Plumbing Masters

On a Saturday, my kitchen sink blocked up and came out and fixed my problem not only didn't charge extra to get a Saturday call, but beat on others price. Efficient and friendly service. I love it!!

I am really disappointed and angry at what it cost me to have a shower replacement filter replaced. It was a $20 part (see image ). Not sure why two, there were two plumbers. One worked and another watched and explained. This task took less than an hour. They got the work done complaints and were both very fine. One of them did say their firm was comparable to other companies with regard. We need to become plumbers if that is true. This company was recommended by my contractor. I'll certainly shop around before I use this company again. Now can anybody guess what the price was????? ...$150 . . .no
"The odor great plumbers". But if this costs me this absurd price I would rather have a plumber.

The support tech, Ben Y was awesome! Very pleasant, professional and did a fantastic job. Def would urge because of his professionalism.

I last visited YELP to whine about Plumbing Masters 11/2017. UPDATE: I recently had my plumbing problems repaired - NOT- with these men but using a licence builder that is private via the City of Scottsdale.
Still 2 years later, Plumbing Masters billed me $450, to get a camera video search of my plumbing, I have yet to find the video, or receive a refund. Plumbing Masters is a tear off. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Not $15,000. , the 3 different problems that plumbing Masters stated I'd, I didnt possess.

I'll say that Todd was pleasant... AND they got him here quite quickly which I was really happy about (I had broken off a piece inside my toilet tank attempting to make a minor repair).
I really don't blame the Tech... he showed up w their customary printed sheet of flat pricing.
As a widow on a really fixed income it had been painful to have to cover that, although they knew I had no choice at that point. The tech also said I needed a new tank (old home, the bolts are rusty) and THAT would be an add'l $400.
I've had two quote and they had been significantly less than half that cost on the end.
OUCH.
The National typical chart to replace all parts shows $200 as high end.
But that (different Tech) actually lowered his first cost slightly - but it was overpriced.
The last time it had been to help fix stopper sinks and also that visit & a slightly leaking pipe cost me a small fortune
But he left a wreck. It was a rainy afternoon, once I asked if he needed something or a towel to clean up, but he left part bits that are little and dirt behind on my tile floor. Ugh!

I phoned Plumbing Masters now @ 1pm for a leak under my kitchen sink. Kayla told me she'd have someone out to my home. Darien arrived around 3:30 pm; he found the leak, got straight to work and fixed it instantly. Darien was a fantastic man, friendly, polite and informative. These men will be my plumbing friends forever!

Joe was awesome. He explained why each thing in my house n't worked and he then FIXED it ! I was only trying to go with the tiniest, most local plumbers to "support the little man" and to save $$. Well, this was dumb. Because I'm tired of messing with fools, I'm sticking with Plumber Masters. Now my toilet flushes, my water is warm, my tub drains and I believe my leaky roof was even fixed by Joe. Not even kidding. What a company that is wonderful!

Ryan came within 2 hours of our call. He went over and beyond and did great work. We will definitely call again when we will ask for Ryan and want a plumber. Couldn't be happier.

Over priced with poor plumbers. Plus they also make them put to the air freshener kind cologne. The odor hook. !

I had a leaking bathroom valve on a Saturday afternoon and had to call a plumber. Plumbing Masters was more reasonably priced than the other cost comparisons. They called back relatively fast after a price quotation (which was near what I had anticipated ), the tech, Lester, was there within 20 minutes. He was professional and friendly and also fixed the matter fast. The call centre representative was also quite friendly.

We called Plumbing Masters because our kitchen sink was trashed and draining slowly. They came the same day in a few hours out and confirmed what the problem was. Brad and jesse B were professional and very knowledable and could repair the issue. Plumbing Masters quoted us a cost for the problem as well!!

I had a leaking bathtub, I called Plumbing Masters. I could not be satisfied. Mark called and came at the time. When he came, he was really friendly but professional. He had been sharp and clean looking, and his job was clean and quick. I'm very satisfied and I will definitely call Plumbing Masters again and refer my friends. Thank you Plumbing Masters!

This organization is great. We had a problem with our toilet and watched their TV and called them. Their technician Robin came outside and diagnosed and fixed the problem. Good service at a great price.

Very mad at this corporation. Feel gouged and taken advantage of since being commercial company. Basically obtained a quote and thought too high. Asked them to find out what could do about cost. We were told when get here they will see. One man altered cast iron and showed up for 8 hours. $480 per hour it came out to. We already paid $ 1000 first time that they came here to attempt to repair told us needs ABS over. I have large value CNC Machines that techs come to repair. Paying for travel and components replacement cost us less. We have electricians in here also that invest less than half and 8 hours. I merely used plumbing masters since they did work before. No more!

Plumbing Masters had. They were VERY expensive! I paid $4200.00 for work done. The job they said I needed, a shower valve. The price was $1206 PLUS, I paid $369. I discovered another plumber. The work cost $200.00!!!!! WOW! I paid way TOO MUCH!
