On Living Chandler Facebook and more when folks need a plumber, he is recommended by me.
The first time was with all the water heater leaking from the garage. This time it was with all the dishwasher plastic drain hose that the 3rd part Spencer's folks didn't hook up right. It would have blown off due to the pressure of the water moving through the line.
TV and spencer's Appliance came to eliminate a dishwasher that was sold to us in error and not the model we wanted. David helped us out TREMENDOUSLY!! He arrived at our home and mended since they were rushed what the 3rd party contractors did not do and didn't care. The water valve under the sink started leaking until he came and he saved our home now 2 times from a flood. Additionally the Spencer's folks turned off the water and that I didn't remember how to turn it back on (Also since they stated they did something different!) .

A steady plumber who is personable and Considerate He ran into a Couple of curve balls but worked through them

Ideal Plumbing says everything! Dave was the most efficient, courteous, professional and nicely priced. Not merely did he replace the water heater, the connecting components were fixed by him too. To top it off he assisted fix a little toilet issue (not part of the original service telephone ) while there in no price. Dave... He saved his day, weekend and sanity! If anyone needs a plumber, then Dave with Ideal Plumbing is the best you can get! Dave will be, if I ever need another plumber.

If you want quality, dependable - service, phone iDeal Plumbing. Dave helped fix problems with linkage and the kitchen sink between the fridge and the R/O system. The goofballs at Home Depot did not know after 3 visits without a resolution from them we predicted Ideal and also what they were doing. Right, the time - and very affordable cost.
Dave let you know what the job was, cost, estimate, everything and stood by his word and got the job done. Would call and consult Ideal Plumbing daily!

I called the owner on a Sunday following my husband and I found a major leak. We left a message and 15 minutes had a call back. He was about an hour then. He fixed it without delay and discovered the problem after thoroughly searching for the problem. I suggest this company!!

So sorry to have to write this review as I used to be pleased using Ideal Plumbing and with Dave the owner. But something has occurred. It requires two to three phone calls to grab him(when he answers) and then he no-shows for the appointment. He does not return calls, once you attempt to converse with him about why he did not show up for the job, and then when trying to make a scheduled appointment. I thought I would write this to rescue others and have given him the benefit of the doubt at least 4 times, but can not any longer.
Sorry Dave....gave you too many opportunities to turn it around!

Dave the owner has been great and dependable to use! We had a major leak on a Saturday night and he came right out to repair it. I'd refer anyone to ideal plumbing and certainly will use him in the future.

Dave in Ideal plumbing is your best! Our Whirlpool water heater stopped working and due to Whirlpool guarantee policies await them and then we needed to order the parts through Lowes to get to our property. It took four days for the parts to arrive. It amazed at how fast he got our water heater functioning and had been four days of no water so that I was pleased to see Dave. I suggest Ideal Plumbing and Dave to anybody who needs plumbing job done.

Enjoy Dave at Ideal!! He was reliable, professional and flexible, went the excess mile (literally- he drove around the valley to obtain the appropriate part) to guarantee everything was repaired correctly and in time. Water pressure is fixed thanks to Dave. Will be using him again when we go into our new residence. Highly recommended!

Barely no stars. Does not return calls. Never shows up. Don't call for your plumbing needs

Ideal Plumbing did a little work. For the home we had to send that there was a leak repaired. The invoice we received was so light, we could not see it send in a copy. We called Dave and he said he would email a copy to us. We texted him to follow through, and have called 5 times. He hasn't returned our calls and we don't have any evidence to send to the company. Very mad with this plumber!

Have used Dave Capko, owner of Ideal Plumbing and coud not be more happy with his services. Accurately explained , diagnosed difficulty, and fixed it in timely manner. Not the lowest,or most expensive, I've used over the years but the best.
