I had 2 slow flows in a toilet sink and shower and have a 3 year-old rental home here. I was surprised I could envision a plumber to come the next day from Donley's.
I paid $ 6 for the Delta sink cartridge and $44 for the shower cartridge and went to Ace Hardware and installed it myself. I am in the wrong business!
While the plumber quoted a price of $750 I was shocked! I might get a plumber in San Antonio to do exactly the work for less than $150. I didn't need his services and told the plumber I didn't get off the turnip truck last week, possibly. The plumber was impolite and left the home.
Last night our AC unit quit! We've been utilizing Donley for 10 years, so we scheduled an appointment and Michael K arrived earlier than expected and gave us the verdict within 10 minutes of arrival. He had us up and running in 20 minutes and also took the opportunity to insure everything was fine with the remainder of unit. We could not be happier with the service! I can not say enough! For the purchase price of my spring tune-up, Michael altered 5 filters in my 12' ceilings, mended a rattle which was driving me tuned up my two units mad in the air handler in my loft, and flushed out my water heater. This is excellent support!!

I've experienced without trying to reach the bottom of the issue, businesses which perform a fast fix.

I purchased a home which I assumed we can use. They would not honor the warranty despite the fact that the previous owner paid a great deal of money and it was still in the time period. They said it would be several days or I might substitute the water heater.
A company less trustworthy as Donley, or Enes might have taken us to the cleaners.
Called Donley on a Sunday morning blew us off. When I called they gave me a window when the technician will be here to preform a diagnostic. Our technician Enes came on time. He checked several things and discovered it was only a cable that was not making contact. The device was serviced by another corporation. I can not say for certain but it seemed a bit unprofessional. The device will work but not blow off. The other company told us we had a blower motor and likely would have come back. Enes fixed the cable, waited to be certain that the unit will begin to cool being on his way and before cleaning up.
I Enes to all my family and friends and will use them again for any HVAC recommend them and needs.
I needed 2 things fixed. A thumping sound of my shower that happened every time we'd turn on it, of course it was not producing the sound so the repairman said he couldn't mend that when he could not listen to it when he had been here. He explained the broken valve on my bathroom may be causing it. I did want flapper and the bathroom valve replaced and they billed $234 that was was pretty costly. I saw him do the job and it was pretty straightforward and basic. The repairman replaced it and it will work now, so that he did a fantastic job. It did not fix the thunking in my wall nevertheless, so I still need to have that. They do a really occupation that is fast that is fantastic, but in my opinion they are costly. I'm not a specialist in plumbing pricing.
We had a Bryant Air-conditioner installed by Donley 2 decades ago. This is a wonderful air-conditioner, my neighbor chose another company (the main one here in Phoenix that advertises always ). Allow me to tell you, there isn't any comparison! They've had nothing but problems with another firm, even though I proposed Donley, and I sit and shake my head. Do it right first time! It's a family owned business!

They came out the same day we diagnosed the problem fast called them, and mended it. I was provided advice about a plumbing issue I said, and advice about our a/c units that were aging. No attempt was made to sell us anything - and the tech was considerate and punctual.
We had originally heard in a glowing newspaper article about Donley. For when we had a repair company, their name was saved by me.
We will certainly make Donley our go-to company for all plumbing, a/c and furnace requirements, and based upon their service yesterday, I will recommend them.
My spouse and I don't use anyone but Donley. They have always taken care of us when we need them the most. In their customer reps to their support techs, they are all very professional, friendly and helpful.
What a dreadful experience. A long time client for A/C maintenance refered to Donley us. We predicted in 2 weeks ago and were awarded an appointment for today. So I cancelled our plans to make sure I was home all, the time frame we were given was 12 to 5. We received a telephone about 9am telling us they were not able to send out someone and had to reschedule. I phoned back and without an apology I was told the the could come out was only a month from today, because they had several people call out from the office, and why there was no one today is. So no apology and no kind of compensation for waiting, like off a couple bucks. I hung up and advised her she told me to have a nice day and we went to another supplier.
When the firm that installed your AC units, still under warranty, don't know how to fix them, it stinks. Yes. . .this is the very difficulty now, and we have gone . . .no atmosphere. . .in the warmth of summer. Watch out for these guys.
The tech was a guy that is wonderful, but I don't trust for!
This week, I wanted to say a big thanks you to Juan and Danny for ac repair. They had an old house with a bunch of problems and they fixed the impossible. Both Danny and were very friendly and Juan did a great job. They broke down the problems so that they were easy to understand. I really want to thank them for that. It's hard finding a care / ac repair company, if I have some problems I'm certainly going to use these guys.

Juan was He fixed what needed to be repaired on the spot!!!!! It had been night when I got the call from my Son,AC died, I live in San Diego and felt panicked! I didn't know a friend Donley and who to phone. They came out at night got it up and running by 10:30. I had been at peace Juan was very good at explaining everything on the phone, he's wonderful!
I had been recommended Donley and am really happy I went together. We got off to a little rocky beginning because the technician had the telephone number that was incorrect. But Rueben ready and arrived. He performed diagnostics on both units and he did such a wonderful job explaining how the device works in lay mens terms. I will make certain to utilize Rueben in our projects and am quite impressed!
