I see reviews Created by customer because they do not want to know the price or they have a handy Man give them a cost. Rooter Hero is appreciated by me. I love what they stand for and the ethics they bring. If you do not wish to know the facts about your plumbing call some one else. This corporation will tell you everything that you want to know and give choices to you.

For replacing a water pump in the 16, Additionally, I asked and was told they need to look at it initially and would not provide any kind of estimate! Have had set fees for things such as replacing evap cooler water pump so that their techs understand when they are on the job, what to charge the customer. Saying they need to look first before supplying any estimate seems very dodgy to me...
When I called back to see whether we might have they inform me they have the one tech who works on air conditioner or evap coolers!
We had a reduction of air and neded fix. cooler. Tech showed up within 2 hours of my phone on a hot summer day, but after 5 minutes due to feeling 27, he needed to leave.

Very unorganized. A service technician was sent by them for a estimate to my home. First and last time.

1 technician clean the lines, but said his supervisor would come and perform the video and showed up. We waited about an hour and he never revealed. We ended up needing to reschedule. He shot videos and and came they but didn't show anything due to the warmth of the sun. So I could find any of the difficulties, He'd listed the movies with his iPhone.
I called another company and they quoted me over the telephone and said they didn't charge extra to go on the roof. I would definitely recommenced before going with Rooter Hero calling around.
The technicians were fine, but it began wrong from the start. To begin with, all I wanted were my pipes scoped on house. They said they needed to see it initially and refused to give me a quote over the telephone. When they got there, they said it'd cost more because they needed to move in through the roof, then forced me into signing up for their subscription service version (that I did and regret).
End of the afternoon, could not receive a quote over the telephone, showed up late, quoted me for an estimated $15 - 20 K job, but could not show me the proof because I could not find the movies and I had to ask numerous times just to have the useless videos.

Ron out of rooter hero was great informative and attentive that the company as a whole was impressive I called the very next day and them looked after our wants I highly suggest them.

Issac was the tech that came out to help us. Turned out to be a significant job so some other guys and also Ralph had to help complete the project. They were punctual and did a great job. Customer service and walked us through each step of what needed to be accomplished. Highly recommend

My rental property in Phoenix had water and a slab leak flooded into the room and the bathroom. As my renters freaked out, these men came out. It took 2 days and was a large Job but the issue was fixed by them and and it didn't charge me an arm and a leg. An arm lol. Fantastic job guys.

Septic backed up Saturday day - eeesh.
So joyful and highly recommend.
Called them and they dispatched Jason. He was friendly and professional and got the job! Back in business. Pleased to not get oversold and get emergency service free of surcharge.

Chris Ball did a fantastic job on our two toilets! Came out same day on a vacation and no extra charge. Fair rates for their services completed. Finest part is they did a scope so we could see. Actually didn't try to upsell us said we didn't need new equipment since the plumber claimed. Will use again!

I had a terrific experience with Rocky who did a camera snake on my own property and came out. An affordable fix was provided by him to a complex issue and I was happy with the workmanship and customer services. I will certainly keep them on hand for any and all plumbing work I need in the future!

Had somebody come out to give me a quote to get a plumbing issue we had. They quoted me $1000. The guy was about starting 7, pushy. He did end up calling a water damage business to come a peek at the harm and they ended up charging tens of thousands to dry a little location. I would not recommend this business because I felt overcharged and pressured.

Bad support. Work by Danny and follow up with his manager Louis resulted in still another escape from the valve which was set up due to poor workmanship. Had someone named Cody show up at my home informing that they demanded that I come to allow them in and came. Worst service I've ever received from anyone in the service industry and resulted in thousands of dollars of damage. Please do NOT do work with these people.

They just wanted to bill the hell and were adamant that THEY were. They had a sub-contractor (AZ Packout) come and haul my bed away and they place it in storage. Why not in another room in my home?! The entire experience was very sketchy, so I canceled it the same afternoon 11/9/17. But the sub contractor did not want to return my bed. He wanted me to wait till Monday when he found out that I wasn't going through with all the restoration. After many telephone calls and lots of arguing with AZ Packout, who tried to charge $400 to reunite my bed, Rooter Hero said my bed was returned 11/11/17, on Saturday and they would consume the bill for this.
This company is nothing but a insurance fraud. They came to my home for clogged bathroom drains, ran a camera and determined that I had to have my own bed eliminated, the bedroom needed to be jack hammered to get to the clog and they wanted to completely restore my cabinets along with three toes of my wall. Tile incidentally, my flooring, never had water on it and the walls certainly never touched. The water did not back up enough to come out of my two inch shower flooring.

Funny thing is, I had another company come out and I didn't have a clog where they said I really do. Total insurance scam. It was suspended After I did.

This company has wasted 4 hours of my time and 240 miles worth of gas. . Entirely failed to provide.
The technician called me a couple of hours he asked to reschedule for Sunday afternoon and was stuck on a different job. I said alright, but please stay in touch and confirm ahead. He said he would. I never heard from him Sunday afternoon, and nobody showed up.

Edit: I am leaving most of text of the review, but have upgraded it with added information. . The manager did reach out to me later and we had a good discussion. The guy that was scheduled for my repairs walked off the job and wasn't reachable by anyone. As a business owner myself, I could empathize with the situation. I really don't blame this on the business the manager did confess that if they had internal communication between groups, they might have rescheduled somebody else once they were aware of the problem. In the long run, I had another company finish the repairs so I cannot say good or bad about their quality of work.
The guy did not respond to my texts nor did he return or answer my calls. . Therefore I called the company to find out what went on. The lady told me I was scheduled for Monday at 3pm. . This wasn't correct, and she found I was scheduled for Sunday and did not know it was changed when she looked right into it. I was not notified of the change and I would not have been present. But I was told they did not have anybody else that they might send out and the tech had already checked out to the afternoon, and there was nothing they could do. She stated she'd attempt to reach the guy and I can work it out. However, I have received no communication whatsoever, and it's disappointing that the individual I spoke to did not seem to have the ability.

Louie came out to my home after 5 p.m, my entire home was backing up, I was freaking out, however, Louie came in and noticed my stress right away. He came in talked me and I want to know that this was common. He had my drains running in less than an hour. He showed me I had origins in the line, he had been really nice and educated, he explained to me how customers on income tackle an issue in this way, and it occur to do the job. I appreciate your honesty and your work, this company has gained my confidence because of guys like him.

Finally found a plumber who may get my drained. He understood exactly what the problem was fixed it. He was a Quick and Efficient Plumber.

I bought a house in Sun City, my pipes had a backup. I called the line to be snaked by Rooter Hero. If a camera can be sent by the down the line at which they performed at no 18, I asked. Although the results came back with the older cast iron piping being completely taken. On the screen you can see the cast iron had rotted the whole length of the pipe out . It was only terrible news and very pricy, so I got several bids for a full pipe replacement process referred to as"Pipe Bursting", where they bore throughout the excisting piping with a new ABS pipe, pulling it via hydraulically. Rooter Hero gave me the very best bid out of several of the valleys compeditors. Being that over 25 years back I had one being pipes, 5 contractors licenses, I will tell you they did an superb job in a way that is professional. I would recommend Rooter Hero they were a hard working crew, Rocky the Supervisor was knowledgeable, together with Adam, Chris and a few of others were excellent plumbers. My garbage disposal stopped working and they came to test it out speedily. Another firm would come out to see the matter but Daniel came out and gave great recommendations. Daniel was speedy and did a fantastic job. I would recommend this company.
