deliver every time! I deal with hundreds of builders weekly and I look forward speaking with Xpert!
If you need 100% satisfaction call Xpert Flood Control.

Some flood management recommendations were had by us for our basement. After meeting with several flood management companies we decided to proceed with Xpert becuase they had pricing and Patrick really seemed to be a power with interior drain tile systems. Our choice was verified, after hiring Xpert and we could not have been happier with the level of professionalism and service.
The Xpert team went over and beyond their quotation to ensure that we were fulfilled and the end product was of utmost quality. They are true professionals and are more worried with a client about squeezing every last cent out from a sale than. I would definitely suggest Patrick and Xpert to anyone I know searching for waterproofing or flood management work.

I didn't have a water problem wanted a new basement floor. Xpert is the right name for what his crew and Patrick can do. They managed every aspect of the job professionally. They finished on time, cleaning everything up afterwards and even doing several extras.

We buy our home in May 2012 that was built in 1952....In April 2013 we bombarded along with all our NIles neighbors. . .18" total in the cellar. In life did I imagine this could happen! My inlaws told us about a system that could be set up to prevent this from happening in the futurethey did the legwork....about a dozen companies came out to their house with estimates and proposals and they gave their business into Xpert Flood, and Angelica was there go to individual....We saw the install and about a month following their install we had another flood rain which once again flooded our basement. . .BUT their cellar was dry now....Perfectly DRY!! The first storm they had 12", now none...
I really could NOT BE ANY HAPPIER than I'm with Xpert Flood Control. . .They were courteous to scheduling and our needs. . .They were dependable as they should, and they ran the business end. . .without issue. .
That collapse. . The following spring. . .DRY....some of our neighbors with systems out are still becoming water...
Very Happy!! Definetly would use them AGAIN!!!
July 2013 we were set up. The summer's weekend it appeared. . The gear was sent the day prior to, the precautions they chose to defend the grass areas and existing landscapes and concrete were spot on....They were out in two days! A number of neighbors that used other companies had the wreck for a week or longer. Our yard was pristine following wards....unlike some of our neighbors who had mounds of dirt with landscapers needed after the fact to wash out the mess that was left ....The day following Xpert left....you wouldn't know they were installing this massive system under our front yard!!! It seemed great....the merely addition a manhole cover, for we chose that instead of the concealed lawn topper...
I'm very confident providing a 5 star ratting based on our expertise with Angelica and Xpert and with My laws and many neighbors who also used them...
We known as Angelica and set up an apt and she left her proposal which we thought was comprehensive and we were given a written proposal for its cost including all, NO hidden fee's...
We'd have a few more proposals, simply because, and we cam back to Angelica and Flood Pros....We determined on Xpert for a few reasons...1 - My inlaws and their due dillegence about the foundation of several companies and products provided, 2- the product, we were quite impressed with their flood system over some of the additional ones who are used and 3 they offer a guarantee on their merchandise....Angelica was fantastic. . .she has been quite courteous with each call we had to her asking and answered every question more questions concerning in advice and stall.

Project complete, on time and on budget. When does this happen?!?! Yard looks BETTER than when they began - . During this last rain, no worries about water. I would hire his team and Patrick in a minute!

When the work began, they of course discovered issues under the present cement (from previous work prior to us owning the home ). Clarify what his team will be doing to fix it, step by step and patrick came to personally show the issues to me. The Xpert team came up with a strategy to fix the harm that was done previously, and to work in a drainage road to cover all situations. They spent lots of attention and time, and never billed us more than the original quotation and contract sum. Patrick followed afterwards with recommendations for analyzing the system (it worked great), and appeared like he'd be available for any future questions or concerns. His team was also very friendly and hardworking.
When it rained heavily we had a problem with water collecting out of our basement door and flooding the floor. Staff responded to my request for an estimate. Patrick (owner) came out to my house within a very reasonable time period, diagnosed the problem fast, and discussed my options at depth. He clarified the advantages and differences of each and gave quotations. The solution we picked for included demolishing current cement, repairing damage from a preceding"renovation" (from previous owners), re-routing pipes, and re-pouring concrete from our house and towards the troff drain.

After a significant job & I can't begin to tell you how pleased I am with the entire company the Xpert Flood Control Technicians left my home. Xpert Flood Control has been servicing my flood management system for as long as I have owned my house (for 12 yrs. - the machine was already installed). The tech did were agreeable as was Patrick the proprietor & very professional & a good job. They were telling me I had sand in my line. I, needless to say, place it off thinking it was going to be a significant hassle as well as a significant expense. Last week, the difficulty brought water to creep upward in my cellar rinse tubs. Patrick went out of the way to match me in the techs their schedule & got the work. They did a fantastic job. They cleaned up the cellar . Additionally, Patrick gave me a price. Everybody was very professional yet personable. They also didn't make the job bigger & more expensive than it needed to be. I expected a fix @ a much bigger price. They were fantastic.

Horrible news was received by me once I discovered that I'd 3 sewer drain pipes that were the cause of multiple basement copies. The fantastic news is that I found Xpert Flood Control! They came out over a week and looked at the sewer drain. The owner came himself and did a consult me for free. He explained he would have the entire thing awakened, substituted, and covered again in 6 hours and gave me an superb price. So I called two different businesses, I did not believe him. Their quotes were 30-50% greater and they could not get me in for weeks. Xpert were their in days and kept their word. I left for work before they arrived and when I got back home at the day's end, they were just replanting the sod. A week later and it looked like new. I have had no copy in the basement since and all of the dampness from foundation seepage has been gone.
Highly recommended and will use them again!

We choose Xpert for our flooding control. My husband and I had been satisfied with this company. The company took care of all together with our village.
Great Quality Work, Competitive prices!
We're so happy with the way everyone was.
His crew and pat were phenomenal to work with.

I can't say enough great things about Xpert! Quick response to our inquiry, timeline communications that are honest, and support. The staff went beyond and above. The proprietor, Patrick, came back to your home a few times just to test the work, which wasn't even necessary because the team had been AMAZING. I can not say enough great things about Xpert.

Patrick - strong guy. Straight to the point, no frills. With business and my program - don't have enough time for all the forth and back. His group - strong also. Very review here - that any contracting work ought to be. I asked for sub pump install drain tile system, and basement flood protection. I received an extremely competitive quote and has been told when theyfinish and'd start. Guys had smiles on their faces, cleaned everyday, and even came back later to do a touch in our basement which wasn't for free - within the contact up occupation.

We have had a couple rains to test and the crack nothing. A testament to what great will accomplish unlike the work and mindset given by Xpert. My advice is to give your company to someone who will actually do a good job and backs up their work the first time.
The guarantee only works if you can get the people to return.
Among the cracks started leaking. I could see water flow in throughout the repair and cut a hole in the wall to inspect. I even took video in my phone to reveal, just in case. I called them to let them know and they referred me to the person who fixed the crack. Not sure if I should mention names, but if it comes to it I can and will. Short of it is, he answered his phone the first time and advised me to make sure it was his occupation that leaked. As soon as I verified it called back was, guess what? No response, no response. I captured him and eventually called a couple times over the upcoming several days. He basically said it was not possible that it was his work that caused the issue and off me.
Had some base cracks and water so I phoned out a couple of companies for estimates. True to form, drain tiles were pushed on by all of them. Ever since, at one point, we'd back-up, we looked in decode fixes and flood control. Xpert came in with the lowest price on crack repair and we went this route since the repair seemed similar. Had 4 cracks repaired. All cracks were given a"lifetime" guarantee.
A"guarantee" from Xpert signifies nothing given their lack of skill or willingness to back it up. Stay away!
We called out another company as we wanted the problem resolved. We used that other firm for flood control and enjoy them, although the quotation we got was high. And of course we did not feel comfortable with the Xpert contractor back in our home again. Vibe and his attitude were such that we did not wish to address them again. Another builder scrutinized the previous work, came out, also stated that it was injected that the injection was insufficient. He chipped out the shot and redid the occupation. I've before, during, and after photos to back up the shoddy work done before and the next opinion.
