At this point, I already felt like I had spent a arm and a leg onto the procedure up to now. When he gave me the quote for the last measure, which was to dig out the section and then replace it, I was in tears. This quote included a discount associated with the work in the camera.
It took approximately 10 hours of extreme digging to get the region and literally was a TON of work. Figuring out the area ourselves saved us half of their quote. This was hard labor that could be worth 100 percent of those hundreds of dollars they went to charge us had we been prepared or able to perform the job ourselves.
To maintain the safe side, I asked a few friends acquainted with plumbing work if this quote was unreasonable. They both said it was a really good price for the amount of work it would take to get into the region. One of them suggested I ask if we dug the area whether they'd offer a discount. I contacted the company and stated they'd be eager to offer a discount if we dug the hole ourselves.
My bathrooms flushed although I did have to wait for a few days to get someone to come out but.
The technician, kevin, ended up coming a total of 3 times. The first time was to unclog my main sewer line. He pulled a bunch. I managed to use the yelp/Groupon deal which helped facilitate the price of that experience. He tell me he would need to come out again to camera the line to see that have a section and the primary sewer line would finally need to be awakened exactly where the origins causing my issue were.
He came a second time to conduct the camera and discovered that the spot that caused of my problems. He emailed me that a movie of what they discovered. I didn't look at it before he arrived out a third time but discovered it was not my pipe's movie. I mentioned it and he said he would follow up and have someone send me the video. Not a huge deal to me, but would love to have it.
As a first time homeowner, my first plumbing problem in my home was scary and stressful. I chose to yelp to look for recommendations on which of those numerous plumbing companies would be affordable and dependable.

Came home from work to find water all. It was 115 degrees and the following day I had to venture out if city. I predicted Lawson Family Plumbing and Mi hael came within half an hour. Since our cracked Home Depot water heater was just about 6 years old we decide to choose a water heater. This took a lot of changes. We also wanted to add a circulation system. Without whining michael worked in that heat until 10:30 pm. In reality, he stayed cheerful the time. We attempted to keep him hydrated since we were concerned about his safety. Michael has 35 decades of experience and it shows in his job! He are very delighted with the outcome. Thank you Michael and Family Lawson Plumbing for caring for us!

Excellent! I had my water heater depart a pond in my garage. I'm thrilled that they did! They communicated throughout the process. When I had a question that they answered question too dumb! We decided to update to a water heater the next day and it was set up. James and his co worker were fantastic!! Punctual and therefore friendlyrecommend using Lawson Family Plumbing!

Most importantly, Joe provided advice that I wouldn't of thought (home guarantee, Joe, home warranty, do you recall?!!)
They said, we can send someone out! As he is versed with sewage ejectors, not only did they send someone out the next morning their supervisor came out.
In using YELP reviews to aid to phone on home services got ta tell you, I have found success. I have a cellar (yes in AZ) and my sewage ejection pump alarm went away...I closed down all bathroom use in basement and called Lawson.

Joe was individual and concentrated . In the long run, Joe simply said, it's running fine. Alarm may had gone due to the float getting stuck...

We're currently remodeling our guest bathroom.
I'll use them. They are on time, do the job as anticipated, although they might not be the cheapest and leave the job. These are important qualities to me.
I had a prompt quote by a knowledgeable individual. The quote included rough-in for new faucets, bathtub install, moving demo and a bathroom. I made the decision to handle the demo myself (sigh. . .triumph of hope over experience, but I do it ).
There was not any problem with eliminating it from the quote. The office staff was great in preparing the job schedule. The team came did the job as planned and left our home tidy and neat. . .in-spite of needing to jack-hammer the floor . The plumbing work seems terrific.

There wasn't cost to provide a quote to me.
I learned that my home warranty used another plumbing company so I didn't utilize Lawson Family Plumbing. But if I needed to, I would go with these guys.
My general interaction with this company was good. My hot water heater leaked and I phoned Lawson Family Plumbing outside to evaluate the matter. Tony was sent by them out that stated that I had a fresh hot water heater and assessed my issue. I received a price.
It is not a huge deal that he didn't inform me that he flipped that metal item, so that's why a 4 star instead of 5 star but not having any water to my baths wasn't good.
We ended up in a quick amount of time getting a great deal of water into the side of our house so I called Lawson Plumbing and turned the water off into the water heater , actually called and texted Tony. The office called me program for Tony to return.
In addition, he turned off the water but I didn't know doing so would not allow me to receive any water whatsoever. I could not have that. So I turned back into the water heater to the water and the metal switch being flipped by him in the top caused the water to come out of the house's side.
I think that it was Tony walked on the phone to flip that metal thing back up, return to the water so I could have water. He never came back out. He told me that the water could drain out to my side yard, however it my hot water heater could be leaking.
In addition, he showed me that there was water damage beneath my hot water heater and that had to be cared for. I think the tank emptied , shut off the water heater, and I believed him do all, but there was something I didn't see him do, which was flip a metal item at the summit of my hot water heater.

Our water heater that we've purchased from a different company and was 3 month old wasn't working, the first company APS gave us the run around and desired us to call the warranty company to come outside to have it repaired, until a friend of ours recommended Lawson Family plumpbing, what a surprise, from the moment they answered the phone into scheduling the appointment, for the morning after, the technician Kevin was so friendly and kind and patient, diagnosed the problem and had it solved at no time, saving us hassle and cost.
We went through many businesses that were mediocre to lousy plumbing, and have been for the last 4 years in AZ.
I can tell you that they have a customer for life from us, we suggest Lawson Plumbing to everyone, don't waste your own time and money by heading to any any other company.

I phoned Lawson Plumbing (Mesa office) this morning about 2 issues I had been having, and they sent out someone this afternoon. It doesn't get any better than that!!

I started what I thought was a water hose valve replacement, I started having issues. I phoned several 24 hr pipes and would not come out and told me not having running water is not an emergency. Matt replied when I phoned and had been at my house in 20 minutes. He gave me a few pointers after performing a fix in this way in the future. Thank you Matt

Tony is the guy! Came to see our (pretty gnarly) pipes situation, got us a very acceptable quote, and was back a couple days later to do the work. It was a task and Tony did a fantastic job of walking me through what he was doing and keeping me informed, and he was knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely use them again if we need pipes help and I would recommend them

Waking up to a pool in side walk and your lawn is never a fantastic feeling. Empathic to my situation and called on a Sunday to get the lady who answered waa polite and some information I was amazed they had appointments on the exact same day. The fix men came explained what they were going to perform and gave a rough estimate which according to online was less than we found. They went said they would come to fill out the hole and got the part. They have been kept their word and professional and stuffed the hole they swept the side walk they're my plumbers

Prompt response, scheduled to arrive at 8:00 the next morning and techs arrived punctually. We were having problems with our water heater, only to find out there was a fire inside the security valves. The techs showed us that the harm and lent us to eliminate the unit and replace using a higher efficiency model. Within hours of coming that the older unit was removed and hauled away and the new unit was installed together with a new line to replace the previous flex line that didn't meet code requirements. Fantastic customer support.

Michael showed up time that was specialist and ready. It felt like I was inviting over an old family friend to help me. He quickly solved my problem, ensured me that if I had anymore problems I might give them a call (so they could investigate), checked my water pressure and was gone. It was a great experience! I know that it sounds but I will ask their services if needed. You made the Lawson business glow!!!

I had a flow from an upstairs shower which seeped down to the first floor ceiling and possibly down the first floor wall. I predicted Lawson Family Plumbing predicated on what seemed like Yelp testimonials that were legit.
I was grateful he did try to make money and request permission to start removing tiles, etc. not only was he honest, but he and Lawson Family Plumbing did not charge a commission!!!! An outlandish service fee is charged by EVERYBODY even if they don't do anything!
They answered the phone right away. No message ,"We'll call you back when we have time." Then they scheduled someone !
Daryl came and what a wonderful man. Down to business but only very genuine and no b.s. Luckily he had been there before the restoration company the insurer sent out abandoned. Daryl took about 5 minutes to inspect the shower, took a hard look. He then acquiesced to my petition he strolled together with the restoration men and he said,"I do not believe this really is a plumbing problem. I believe that the water is getting through the cracks of the tile joints." This was the opinion of another business.

I wound up changing my faucet, sink and garbage disposal. I got everything installed but wanted a plumber to come out and change my old fashioned distribution lines out to quarter turn ball valves. The waste line needed to be redone also since I went from a two drain to one drain spout having an off center drain.
The repairman was favorable, came on time, and was done. Everything worked great right off and also the price was less than I braced myself for which is almost always a good thing. I would recommend this organization.
Update 9-2018 I needed my washer water lines fixed up. When the house was constructed back in'96 the shut off valves which were installed were a joke. Sean came out and needed to cut to the wall to acquire access to the pipes. He did the job and he did a excellent job patching up the pit. I was worried what it would look like, but it's absolutely alright. He installed valves which you may turn with your hand. The old valves needed a metal"flag" with 2 legs linking them to the valve. Shut and I had to use pliers to open the valves and they were not perfectly shut off. Will definitely call them work. They are fantastic!

We've had such wonderful experiences with Lawson Family Plumbing within the past several years. Our experience was to a home warranty occupation. Then we hired them to put in a garbage disposal, a tankless water heater, replumb a sink, put in water pressure regulator and a new faucet. David and his assistant were helpful, knowledgeable and more efficient. We are glad to have a neighborhood business we can count on for our plumbing needs, appreciate their pricing that is fair and hope their expertise. Thank you guys!

MY ONLY CONCERN is Lawson Family Plumbing will grow big and they'll lose that touch of customer services. I will need to obtain another plumbing company if this happens.
Tony told me everything he had been doing step-by-step. . He did a fantastic job and was methodical about his job and that I will say that about the other techs too. Unfortunately I do not recall their names.
We've used them a few times in the past couple of months and each time a technician came out. There were all professional, pleasant, efficient and prompt. The receptionists are nice and professional! The quotation let us know before they began the job went to cost.

***Update***Since we had a water heater which was not working Old Republic Home Warranty assigned us this business. They had a technician come out the day. He took one look at the water heater and stated it had to be replaced. He followed that up by saying that he wouldn't be able to do it and it would require two people to remove it and another corporation would have to be delegated by Old Republic. He was in my home for over five minutes and it was obvious from his demeanor that he didn't want to be there. When I followed up with Old Republic, they explained that he had reported that our water heater was 75 gallons (it was only 50) and used that as his rationale for the reason he couldn't take the job.
Jeff, the owner, contacted me immediately after I was apologetic and submitted my critique. He explained that he investigated what had happened and went to work with me and Old Republic to repair the circumstance. He had a group outside by 10 and we have a water heater that is working! The group was super nice and did great job. Jeff was great to work with and that I can see why his firm gets good reviews. Thank you for responsibility and the great communication!
