Now that I am done ranting and empathizing with Moon Valley.... Kenny arrived at my house today to substitute a wax ring. . He knocked it out of the park, * and * instead of just fixing the * impact * the cause was mended by him as well. . He had to double stack. . My distribution line was replaced by them, did a fresh caulk job, mended a pop up stopper, *and* they checked my water pressure for me, which was large! I was extremely please with Kenny and Moon Valley, and I am sure I will use them again. They came out at less than 24 hours. I am pleased with every aspect of the job, thanks Moon Valley Plumbing and Kenny Leather!!
To start with, shout out to"John R." that abandoned Moon Valley Plumbing a 1 star review, and complained about a 39.00 quote fee rather than receiving a bid on the telephone. . You're a moron. . If small repair business owners do not charge quote fees to offset the expenses they could go out of business, quick. . You want a guarantee from a company which can not charge enough to stay in business and they're gone in a year when you want them?! No great highly reputable professional provides a telephone bid. . For ten explanations that are distinct. . Mainly the specialist has no idea what they're bidding on and each situation differs, plus competitors call all the time pretending to be clients in order that they could obtain your pricing. . I am sorry Moon Valley for that knuckle-headed dumb idiot when you never worked , marring your standing. . Yelp fix that issue and will come to their senses 1 day.

Had a plumbing emergency (water pressure dropped / faucets stopped working one by one). Called up them to determine whether they could send a person to check. After becoming greeted on the phone and being asked concerning my issue I began to describe what went on.
After a few attempts to get the attention of a person on the opposite end of the line I wrapped up. Evidently, plumbing crises are not taken by them quite seriously at Moon Valley Plumbing.
However, it soon became the phone had been put down and the person who answered about purchasing a house, it was chatting with somebody either in their workplace or on a different phone.

Alex was fast and fantastic. We had a critical blockage from shrub roots. I had several plumbers com in and delivered a camera through the line. Turns out that the pipe is below the ground 3 feet out of round in one section. We got estimates and determined by Moon Valley Plumbing. They removed it is replaced by the pipe with fresh pipe around 4 hours and dug a pit. Amazing! And the surface resembles nothing occurred.

I would recommend this company.
All around a fantastic experience. Travis"Jr" was so fantastic. He went over and beyond to make sure that our problems were resolved and did so in a professional way. They were also able to schedule support same day.

After Alex and Cole came out to being work, they were on-time and had called using a 30 minute time, as I had requested. Their job was professional and through. Obviously, I'm happy I was able to find these men and intend to recommend/use them going ahead.
I had a contractor and in-turn they hired Moon Valley to finish the job fractured an irrigation pipe. Being a person, I was worried I originally but that was put to rest when the office reached out to make contact. Staff and pam have been fantastic and have been in a position to answer any queries I had.

At the time I asked them to replace a shower valve that could cause a leak later on. The guy said he would put in a"good" valve and I'd surely have no problems later on. He billed $550 and installed a cheap, simple valve.
If you require a plumber, I suggest you look somewhere else.
A week after I found while trying to find the escape that had caused the 29, the plumber had turned off the water valve for my irrigation. He forgot to tell me it switched off and forgot to turn it back on. By then half of my grass was dead.
Update 2 months following their visit I had a major flooding in the bedroom on the rear of the wall of the bathroom where they had worked. My view is that the seal was dislodged by the plumber in the toilet drain when the seal was replaced by him . Because they use the identical plastic pipe to empty both holes, they're connected. The harm was approximately $6,000.
Mark and junior arrived professionally and early on the appointed day , they worked quickly to diagnose and resolve the problem. I had been very pleased and recommend this company.

I had the joy of working with Kenny after my main line and sewer line struck away. Kenny was personable, polite and empathetic to a situation such as a broken sewer main line. He kept me informed and updated on the improvement. They had to dig through my front yard landscape to get into the traces; they place the landscape back together (even better than what it was before). The proprietor cane to test on the job's character, so that has been really striking. We are pleased and extremely impressed with the outcomes. I suggest this company for your plumbing needs.

2nd time we have used Moon Valley for Pipes difficulties, the very first was washer line valve replacements and was for water heater problems. Both and two plumbers were great. Communication, work done and clean up were excellent.

When Anthony V arrived at our home to give us an estimate to install an immediate gas water heater and a water heater system, we started using Moon Valley in 2015.
Anthony V came on time and answered all our questions regarding exactly what all this work would demand. His bid was fair and Anthony was much more knowledgeable. Plus, he did a fabulous job explaining the work to us.
For our pipes requires every since he was hired by us have used him! He gets the job done while maintaining the site as clean as possible and is extremely proficient. I recommend Anthony V and Moon Valley Plumbing. Pam at the office follows up on the service and is excellent to work with to make certain they have happy clients. And we Are Extremely HAPPY with Anthony V and Moon Valley Plumbing!

Alex was friendly, professional, and made sure to let me understand what he was doing each step of the way. And every time a escape that is secondary popped up after the fix, the group was there to help out me.

At 9:06 Alex was at my home by 9:30 and called to confirm our appointment. He arrived and I showed him that the pipe. He was truthful about what had to be done and cried and I thought I was given a price by him. In addition, he set me up with a recovery business that has been helping me through the claims procedure with my insurance company.
It began in the wall between my master bedroom and master bathroom with a noise. By the time I acknowledged there was a pipes problem, about 12 hours had elapsed. After localizing the sound, my roommate and I pulled the drywall to find one of the copper pipes within the wall had sprung a leak. Everything was soaked, which was at 10pm on a Sunday night. I was assisted by the staff and there was a plumber on site in an hour. Mo worked and returned until the problems were resolved without stopping after heading out for equipment. He was lively even with a surprise water gush and the job areas left clean. I never hesitate to call Moon Valley Plumbing and today confirms why. My customers are or from condition, so, rely upon my judgment. I am unsatisfied.

I am so impressed with this company! Face it slab escapes suck and they are costly. After he came out for the quote, he informed me up front he could have before he would give me a quote open up my wall to see that the manifold. I chose to reroute piping through the attic, and he needed to be sure that was a sensible and possible alternative. He gave me the pros and cons of different options. His bid came in lower than the two I got from reputable businesses. He arrived on time. Did a fantastic job, was careful with my things and put my drywall back the best that he could. The actual deal! Dan Hubbard answered all our questions, solved all our problems (plumbing-wise), and charged a reasonable amount. In addition, he arrived early. We were scared to call a plumber for our"minor" repairs, but felt burnout when we couldn't fix two shower leaks . So in conclusion, for us at least, Moon Valley Plumbing and Dan was worth the call.

After a horrible time trying to find a leak, Moon Valley Plumbing sent an unbelievable technician (Anthony) out to replace a major drain in my townhouse. Not only did he keep me informed on the damage, replace the bit in a timely fashion, clean up after himself, but he was kind. This is a company that is fantastic and I strongly recommend using them. They are honest and quite well priced. They will certainly be my"go-to" plumbing company from this point forward.

Our monthly water bill was sky rocket a month. It turned out following the town's tech affirmed that their reading was right and that there was nothing wrong with our own water meter that we had a big leak. Precision Locating were predicted by us since we could not see any visible indication of escapes out of our property. Doug Bacon came out using his leak detection gadgets to pin point the approximate leak area. He highly advocated Moon Valley Plumbing and Rooter to perform our fix. We called the morning after, and they came out.
FYI. . .we did call businesses for repair and leak detection. Let's just say there are businesses out there which are slow in reacting and they charge an arm and a leg in the event that you reside in a place that is nice. I can't list the names of those unethical businesses since Yelp will take down my posting if those companies were to whine. . .hahaha. Do your homework but I do highly recommend Moon Valley Plumbing and Rooter (Cole. . What was amazing is that Cole and Doug (2 individuals from two different businesses ) collaborated closely to troubleshoot and repair the significant leak. Great kudos and teamwork to Doug and Cole. Both companies do hire people with good work ethics and pricing is quite reasonable and not cut throat which we came across.
He could not locate the leak although he'd dig a several feet and began digging. He achieved in Precision Locating to Doug and did not give up and had been determined. Doug came back to our home and both Cole and Doug worked closely to identify the location of the leak. Cole went out of his way to find and fix our leak and Cole honored the price that we were initially lent by him although the task took longer than anticipated due to its complexity. Additionally, his work place was cleaned up by him when he was done. Thank you Cole for being so professional and patience. . .your devotion and conclusion fixed our pain at the rear problem:--RRB-.

They were knowledgeable, skilled, and ascertained. I strongly recommend this company trust I don't have yet another reason to call them!
Good business! Hired these men after my house guarantee sent out a plumber that advised me I needed to have my own plumbing hydrojetted (literally doing nothing for me personally ). Scheduled an appointment especially to possess this hydrojetting and expected to need to dish out for said service. The men came out, also indicated we have them attempt to snake the pipe (although we told them we tried that). They seemed to want to save us $ $ if they could, and were incredibly honest. With in 10 minutes that they had a hairball and we heard the amazing trickle of water going down our plumbing.

ETA: I DID wind up needing a plumber again (womp womp). Called Moon Valley naturally and let me say, Dan's the man. Can't think of a way that the experience could've been better. Maybe if he brought me a Starbucks drink? Every time Satisfied, with cost and every aspect of support delivered.

So I'm not really but another day, I decided to make a roast. I thought it was disgusting and place it and took one bite of it. This was about four days past. The garbage disposal jumped instantly and naturally I did what anybody would do and got on YouTube to determine if I could fix it myself. I have done a few of those YouTube fixes. Not only was the garbage disposal plugged up... It had been leaking out of the floor. I called a local plumber and without even coming out and considering my issue I was told by him it would be about 400 dollars to fix. So I thought I would try their Amazon support and moved to Plan B got on Amazon and ordered that a brand new disposal. After the Amazon service rescheduling on me I gave up and called the following local plumber now. Moon Valley plumbing not only gave me a same-day service but sent out a qualified person who had been proficient and kind. So within three or four hours by making the telephone to Moon Valley plumbing they have been out here to install the new disposal and repaired everything and cleaned up everything and I'm on my way to cooking a few fantastic vegetarian dishes after four or five weeks of not having the ability to use that side of the sink. Next time they are my first stop before Amazon or YpuTube!

I've been searching for a plumbing company for many years and now I discovered one!!
I called on a Tuesday morning because without telling me phoenix's town decided to change my own water meter and then proceeded to botch the job I had been left with a hose because of air and dirt in the pipes and two toilets overflowing.
Dan from Moon Valley was there by mid afternoon and did a wonderful job with the repairs. Friendly Quick and the price was right!
