Since it was a warranted service, I really don't know what the actual charge for would have been. When my guy ever leaves the biz, I know who I'm calling, although I have been using yet another plumber for 2 years and will continue.
It was my crisis and that I appreciated his functioning on Memorial Day - even as a Vet!
Jordan called at and gave me a 30 second head's-up for birth. He did a diagnosis and dug up the line, found the leak, repaired it, refilled the hole, cleaned up and worked.
On May 27 (Sunday evening) I discovered water pooling from the river stone of the front lawn. Dig and I started to bond but couldn't keep up. I shut off the water in the road and called our warranty co.. They place Johnco on the job.

We achieved for the repair to Johnco and experienced a slab leak. Jason did an outstanding job at a cost that is fair. We've worked with a number of plumbing providers, and these men are (by far) the best I have experienced in terms of quality, cost and timeliness. Can't say enough.

Shaun is the top of the list seeing an upstanding individual, proficient and professional in his field of expertise. He was prompt before coming over and called! I have recommended JohnCo to other people that may or may not have a guarantee program. The front office is professional. Tracie was a joy. With assets like Shaun and Tracie, JohnCo Plumbing will endure for more years than they already have. They perform a primo job!! and are a keeper Thank Tracie and you Shaun!

Excellent support! Great work and reasonably priced. Cleaned up after the occupation. We have referred neighbors and friends, and everyone was happy.

10/20/16: Literally the day family is staying with us now and we are loading suitcases in the back of our cars to head outside to our wedding destination in Northern Arizona. Guess what happens? I called Jason and Homeserve was outside over only a Few hours to spare the day. 9/16/16: I have HomeServe septic and waterline insurance, and I had been having issues with water pressure in my house. The job was outsourced by homeServe . Jason P. from Johnco came over and was able to find that the Pressure Regulator Valve outside the house was filled with gunk. It was replaced by him within an hour and had us back at water pressure. Jason has been professional and courteous/friendly. I call Johnco when I need plumbing services again with or without insurance!
Johnco was the best way to go. Jason worked running a fresh hot water line throughout the loft and showed up after the first bid. He wrote up the invoice and it arrived less than what was originally quoted! I continue to be impressed with their integrity and also what a job they perform.
Update 12/27/17 line we have a older home and have our talk of plumbing challenges. I've used Johnco plumbing for a few years both inside and outside of our Homeserve External Waterline & Septic insurance policy and have found them to be a business that offers prompt, professional, friendly and HONEST service with aggressive pricing. I believe that you'd be smart to let them to supply a quote! Details on our experiences below...
09/2017: We ended up with a slab leak (hot water leaking under kitchen floor) and these can be major fixes! This is an inner plumbing issue. Worth noting that our House Owners Ins. Coverage (USAA) would just cover damages to the home that resulted from the leak, not the job or materials to repair the pipe or leak itself... so I called 4 independent plumbing contractors to get bids on the fix. Of the 4 bids, the thorough and most aggressive quote was provided by Johnco. Jason showed up over 24 hours of requesting a quote, he walked . Among the four contractors provided a quote but he advocated just patching the present line by eliminating tilejack-hammering the flooring which produces a significant mess and if you do your research you'll find this really isn't the practice. Just minding the line can result in more leaks down the road. Three of the Four contractors stated patching the pipe and digging up the ground wasn't the best method. Among the contractors took provide me a price quote which I thought was ridiculous since another three provided estimates immediately. Another among the contractors sent two guys out and they did not offer anything in writing, did not even bother to scrutinize the issue and provided a rather large cost saying it would cover everything --this quote came in the highest, over 20 percent more than Johnco. I didn't care for this since zero confidence prompted that they really knew what they were dealing with exactly what, or supporting the walls walls they'd want to cut into a high price tag along with no specifics. And when they do not put anything in writing, how can you know that they won't jack the cost on you?
12/25/2017: Our sewer line backed up shortly after my wife got done bathing our infant. Sewer water coming up in the bathrooms, shower and tub. Christmas day, expectations are low that we'll find any sort of response. Homeserve is called by me and they stated before anyone gets around to fixing it, it will probably be the 26th. I get the phone that the job order has been accepted by Johnco the next morning, and they will be out that day to repair it. Woohoo! This time they sent a very pleasant and professional plumber called Eddie. Tracie (Johnco dispatch) stated it'd be between 2pm and 5pm since they were extremely busy catching up with vacation emergencies -- no problem. Eddie had the line and showed up at about 3:30 pm. We had been functioning and back up. Thank you!

Let me begin by saying that we have an old home (very enchanting but it has been a bit of a plumbing challenge). We've worked together with Johnco (primarily Jason) many, many times. Jason makes it effortless to reserve appointments and is very professional. They move above and beyond in situations and get the job done. We can't say enough about how wonderful Johnco is to us over the years. Highly recommend them!

The bathroom leaked water out this moment. Oh boy, this isn't good. We also called and left a message. The following day we call, they asked a string of questions. They sent the exact same tech out. He explained that the issue and fix it.
Our technician, fixed the issue and Jason came out. On his way out, my husband requested him concerning the drip system and when he knew anybody to fix it. He gave us two choices. Because we were not using it , we took the cutting to the drip system.
My hubby and his father"fixed" the continuous running of water from the guest toilet toilet. Funny it was running after my FIL leaves. I swear it was only story drinking and telling. LOL! Anyways, I told my hubby make it mend or sleep in the tub! The water has been driving me mad. He provide a phone to them and found Johnco online.

JohnCo Plumbing has moved above and beyond our big project....sewer, gas and water. Trenching, concrete cutting and filling...a lot of dirt going and backfilling. Jason has been a joy.

We heard water flowing through the walls I phoned our warranty company and they sent Jason. He came first thing in the morning. He decided we had a leak under our chimney therefore we had Precision water finders come outside to discover where the leak was. Truth let Jason know what the problem was and he came out the following day to mend it He was very professional and explained everything with surprises or no hidden cost. I would use them .

After being somewhat upset and finishing a morning of work, Johnco saved. Highly recommended!
These men bailed me out! The tech (Jason) was courteous, quick, and clarified my garbage disposal had completed its job, but it had only reached the end of its life. He managed to swap out old with new in around 45 minutes, and was ready with a replacement. In addition, he walked over the guarantee info, and the way to make sure I got the two year guarantee.

We used Johnco to replace our hot water tank. Our old one leaked and it was a Saturday afternoon. They worked that others wouldn't, although it had been more $ $ than other places. They were very professional.

Great man, I thought my garbage disposal was just filled to my clueless college son although a goner. Only charged me a fee. Honest operation.
