My husband and I were known to AZ Water Systems by our realtor and we were extremely satisfied with the company. We were put in touch with the proprietor Larry and he had been helpful right from the beginning.
Being first time home owners we didn't understand what to expect facing our big plumbing issue. Thanks to Larry and his group we had peace of mind from the get go. The work was done and everything worked in no time.
Our plumbing problem we could not get a diagnosis until the following Monday and happened over the weekend. Larry went the excess mile to communicate over text with me to make certain that the problem did not worsen. He immediately got us on his schedule and came outside to diagnose the issue. He was very insightful and thorough.
Larry even recommended a landscaper that was great to take care of the area in our yard affected by the work! I highly suggest AZ Water Systems because they are a group of people.

Larry was a consumate professional. He showed up on time, did everything he maintained, was tidy and utterly professional.

I noticed that the water didn't seem like it had been softened, so that I called Larry, he stated he had an opening in the day, and might drop by and check out things. He'd appear as intended and checked out the system, made a few corrections, and advised us to check what we believed at a day or so, we did and still water didn't appear softened, Larry actually called us back to check on what we felt, told him seemed still not softened. He found a faulty hose deep, had been back out the exact same day and replaced the compete tank no questions asked.
We picked a date, and Larry showed up on time. The installation went it was clean and extremely detailed function, and everything worked as intended.

This guy was We ended up not having a water purifier. My husband changed his mind at the last minute due to our HOA. But I did go through the procedure for communication with AZ water systems, sending images back-and-forth, him coming by the house, talking to other people that had utilized his support, and he supplied to me a few options that were offered to us with our current water situation. The prices were reasonable, and his information was soooo insightful. It came down to the poor construction of our house, and it costing far FAR more to put in a loop and run errands then for the system itself. He was much more economical when it came to the quote for installing the ducts and running it to the other than some of the companies that supplied quotes to us.
If we ever end up changing our thoughts, AZ Water will be with. We would like a water heater and softener much, but the cost for the labour and piping material to run it the way our HOA would approve of and at which it would have to go was so much greater than I could've even fathomed. It not AZ waters fault. He tried to look at it from different ways but it came to some crappy Builder and HOA guidelines for changing the yard. Argh.

He explained to us he do this and what he was doing. We loved this because it helped us understand not only how water softeners work but also the way the pipes at the house work. Larry is kind, friendly, trustworthy, and professional. We've got his amount stored and you should too!

He managed to schedule us quickly had been friendly whilst making the appointment, and did some work that is tricky for us seeing piping to get our water heater. He was also flexible with our requirements and schedules.
